I feel the salesman could have done a little better. But definitely trading in the vehicle I got this month at a different dealership, out of town, in a few months. And I left I few items ($40 cash, card w/report # & personal items) in my trade-in, checking their honesty...I NEVER received a call back to retrieve them. Oh well 🤷 **I rated my experience from a few weeks ago. 🙄 I was satisfied with my experience in Oct. 2019. 👍

First time here to get my vehicle serviced. The staff doesn’t wear masks yet all customers must wear a mask. They truly don’t care about their customers health at all, bunch of selfish people. *thank you for the response and glad to see a meeting was held.

Was looking for a bigger vehicle, so I called and Damon S was the salesman and took EXCELLENT care of me! Was able to drive away with my new van within a day of letting him I needed a bigger vehicle. Excellent customer service and got me EXACTLY what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend him for your salesman!

We bought a new 2015 Toyota RAV from this dealership. Service/maintenance was horrible as they only kept up on some of the necessary maintenance. When transmission went bad last month, they charged us over 4K to replace it. The kicker is that when we picked up the vehicle, these low life's didn't even wash the car for us after we paid over 4K. Very different service from American Toyota in Albuquerque, NM. Don't buy vehicles from Amigo. David Baca Jr.

If you are buying a car in Amigo toyota and your planning to transfer to other state. Not a good place to buy a car cause you will surely have a problem in registering your car out of state. after buying your car you have to keep calling them to get a temporary registration. I have a hard time with them.

Chester was awesome! Really nice guy! The cashier lady really really nice too. there was some kind of minor problem, but Chester fixed it...When i come back i will go to Chester.

The sales people in the lobby and those in the service department were very nice. They offered coffee and also a ride to the mall or wherever while waiting for our ride to get fixed. I even got a car wash.

Free Oil Change for 25,000.00 on Toyota Care, Free coffee, A Large Waiting Room with chairs and Tables, good customer service, clean bathrooms and having to go over the ticket sharing what needs to have check, too. All good.

We were on vacation and we hit the 15000 mark for our scheduled maintenance and since we were staying the night in Gallup we took a chance the next morning that you could perform the maintenance for us. We drove up and you took care of us right away and we are greatly appreciative of the great service we received. Top notch crew !!!

The technician knew what to do for my Toyota Camry and then gave me a list of what was performed on the car. It took less than an hour to get everything done. Oil change, rotation of tires, filters changed. So I'm happy for the 30, 000 miles that everything went well.

I let the Service Rep. know what I wanted (ready my truck for winter in Gallup) and he made suggestions of things I might want to have checked, then I chose from the options. There was no high pressure. After the inspection, he let me know the results, then I decided to have the repair done at that time, even though he told me I could wait for awhile.
