I've been working with Allen Gill, one of the Sales Managers at Anderson Ford to coordinate the sale of a used Ford Focus that was left behind when my brother-in-law passed away. This opportunity keeps the bank from repossessing the car and taking a huge loss, gets a decent used vehicle back on the market and gets some money out of the deal to my niece to help with paying for her college tuition. While the bank seems to be bumbling the process getting the title issued to complete everything I'm sure it will work out for the best for everyone. Glad to have someone like Allen go the extra mile to help out a local resident and get a decent car back on the market.

My experience earlier this week was not what I would expect. I am pleased that Ryan the service manager called me to discuss my concerns. He assured me that customer feedback guides practice at their dealership. Thank you Ryan for your time. My warranty work was completed well. My wait time 3.5 hours was longer than I had anticipated. I would have made other arrangements, had I known it would be this long. I hope that my comments as a first time visitor, will improve the experience of other customers. Understanding the procedure at a dealership is important. Your staff and how they interact with clients, is truly the life-line of your business.
