Shane Gillenwater is my Salesperson and he is awesome! I was not looking forward to getting rid of my 2005 truck but Shane made my experience a happy one. He was very nice and understanding as well as extremely informative. He didn't make me feel silly at all when I told him I don't understand all the fancy technology cars have now a days. He instead went through aspect of my beautiful new truck and explained everything to me. I love my new truck and even though I live an hour away... I will travel Anderson to service my truck. Thank you Shane!!!!!Keith Mccoy was my Finance person and I want to say a special thank you to Keith for spending the time going over all my options with patience. Keith never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions I believe honestly. This is a big financial decision for most people and I'm glad Keith understands this!

My husband and I have been car enthusiasts our whole life together for over 30 years. In fact one of our favorite things to do is dream about what would be our favorite car to own if we could have any. He got his dream when he restored a 71 Chevy Nova years ago, mine on the other hand was and always has been a Chevy Camaro. My dream has gotten side tracked with life, being a wife, mom & working to create a career for myself. We saw my Camaro on line and I called immediately to see if it was still available. I first spoke with the Internet sales person at this dealership. She was kind friendly but most of all NOT pushy. We set our appointment for the following evening and set out on our car buying expedition. This has always been the worst part of the experience, the give and taker fake we are doing you a favor most auto dealerships have. I was then introduced to my customer service rep Sue who I won't call a sales person because she NEVER made me feel she was there to talk me into buying. Much to my fortune I was pared with not only a nice person but a woman who shared my love of fast muscle cars. She let us look all we wanted test drive and ultimately got to the purchase part of the deal. She asked where I wanted to be at not what she could do for me. I made a deal within 30 minutes and was on my way to MY dream car for the first time ever! We picked it up the next night and were helped by a great finance person who also made this the best car buying experience ever! Then it was time to take her home. My husband ,Sue and I shared more stories of cars that we all had such a passion for then we drove away with a full tank of gas a clean beautiful car and the biggest smile on my face in a long time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone but I would be sure to mention I got the best customer service from a representative there named Sue!

Just picked up my Ram Ecodiesel . I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Sue Mounts. She really worked hard at finding me a truck that met my needs and then some. Her knowledge of the Ram trucks really impressed me too. Other sales people (from other dealerships) I spoke with were basically reading out of the brochure whenever I asked a question, Sue on the other hand could've written the brochure. Her services don't end after the sale either. I've known Nick since I was 14 years old. We met in youth group, his father was my youth pastor. He was around 4 to 5 years younger than me and closer to my brothers age, but I got to know him pretty well from playing basketball and baseball with the youth group at church. Around the age of 19 I decided to join the Navy I left the area. Fast-forward 11 years I'm 30 years and in the market for a new truck Ram had just came out with the 2012 model of the 1500 so I decided to stop into Anderson dodge and see what they had on the floor. When I walked through the door I was approached by a young salesman that I was certain was about to start pitching every line you could think of to me as this is usually my attitude like anybody else when dealing with car salesmen. However, he stood quiet and asked me what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. I told him what it was I wanted and instead of trying to sell me something on the lot he told me they did not have that which I was looking for but if I gave them a minute he could try to find one that matches my needs and have it shipped to the dealership. I sat down and gave him the opportunity to find a vehicle because of his approach from the get-go. After searching for a few minutes he found one that fit what I was looking for. I wasn't quite sure if that's what I wanted to do so he gave me his card and told me to give them a call if I had any questions. I went home set the card on my dresser and left it there for a couple days after I finally made my decision to go back up there, I picked up the card to see who the salesman was so I could ask for him when I got back to the dealership. I read the name on the card and realized who I've been talking to the whole time. After going back to the dealership I went in and asked him if he remembered me and he said he knew Who I was the entire time but was waiting for me to figure it out. To make this long story short I bought my truck from Nick that day. Fast forward again to July 30, 2016 I purchased a camper and was modifying my truck to be able to pull it when I realized there was an issue that I needed Anderson's help with so again I stopped in to see Nick on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30 after looking at what I needed to do to my truck to prepare it to pull a camper I realize the better option would be just to buy a bigger truck. I told this to Nick who I think was surprised that I made a decision that quick to buy another vehicle but he was more than happy to help me not only did we find a vehicle, I drove away and a brand-new ram 2500 at 6:30 in the afternoon. Three hours in and out the door with absolutely no hassle, No headaches, and even though Nick is a friend I sincerely believe I got the best deal I could have in this area, not because he is a friend but because he's a good, honest, God loving man that believes in treating people fairly because that's what he would want for himself from others. So if you're in the market for a new vehicle and looking for a hasslefree reassuring sales experience stop in and see Nick I guarantee you within five minutes you'll see what I'm saying here is true. Nick if you're reading this you should probably stop because I'm pretty sure I'm taking you away from your next sale from the length of this review and I would not want to deprive somebody of the opportunity to work with you on the purchase of their next vehicle so stop and go back to work.

