I looked online for a truck for about 6 months. Finding something in my budget that suited my family's needs and my preferences took a lot longer than I thought. When I found the listing for the perfect truck at a reasonable price I called Sandy and asked her when could I see it. She said right away, so I drove over and gave it a test drive. The truck was as advertised...very clean considering the week of terrible weather and probably looked better in person.I mentioned to Sandy briefly that the brakes felt a little mushy, though. There was no negotiating the price, which might aggravate me typically, but after 6mo.of scouring I knew I was getting a good deal, but now it would depend on the trade-in of my current vehicle. Sandy was very helpful in getting me the trade-in value I needed to make this work and she was very patient as my three small children terrorized her office well after closing hours. Thank you Sandy for being straight forward, to the point, and for expediting this sale seemlessly, anyone who's taken small children to a car dealer knows it's stressful. So I went back to pick up my truck the next day and when I got to the stop sign I suddenly remembered the mushy brakes, that were now much more crisp. I had barely mentioned it to Sandy but she had taken care of it and I didn't even have to ask...that's the kind of service that makes people happy and want to write good reviews, so thank you to Sandy and AAB for a job well done!

This was a great buying experience both Gabby and Jacklyn were wonderful i feel like they were very honest on everything and down to earth never once did i feel there was anything shady or wrong going on like you sometimes get at some auto dealers great job ladies keep up the good work!!!!!!

She is no help, i only have called, but sandy has very poor custumer service, she sounds like she doesnt even want to answer the phone, i imagine bad for sales, i made a good offer on a vehicle they have on the lot and she tells me the vehicle is out for a test drive, what ever because it was sitting on the lot.

First off I would like to commend Renee on her professionalism. She was very helpful in completing the sale of our new vehicle. She was able to walk us every step of the way. After driving all over Texas and reviewing several other prices in the area, my wife and I returned to American Auto Brokers of Texas. We have bought several vehicles in the past from this company. I had been looking for a particular truck for my boyfriend for a few months serching 100's of miles from our home and wasnt having any luck. I had several dealerships "supposedly" looking for me a truck but no one ever returned my call. I found not one but 2 on American Auto Broker's lot! The ladies there were extremly nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got the truck of our dreams as we were 538 miles away! I dread going to a dealership as the salesmen are pushy and rude and make you feel intimidated but not hear! I love the idea of all female staff! I felt comfortable and not pressured to do anything I didnt want.

After talking to them on the phone, in regards to a certain truck prior to going to location, they were unable to answer very many of our questions. Upon arrive and meeting with the person we talked with on the phone we were told to just go find the truck in the lot that we had told them we were interested in buying and were basically shoved out the office and left to find the truck on our own. After ten minutes of searching we were unable to find truck and went back into building only to find out the truck was not even on site after being told in morning it would be there to look at. The woman who we spoke to was extremely rude the entire time with no cause and seemed very uninterested in making any kind of sell at all. In the end we left and figured we would rather take our money else where, where better service is available.

I noticed the "Check engine light was on" and there was a small seperation of material on the passanger seat. also I could not locate the jack.All of these items were taken care of by the dealership before I took control of vehicle. Would buy from the dealership again.Great sale lady.

We went to this place to look at a 2007 VWPassat wagon sport version. They told us no change on price on the phone but we didn't believe it. The price on the internet was well below blue book value. Their offer after all their added fees, taxes and licensing was $1500 over blue book value. We offered $300 below that and they hinted they would only drop the price if we financed with them. We walked out and did not purchase the car. We ended up purchasing a used 2007 passat wagon with a 3.6 L and AWD for $2500 below blue book value closer to where we live in Austin. Don't go to them unless you want to pay exorbatent fees!

Lezlie was great to work with,good buying expierence.Prices are set in stone and trade ins are fair but a little on the lower side. Good selection of vehicles, inspect vehicles well before buying as it is your problem if something is wrong with it after you buy it. Overall nice clean vehicles and good buying expierence with AAB.

I recently bought a 2007 Ford F350 From American Auto Brokers (AAB). My salesperson, Jacky was very professional and easy to work with. I hired a 3rd party inspection service (Lemon Busters) as per Jacky's suggestion. The inspection revealed several problems with the truck and AAB corrected most of the major issues accordingly. Despite the inspection and repairs, the truck still had an issue with loss of power on the long drive from TX to FL. My mechanic was able to correct the cause of the problem for a few hundred dollars. The only other issue I had with AAB was with my trade in. The trade in was worth around $2k more than I received. Despite this issue, I chose to go through with the trade in as a matter of convenience. Overall I had a pretty good experience w/AAB. I give Jacky 5 stars but the overall experience only gets 4 stars:( I would do business with AAB again.

I found my truck at Auto Brokers online, I called Jacky Lima and with in a short period of time I was having a local GMC dealer inspect my future truck. I drove 1080 miles down to pick it up knowing, it was going to be a great, smooth deal. The place was easy to find close to the airport and Jacky was great to deal with. We been looking for a truck until we find American Auto Brokers. When we called for the first time I noticed was a lady answer the phone and transfer my phone call to the person in charge of this particular truck. We got so surprised was a not men with a typical attitude, was a lady with a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, her name is Jacky and only that the whole process we did went thru was not easy but was very detailed. We know we buying a used vehicle but if you done your homework right you will ending buying a truck from Amercan Auto Brokers.
