An advise to Honda Anderson dealership, get you stuff together and streamline your customer experience!! I recently bought a Honda 2022 touring model from Anderson. A week later, I realized that it doesn't come with the wheel lock. It has been a challenging to get it done in Anderson. I called the sales - Bert. He asked me to call service department. I called the service department, the lady transfer me to the Part department. No one answered and I left a message the first time, but still no one call back a week later. Perhaps, the message wasn't clear. I called the part department again today, and they confirmed the part is on site and only can provide the price for the part and couldn't give me the final price. Also, they had to transfer me to the service department to schedule the appointment- the lady couldn't provide the price neither the time need for the installation, and she needs to transfer me to another department for the information I asked. I thanks the lady and hang up the call. Guess selling the part and service just a small profit for Anderson employees to care about the customer experience!

Excellent customer service. The salesman, Chris Baker, was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I got the car I wanted, communicated everything well, and took care of things in a timely manner. The finance gentleman, Dustin, was just as helpful. He thoroughly explained everything, answered all my questions, and got me a great deal on my car. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and I felt like they genuinely cared. Would highly recommend.

When we bought our first Honda a few years ago, we thought the experience was typical. However, when we walked into Anderson Honda, we knew the experience was going to be great. Right off the bat everyone was friendly and inviting. Bert took the time to help us, even though he wasn't sure he could due to car shortages. We were able to find something we loved and the entire process was easy. Bert was detailed, knowledgeable about everything, and was transparent about the whole process. I didn't feel like I was being sold a car because that's what he's supposed to do - I felt like he genuinely cared about getting us in the right car and making sure we were happy with our experience. The next time I need a car I will definitely be returning.

Recently I purchased Honda Accord from them, and I loved there service, very friendly and helpful. Ask for Nikki, she is super friendly plus a good sale person. And also the person in finance department I forgot his name but he was really helpful and gave the best service. Overall I loved them all. Thanks a lot to Nikki n the finance guy.

Eric and Serge, AS ALWAYS, were extremely helpful, patient and diligent with this sale. It was hard to find exactly what I wanted, but they both worked extra hard to make sure everything was perfect!! The transaction from start to finish was painless and I couldn't be happier!
