I went to American auto mall because I seen a car that I liked when I went there it wasn’t as good as a thought I found a different car and they let me test drive it it was great air bag light was on they fixed it no problem tires needed to be fixed they fixed no problem they were actually pretty understanding and nice guys I got the warranty because this was my first time buying a car and I just wanted to be safe they told me if anything big went wrong the car would be fixed and all I would have to pay was the 100 deductible okay understandable car was driving fine everything was as told not even 3 weeks later my car is having problems we tried talking to the guys to see if they could at least check it out or do a trade in anything they acted as if they didn’t know what was wrong with the car and yes I understand a car is as is but when we was buying the cars they acted as if they had so much knowledge about the car and the warranty and turns out they do not taking my car to the mechanic yesterday and my car literally turned off while I was driving I have 3 kids anything could have happened and not only that I paid 5000 for a car to have less then a month and I’m not even gonna get 1000 back for it no matter what I do to think that someone could do this to anyone but let alone someone with kids and yes the car was sold as is I understand once I’m off the lot my responsibility but I don’t like the fact that they was so helpful and acted like they knew everything but then here the car is messed up and they don’t care and I was told by someone else who talk to them that the could do a trade in but now they don’t want to trade in my car that they knew was messed up ... I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS FOR THEIR GOOD ACTING THO. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Bought a truck from here it had a lot of problems wouldn’t start the next morning test drive other stuff here before buying the truck that also had problems good prices just make shure you check it over very good

I got a truck from here today and Mohammed was very pleasant and honest guy. And he did not pressure me at all. As soon as I got there he told me exactly what was wrong with it. So far so good! I love my purchase and he made a customer for life as long as everything continues to go as smooth as the sales process......
