This review is LONG overdue but always excellent service and experiences here. Everyone that I’ve interacted with is so nice! Ryan sold us our car and we are very happy with it, tyler in service is straight up about stuff and treats you like a friend, Blake has picked us up in the shuttle—super nice guy and Sonya feels like my Hawaiian sister at this point! She is hilarious and always sorts out the little details outside of your control. A++ all around and thank you everyone!

Trent and his boss were amazing, and so friendly and helpful!! Thank you so much for making buying a car such a pleasant experience through your company!! Trent went above and beyond and helped me, even picking me up for my appointment, these guys were friendly and did everything they could for me and got me into the car I wanted , but even if they hadn’t been able to they still went above and beyond snd made it a good experience! Thank you guys so much!!!

Aloha Kia’s service department on the big island is the best! For the very short time we have been here on the island we have had our 2011 Kia optima into them several times. Fortunately turns out to be for very small and minor things. They did not charge us an arm and a leg and were very helpful when the last time we were there we were told about a warranty issue that we were not even aware of. They repaired it with no questions asked and on our way we went. Sadly we are leaving the island and I will miss this service department the most.

This was my first car buying experience and it went great! Trent showed so much aloha right off the bat and made the whole process easy and understandable. He and Phillip got me the best deal possible which I really appreciate! I highly recommend anyone car shopping to come here.

Even if you know exactly what the car needs and make an appointment for the problem, they will lie to you and tell you it's a much more expensive part and absolutely refuse to do the repair you made an appointment for. The service manager will bluff and say they can provide you proof, but if you ask for said proof he will change his tune and tell you he can't give you proof because of reasons.

Great!!!! The service was great, had a little misunderstanding but Andrew was very helpful in fixing the issue.He was really assuring of the service he gave and at the end was satisfied of the descision he came up with.
