Awesome dealership!! Keith Petree is a great salesperson, Cindy in service was spot on with my performance upgrade, love the truck! The Finance process was painless and easy to understand. Highly recommend the dealership!! Just had my first service appointment today. I was met promptly upon arriving, told the service guy what I wanted done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and my truck was serviced promptly! I love this place!

Andrew in service was amazing. He made me feel like it was my dealership. Once we got the vehicle checked in, he showed me where the bathrooms were where the coffee and water were. Give me multiple options to sit to include The service waiting area, and multiple locations on the showroom floor. Andrews people centric attitude is amazing, he was friendly, personable, his customer service was beyond reproach. If I had a job available I would’ve hired him. He exemplifies customer service to the finest and absolutely an asset to Alpine Buick. Because of the Andrew, Alpine Buick is my new dealership!

I came here with my mom to get her a new Buick Encore, before we came I chat with Alexa and then get a call from Nevin, I told him I'm interested in a new vehicle for my mom, we would like to lease it but if we get a good price we will finance it, I told him a specific car ( color) that my mom like and asked him if it's available and if we can come over for a test drive. Also asked Nevin if the lease price for this vehicle is $149 a month as advertised, he said yes, that you have several vehicles that match this price. When we came Nevin were not available, so another guy was helping us I believe his name was Isiah. Gray Encore was not available it was getting service due to a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AT 3000 MILES. RED FLAG ALREADY. Isiah shows as different Encore with 3000 miles on with a broken mirror. He told us this is the only vehicle they have for a $149 a month lease. My mom likes this car, plus the salesman said they will fix the mirror and get the price down because of the mileage. We went to get our credit score checked and get the numbers. Guess what? he came back after 15 minutes and said we do not qualify because we don't have a trade-in, not leasing a car from Buick which we do but under my husband's name and the price for a car is $ 21000, not $18000. He said if we lease this car payment will be $350 and up. If we finance, it's also $350. For $350 a month I can get a brand-new car with 0 miles and not Demo BUICK. You guys bring customers in with FALSE advertising, hoping customer will buy a car after they check your credit score.
