I had my 2013 Escape repaired at the body shop after a driver ran a stop sign. Cody and the staff were constantly there for any questions or concerns. I am fairly new to the area and did know anywhere to take my vehicle. They were recommended to me and I saw good reviews. Needless to say I am very happy that I went with the team there. The repairs were done so well you can't tell there was ever damage. My vehicle had $9500 worth of damage. I would highly recommend the crew at the shop for any repairs. Very happy and all smiles here!

I took my Ford Fusion in for a recall repair. I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take 3 to 4 hours. I took a book to read and set in the lounge. The lounge is very nice with plenty of padded chairs and couches. There are also 3 bar type tables and chairs. I sat at one of those and it was very comfortable. There was free coffee provided and vending machines available. It was a pleasant experience and my car was repaired in 2 hours instead of 3 or 4. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and I give them 5 stars for their efforts.

Having a new motor installed in my 2016 ford transit. Very well priced and Amanda keeping me in the loop as the process continued. As a business owner myself these two things are key. Alton Blakley has always been a fair and honest service dept.

My wife , Grandson and myself from Cincinnati had a nail in the tire. Could not drive the car a distance.’ Called the dealer and they sold me a new tire abs installed in 45 minutes and we were on our way to Lake Cumberland.