Nick was a pleasure to work with from the moment my (new to me) Jeep called me onto the lot. He was knowledgable about the jeep and when he did not have the answer, he did not try to make up something. He went to ask another who he knew had the information. I really respect that in a person.After the sales was final there were a few minor things that needed attention in the Jeep, some items needed to be ordered. Was never into trucks but Duke showed me the way. Listened to what I was looking for and showed me my options. Glad he knows his product lines because he showed me into a great vehicle and also took into account all the economics as well. Such a refreshing change from a salesperson just working on a highest commission motive. Take it from me, Duke will take care of his customers and make you his number 1 priority. My son took me to this dealer to trade in our 2011 Nissan pickups for new 2016 Rams. He handled most of the legwork of dealing with the finances and specs on the new vehicles. I'm 86 years old and he's a lot quicker than I am about this stuff. He said it was a great deal and we got nice trucks with a lot of nice things on them. It has more buttons than a space ship and a computer screen on the dashboard. Our saleslady, sue, was very nice and patient with me.. It took several tries to understand the computer screen that you touch with your fingers and the key that really isn't a key. She spent a lot of time with me in the truck until I mostly got it covered. I'm still learning. She is a nice lady that talks loud enough for me to hear her and I would return to this dealer for another vehicle. Thanks Sue. Anderson Dodge/Jeep has a great staff, Tom Perrin in sales was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I picked up my new CHEEROKEE, general manager Bob Williams was not your typical hard edge dealership manager, very friendly and welcoming, overall a pleasant experience for a car purchase. The facility is not newest hi tech dealership around but price point is best I found.

I was starting to lose hope when my grandpa took me to Anderson Dodge and we met with Shane. I told him I wanted a Dart and he pulled around the perfect Dart. I knew I didn't even need to test drive it, that was the one. But it was brand new and I wasn't confident I was going to get it. We went in with a dream and a budget. We left with both still intact! My wife has always wanted a Jeep. It was her dream car. I knew that we probably would not leave that day with a Jeep due to the price of the one she wanted. I would have to keep working and keep saving to make her dream come true. I was wrong. We ended up being able to afford both her Jeep and a Chrystler 200 with our budget! Paul was great from the moment we met and everyone else in the dealership went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The sheer patience it took to make the deal happen was extraordinary. The manager, Bob, is a one of a kind kind of person. Someone that really understands people and balances people and his work. They're in business to make money which a lot of people forget, but he attaches personal stories with that and makes great things happen for all parties. The finance team went through the wringer to make the deal happen and was smiling and friendly the whole time. That says a lot after a long day of dealing with this same deal! I couldn't thank the team at Anderson Dodge enough. I left there with my head held high. I was able to make my wife's dream car come true and not break the bank. I may, however, have an issue with this as I think Anderson Dodge just made the wife even more desiring of a baby! Haha. I appreciate it guys! Thanks!

