Extremely,courteous. Their adherence to protocol is noticeable almost to a fault. Granted, its really very nice to have the actual serviceman go over the check points with you, but every time I have had to wait for him to become available. Im sure that takes him away from his next project as well as holds up myself. Just a suggestion: a service note that attaches to the main service record and the cashier can go over it with the owner then call him to the front if needed.

I purchased a Red 2013 Ford F150 Lariat. I have driven Fords since I was a teenager and I have loved every part of them. The service staff really goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied, and if something isn't right, they do their best to correct it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the financing went off without a hitch, and my salesperson was very helpful. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from American Ford, as well as doing my service work there.

American Ford's crew did an outstanding job, again. I scheduled a routine oil change and along with that, through their multi-point inspection, they found out that I was in dire need of some new brakes. I had no idea. We were really impressed with everybody's part of our new purchase of a 2011 Ford F-150 King Ranch!! Our sales person, Brittney, was really knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. After the purchase she sat in our truck and went through everything with us!! She even called the next morning to check on how our trip home was and to see if we had anymore questions. Doug, the Sales manager was also pleasant to deal with during the paperwork process of the purchase. Afterwards we were taken around to all of the different departments and introduced to their lead person!! I have been trying to purchase a vehicle through several other local auto dealers, but American Ford really went the extra mile for us!!! Thank You!!!

We love purchasing local yet we did consider purchasing a car in a larger city (Billings or Denver) since you can often get better deals at larger car lots. We are so thankful we came in to All American Ford (in Glendive). From our first contact, we appreciated the kindness and honesty of the staff. They were equally grateful we choose to buy local and hence were flexible with their asking price. We purchased our used Ford Escape at a fantastic price; a price even the larger car lots couldn't beat. AND, our car had additional features which we were a bonus; like auto start! The sales representative took the time to show us all the features of the electronic, "heads up display" system (radio, air/heat control, cruise, etc.) Since our purchase, we appreciate their follow up to make sure the car is doing well. Since I live alone I really appreciate the drive home when I drop my car off and then delivering my car back to me. It is a service that will never grow old. Check in is a breeze and lady at the desk is always nice. Gentleman who drove me home and then brought my car back, nice also. Car was clean and vacuumed so what more could I want.

We have a 2011 Edge. We have been very pleased each time we have taken it in for an oil change. This time the helpful staff installed my new phone into the vehicle and changed the pin on the door to something I can easily remember. They wash it for us too. They are great!

Went into get an oil change and have a check engine light checked. They said I need a whole new motor and about three thousand in additional repairs. I took it to another dealer in Miles City ( After paying them over $200 for an oil change and "diagnostics) that dealership replaced a gasket and said the other repairs were not needed. America Ford also said I needed new tires. Saying they were a safety hazard. The tires had less then 10K miles on them. I was warned about this dealership before hand. I learned my lesson.

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. They said I needed a new engine, new tires, and about three thousand more in repairs. The tires have less then 10K Miles on them. Took it to another dealership in Miles City that said all it needed was a new casket and the other repairs were not needed. I was warned about this dealership before hand and learned my lesson.

I took my F250 in for an oil change and fuel filter change. I waited 5 mintues to even have someone acknowledge I was there, told them again what I wanted, and what kind of oil to use. I was told it would be about 40-60 minutes and told where the waiting room was. 2 hours later, I had to go find my pickup. I was given a bill for nearly 300$ and told by the owner, Dave, that he owned the dealership and could do whatever he wanted and didn't have to answer to anybody. He obviously does not care if he has business or not and steals from the poor suckers who happen to not know any better. Then I find that they did not even use the correct oil! So I get the lovely job of having to go back into that business and stand there and watch that they replace the oil filters and replace the oil with the oil I asked for in the first place. I have no idea how that is going to go and the thought of having to do it makes me sick to my stomach! This will cost me yet another day! From now on, I will make the drive to either Miles City or Billings! For what they stole from me today I could get my oil changed, the fuel filters changed and buy a hotel room and dinner! Never again! This makes me leary of Ford dealerships, period!

I bought a new Fusion from American Ford. I had the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. They weren't pushy. They were honest and very helpful. I like my new Ford much more than the Honda that I had. American Ford serviced my Honda for me and always gave me great service, that's why I decided to purchase from them.

I wish I had gone to another dealer. They were fast, but I hate being lied to. And forget about the service department. My truck sat there for 4 days and they never touched it. Said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It whistles when it starts, has an air leak in the windshield and hesitates when accelerating. From now on, I will only buy Toyotas.
