This was easily the best single experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have David Crocker in sales and Carol in customer service to thank for it. It is amazing how many dealerships in the Atlanta area make closing on a car harder than it has to be, particularly for buyers who have all pertinent details worked out in advance, and just want to partner with a good dealership to reach a deal, fair to both parties, on a vehicle that meets their needs. There are quite a few dealerships that serve buyers who don't get all their ducks in a row before engaging in the buying process; rarer are the dealerships who understand and work well with internet buyers.Walking through my normal purchasing process--I get all information on a used vehicle I need *before* I ever step foot on a lot--I kept waiting for the shoe to drop. There was no way this was this easy. Someone had to be waiting to spring something on me. And yet it never happened. I kept getting more and more impressed. David met one expectation after another. He went out of his way to get my questions answered and even ended up driving my future vehicle out to a brand-specific shop just to make sure various items were settled or verified ahead of the purchase. Communication was top notch and he never once complained, even when I grilled him on specifics like tire condition and sheet metal dings and dents. I needed to test drive the car--and the gentleman brought it out to my house, saving me a drive back. Amazing!When I stepped onto the lot, we were basically down to just signing paperwork. There was no funny business and no attempt at games or anything of the like. I even got to have a hotdog and burger for my time (I give the grillman an A+, by the way). David put a lot of sweat into the deal and in the end I was happy to give he and Andean my business as a result.But how well does a dealership follow up on a punchlist that's part of the contract? That's where Carol in customer service came in. We had a few remaining items the dealership had to do after the sale was complete, but we live several miles away and I work full time and my wife is late-term pregnant (and has a medical condition), so coordinating everything was going to be tough. Carol bent over backwards to take care of us and make having these last items done as easily and painlessly as possible. What an asset Carol and David are to Andean Chevy. I'd go into more detail, but let's just say everytime I thought they'd say "I'm sorry, we just can't", they'd come up with a solution even better than the one we'd hoped for. I will go out of my way to purchase from this dealership in a few years when my commuter pod needs replacing. And that's a heck of an endorsement from a numbers guy who mercilessly compares dealerships' products remotely!

My elderly great uncle and grandmother went car shopping with out me unfortunately. They were sold a car at sticker price with a paid off trade in . They were told 3,000 for the trade in . Well they added 3,000 to the price of the car therefore giving them nothing for their trade in . They sold them every warranty they could . I got the trade in back and the warranties removed . This was wrong on so many levels. They should be ashamed.

My husband and I and our 6 dogs are moving to Montana in May and I don't want to move there with a vehicle that was 12 years and a lot of mileage on it, not knowing any reliable mechanics.I work at Tractor Supply and Lauren Teal is one of my customers we got talking and she suggested I come to see her, so we did. We looked at a couple of trucks and then asked her to do some homework on the best rebates on the trucks that she had on the lot and we arranged to come back on Saturday. She did as she said and on Saturday when we returned she had 3 trucks waiting. We drove the first one very nice and then we talked about 2 and 3 (not needing the expensive rims decided NO on #3) so we drove #2. Lived it also. Came back to the dealership, Lauren put some numbers together presented it then with lateness of the day they said "We are gong of let you take it and we will call you on Monday." Well what a great St. Patty's Day gift from my husband Lauren Teal, Chason Pendley, Harvey at Andean Chevrolet I was able to purchase my first car the year of my 55th birthday and not only that made buying a truck a much better truck buying experience from the both of us. We tend to stay away from dealers and mall's because we are not the shopping type people.Thank you Andean Chevrolet in Cumming, GA.

Kevin Cook sales. Cason Pendley sales mgr. And Harvey in finance. I Trade in every year kind of disappointed GM doesn't offer me any discounts. These guys stepped up got a great deal. And if that wasn't good enough. I was called back to dealer 2 days later. They rewrote paper work found a better rate saving me additional $2500. The sale was final. and they still worked on saving me money. They really work as a Team. Thanks Guys Brian Schaffer.

Don Bradshaw is not the perched over you, hovering type salesman. He's the type who strikes up a conversation and in the process learns what your needs are. You tell him what you want and can afford and he provides you with choices that fit. We came in to see about getting our son a truck. Not only did he get the truck he wanted at a surprising price but we upgraded our 2012 Compass to a new Equinox for only a few dollars more than what we were already paying. The Don Bradshaw and Harvey Newland team work very well together. We couldn't be happier with our purchases.

Me and my wife were on the hunt for a used Tahoe. The one on the lot at Andean was the first one that we looked at. We walked away that evening without purchasing, but very impressed with the overall experience of working with the folks at Andean. Over the next few days, we visited a dozen other major dealerships around Atlanta, and none of the compared to the experience we had at Andean. We cam back the next Saturday to purchase. Even as we were negotiating, everyone was fair and straightforward. I would absolutely buy another car from them, and plan to do so in the future.

I have lived in the area for many years and tried to buy from Andean because they are local ,but every time I shopped they seemed to act as if they didn't need to compete with other dealerships ,but if I did find a better deal I could come back and try again, This time I did a lot of research online and found some pretty good deals at other dealer ships. I heard that Andean had a new general manager so I thought I would try them again. I called and asked to talk to the Gen. manager ,i told him what I was finding and asked if he could do the same for me .He said if what I said was true he could.I made a appointment ,showed , him my research and within no time they showed what they had, matched the prices I found. There was no pressure, no games and I was treated with respect. What an improvement.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress free way of purchasing a car. Phil Rains was wonderful with me as I keep a very busy schedule he worked with me through email, brought a car to me at work to test drive and then had everything ready and waiting for me to buy when I was finally able to visit the dealership 3 days later !! 5 stars !!!! I have visited Andean Chevrolet several times over the past few years. I always leave wondering if they need my business. My visit today (July 12, 2010) was no different. I stop by to look at the 2011 Impala LT. Its one of the choices I have as I order a new company car from a large fleet company. I explained this and the sales person cannot understand that I am looking for a specific trim level and keeps steering me towards trim levels I cannot order. After three explanations, he might have gotten the message. I asked for the fleet manager and I got a rather curt sales manager who has never heard of one of the largest automotive fleet management companies in the country. Then he tells me that most fleet companies deal with the stock thats on the their lot. Really? I don't think so.... These guys are not professionals. There is another Chevy dealer north about 12 miles. Go see them instead.