I tried to buy a fully loaded Dodge Citadel from Jack Wolf in Belvidere, IL and unfortunately the service was and willingness to help was not even one star. I called out to Anderson Dodge and asked for their best salesman and I was given Sue Mounts. I explained to Sue my experience with Jack Wolf and from that point to took control and made sure all my requests were met. I got the fully loaded Durango that I wanted special ordered, and the best possible price that I wanted to pay. Sue and the Anderson team went above and beyond from the beginning to the end of the process, which has not ended yet. Two years later Sue is still making sure when I walk in the door that I am taking care of immediately. I am currently beginning the process for a new truck and know Sue and team will make sure I am happy when I buy.

I expect a lot when I purchase a premium vehicle both of the vehicle and of the dealership. Too many dealerships expect you to take a quick trip around the block, accept whatever financing they throw at you and walk out the door in a vehicle that is expensive. That was not the case here Sue was great from the initial vehicle test drive to a follow up drive to ensure it was going to meet my needs before the purchase. No high pressure sales, excellent follow-up and just a great job overall. Then post sale who could ask for more than someone willing to take calls, texts and other forms of communication to answer questions! One of the best buying experiences I've had.

My wife and I traded in our Subie last night for a Cherokee. I purposely visited the Anderson Dodge sight prior to our visit and found the only woman on the site to be Sue Mounts, and asked for her when we got there. Reason being, I've had some pretty incompetent male salesman over the years with a sense of entitlement, and usually if a woman makes it in car sales it's because she knows her business. That being said, I found Anderson to be friendly and hospitable. Sue was able to answer any question I asked of her and was able to walk us through some of the screen setups post purchase. The only reason I did not give Anderson five stars is strictly number factoring. In typical dealer fashion they work the numbers "creatively". Our payment was finally lowered to where we needed to be; when we questioned how, we were told that Anderson was able to give us a little more on our trade in, along with"working the numbers" a bit, which was not vocalized to us, but mostly consisted of adding months from 60 to 75, that I had to physically read on my own. By that point we were "close enough" and were OK with it. Dealerships need to make a profit. I only have a problem when it's excessive. Concessions must be made on both sides, and I feel Anderson did their part even with my crappy negotiating skills.Chris

Tom Perrin found us our perfect car, he was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us in our new Chrysler 300s he worked during his days off to answer all of our questions while we were deciding on which vehicle to go with. Tom's knowledge on all of the Chrysler and Jeep products sold at the dealership was amazing, I don't think there is a vehicle on the dealership's lot that he doesn't know about. He did a wonderful job doing the walk through of the vehicle when we came in to finalize the sale, he took his time and really made sure we understood all the technology the vehicle has to offer. I believe he also had a lot to do with the prep and detailing of the vehicle to make sure the vehicle was perfect for us on the day we came in to drive it off the lot. He truly had our best interest in mind. Tom has to be the nicest, polite, easy going, knowledgeable sales person we've had the pleasure to work with. He truly treated us like family. Keith Mccoy did a fabulous job as well. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase of our new Chrysler 300s. The closing part of the sale went like a breeze and he was very enjoyable to work with. Sometimes signing all the paperwork is extremely stressful but Keith really made us feel at ease. I've been taking my vehicle to Anderson Dodge Chrysler Jeep since I purchased my Jeep about 4 years ago. I recommend seeing Jamison. He is very friendly, and always gives me updates on the repairs, time frame, and costs. There are never surprises in estimates versus the actual repair, which is great from a consumer stand point. Bonus is that they offer shuttle service. So if your time is limited, you can drop your car and they will give you a ride to a destination and pick you up when your car is ready.

My experience started by finding the vehicle online. My email inquiry was answered through email and eventually text messaging. I was out of town at the time so the gentleman I was dealing with (Kevin) actually helped negotiate the price without me ever having to come in. After working out the price I was still considering other vehicles. When I returned home I decided to go see the vehicle, it was an hour and 30 minutes away so via text I made certain the price offer was still valid which it was, no question at all. When I arrived Kevin introduced me to my salesman (Tom Perrin) who was great! He is a young guy and a Jeep Owner with a ton of knowledge about Jeeps. We test drive it and I was hooked. I worked with Blake in finance who is also a Jeep owner so it was fun and easy. What I appreciated was there was no pressure, no sales pitch. They made their typical offers such as extended warranty and financing but didn't try to over sell me or pressure me. When I told them I had my financing through my credit union that I have a very long relationship with Blake understood completely and that was that. Very nice people, very knowledgable (especially with Jeeps) and guys I plan to keep in touch with. Great experience!

