I have had nothing shy of a great experience at Anderson Ford. Floyd hands down is the best salesman I have worked with. With him and Griffin working together I felt really good about my purchase. I have spoke with the GM Robert Williams multiple times. He is a great guy that truly cares about his customers. Any questions or concerned I have he answers and resolves immediately. I can buy from Anderson ford with confidence. Thanks guys

I bought a used Escape today and had a great experience. I went in by myself and never felt jerked around or pressured like I have in some dealerships. Jonathan was my salesman and was very easy going and personable. He made a genuine effort to negotiate in a way that seemed fair for both sides. Jake was the finance manager and did a great job going over the details of my financing. He was patient with my questions, and was quick and efficient in preparing my paperwork. I highly recommend Anderson Ford, and especially Jonathan and Jake.

Not a place to buy a 2021 GT500. WIFE Found tears in the seats two miles from the dealership. They are hard to get a hold of And I spent 90K. DO NOT TRAVEL any distance to buy a car from them. It’s inconvenient and disorganized. And they over changed us APR according to the letters received from other banks after the sale I already called the GM as you requested. He called me a "Coward". Simply, Fix the seats and take care of your customer. That will stop these kind of reviews.………

I got the best deal ever at Anderson Ford!!!! So excited !!! I had the best salesman ever. Thank you Adam Lacey for my new car and the best deal ever. I was driving a Subaru and the Subaru dealership only offered me 1000.00 on a trade in. Anderson Ford offered me 2500.00 on a trade-in. Thank you Adam Lacey !!! So excited about the the whole experience. I never thought finding what I needed would be this easy or affordable . Financing was easy as well .
