What a deceptive company, I was emailed and called a lot of times by Mrs Marbis Palomino their Inventory Manager in order to bring for review a car I was willing to trade in, she called me today 09/01/2021 offering me a vehicle claiming that they have it in stock and quote me the price over the phone @$ 31199, when I went in she did not appear at all and one of the sales man called Jaime told me that the price in the vehicle offered to me few minutes ago by their Inventory Manager was $38000. Feel like they are getting paid just to get customers into their lot. Hopefully this kind of behavior ends soon! We need honest people in business and not this kind of so called sales people.

Sold them my wife's SUV two weeks ago. This is the second car I've sold to them and it was just as smooth as the first one. Erwing Martinez got me top dollar. Beat every other offer I had. For anyone looking to sell, bring them the best offer you have from somewhere else and they will beat it. Thanks again!