I know that a part of car ownership is the vehicle itself and the other part is a dealer that works with you even after the purchase. These guys did a great job in every area. No high pressure sales which is HUGE to me. They let me fully experience the vehicle and ensure it met my unique needs before even talking numbers. Again another extremely influential factor in my end buying decision. They worked with me all the way through the buying process even though I wasn't financing the car through any of their banks. Just great service all the way around from the Sales person to the Sales Manager and the Finance guy who did the paperwork. We have purchased a new Jeep wrangler and 2011 ram 3500 from this dealership within 12 month period. The sameSales department was great to deal with but when it came to service they have no idea what's going on. So my ram lost power and i dropped it off for the day so they could clean the turbo. 2 hour procedure but you need to leave there for entire day. I picked it up that evening and before I left parking lot lost power again. They couldn't even spare few minutes to test drive after clearing codes. So brought it back for turbo replacement. They have it another day to replace and in process break my air conditioning. That took another week to get parts in. Total repair time 6 days without my work truck. I'm glad I spent 40k on reliable truck. Was advised that my deductible would be waived for the ac mistake. Like it should have even been a question. So today I'm plowing snow and my turbo that is 3 months old starts whistling. I stopped in to ask and the solution was drop it off for another 12 hours so they can look. That's when I walked away. Called my regular mechanic and asked his opinion and his solution was give it few days it's probably dirty from all the hard driving should clear itself out. My question is why should I leave it there when a simple answer could have eased my mind. Also forgot to mention was a advised by service that I may have been sold the wrong warranty. I bought 4 year unlimited mileage and later found out that if you use vehicle for commercial use and don't upgrade warranty then major issues over 5k may not be covered. If your going to this business make sure you question everything and find a different place to repair your vehicle unless you don't mind making several trips for one repair.

I contacted Anderson Dodge through their Website. At first it was strictly informational, I wasn't sure if I would be able to trade in my car and be above water so to speak. Once I found out that I was most likely able to accomplish what I wanted,then the tricky part came in. I wanted to surpuse my wife for mothers day with a new car. That meant I had to get her in a new car without her suspecting we were looking. With the help of Nick Durick, I was able to successfully make this happen. Terrible purchase experience. Several trips back to the dealer after the initial purchase, and I was simply granted the $825 of used tires that I had to have financed into the loan. The car I bought started to deteriorate the minute I drove it off of the lot. When I advised the dealership I was having problems with the vehicle, less than 24 hours after the purchase, I was advised that I purchased a pre-auction vehicle, and that if it broke into two halves, I was responsible for both. We thought this is really going to cost us. Well, we met with Nick Durick or amazing sales guy and he just made things happen! Shopping for Jeep Cherokee Sport I instructed salesman not to pursue financing as I had already secured financing through my credit union. They did anyway and my credit took three extra unneeded hits. I was given a coupon for a free first oil change. I took vehicle in and had oil changed. Later learned oil filter was not tightened and shield around oil filter was torn off. Called to schedule a second oil change. Checked price, was told I could buy a package of four oil changes for 80.00, and could add tire rotation for an extra 10.00. Made appointment, Arrived to learn that the price was for regular oil, my vehicle requires synthetic. The synthetic oil package was closer to 200.00 and no deal for tire rotation included with synthetic oil. Don't understand that one. Did my own oil change, this is when I learned first oil change was poorly done. Bought a jack and did my own rotation. Needless to say, I'm done with this dealer.

Took my Jeep for issues with locking mechanism and a recall after 3rd attempt locks are working, and even this they did not call me once the parts came I had to call to see what was the delay and on top of all this they just "forgot" to fix the recall now a fourth trip to get this fixed and only after I had to call yet again and they "got too busy" to return the call I originated and I even talked to the Service Manager John he was supposed to call me back within an hour well 24+ hrs later he calls asking for the wrong person smh and all I heard was a bunch of excuses for themselves. We had bough 20+ new cars in the past 15+ years here, I don't think I would be buying another car here or maybe even a Jeep for that matter

This is a followup review. I originally brought my jeep in back in March, my husband replaced the heater core which caused the clock spring to need replacing. I brought the car in and had this completed, upon completion we left and returned immediately as the turn signal would not cancel, every idiot light was coming on and it was stating "no bus", and the car dinged as if the key was still in the ignition which would not allow you to lock the doors or utilize the key fob. They fixed the turn signal as their 18 year old tech has pinned a wire, they were unable to determine the other issues and stated they didn't feel that they had caused them. My husband found the issues with the "no bus", they had pulled a wire loose behind the dash (of course this was not their fault) a quick easy fix for my husband.Now we have finally figured out the issue with the dinging, the damn car still thinks the key is in the ignition, if you jiggle the key around as you pull out the tip it stops.They of course state this is not their problem and they would be glad to fix the issue at my cost.Sorry Anderson, I will be visiting Jack Wolfe in Bellvideere and taking you to small claims court for the bill.I will never visit that dealership again if they were giving cars away for free, what a horrible experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick Durick made my car buying experience amazing! He was great from the start, cause I usually don't do good with car salesmen, but he made me want to come back to purchase a vehicle from him. He has let me bother him even outside if work, and that to me is great customer service! I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership and I for sure would send them to Nick! Great place, great people, great experience!!!!!!

brought car in for diagnostics and repair.i left with more problems than i came with.came back for second time,left car all day .they couldn't fix it .I left with more problems than first time. In between them wanting me to bring back for third time,I went to another dealer where they gave me valuable information .And i was able to repair myself with former auto repair experience.Might i add ,in rather of a short time .For all of my lost time and money,i left with feeling i was taking advantage of.And the feeling they could careless i would be a repeat customer. ''They never even offered my a cup of coffee'' .I hope no one else has to experience what i went thru .''Good luck to all who would ignore this review''

I can't say enough about Anderson Dodge and how much they helped us. We had a bad situation and not much hope to get a car with better gas mileage then what we had. We walked out with a new car, good payment, etc. They were so friendly, worked with us and really bent over backwards for us. I highly recommend this dealership. Overall great experience at A. Dodge! All parties involved (Bob, Patrick, and Keith) were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Bob stepped in and used his height to help approximate how the vehicle would fit in my garage, and Patrick gave me good advice by telling me that I didn't need to yell at the "uconnect" system! Good experience shopping here. I was turned off at first shopping here. I had visited the dealership in the past and did not get any help that was 2 years ago. Well I was in the market again for a newer car. This time the experience was a complete 180. The sales guy "Nick" is awesome. Not pushy at all and no useless information. I just bought my first dodge and hopefully this is not the last. I will be in the market again for another car in the next couple of years and this will be the first place I look!!!! Plus they filled up my new car. Free gas is always good.

Great customer service from the start! I went in to look at a SUV and worked with Joe Rigotti. I liked the vehicle but we were not able to agree on a price. He did not play the game of back and forth with the price, I just gave him my offer and asked if they could meet it or not. I called the next day to see another SUV and we were able to agree on a price. Joe was very nice to work with and didn't play games. My daughter loves the used Jeep and we were very happy with our trade in. It was a pleasant experience and we will check in there again when it is time to get another vehicle. Everything went so smooth, he even called four days later to see how we liked the vehicle. Thanks Joe!

Dave Johnson knew our requirements up front and contacted us with a used minivan that met our needs. He was very professional. We had our little kids with us and he helped us efficiently check everything out and take turns test driving it. My husband finished the paperwork in under an hour.
