I have owned my first Mazda for about 5 years. I have always taken it to the dealership for routine maintenance. Justin has always been very polite and friendly when I call and come in for service. Last year a rock hit my windshield on a trip to Florida, and I called him for advice. He never makes me feel like an inconvenience. Always friendly and helpful. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, this type of service would definitely be a consideration to stay with a Mazda vehicle.

After serching hi and lo for the all new 2016 Miata I called Anderson Mazda on a whim. They just happened to have the exact car I was looking for. It came off the truck the same day. I bought the car over the phone at a tad under the sticker price, not bad because I know some dealers are charging well over the sticker. I felt a bit like Donald Trump, never in my life did I think I would spend so much money in a ten minute phone call. All that night and the next day I was worried they would sell the car out from under me with so few Miatas avalable right now, but my worries were unfounded. The deal closed as easy as can be. After some research, I stopped in to test drive the Mazda3. After driving two cars, both of which were sweet, I was able to decide which I preferred, after a long afternoon of deliberation. Hans was courteous, patient and accommodating while I made my decision. No pushy or shady sales tactics. I appreciate that. My car buying experience was painless and I love my new Mazda3 sport.

My husband and I were looking for a car for my daughter. She was driving my 2005 Mazda 6. She is going away to school in the fall, and felt like she should have something a little more reliable, Of course, the first cars we looked at were the Mazda 3's. The price range was good, right where we wanted it to be. To be fair, we also looked at other cars that were comparable to the 3. We had already purchased one Mazda 3 and a CX5 from Hans Salberg. He was great to work with and knew his stuff. He was ready to help us find another Mazda to fit our needs. In the end, even though we ended up going with the other car, I would recommend Hans to anyone who is in the market for a new Mazda. When I am ready to trade in my CX5, I will definitely give him a call.

This my second purchase from Anderson. Initially wanted the Murano, but Hans recommended we look at the Mazda. Hans did a great job of working to get my business. No high pressure sales tactics, but just good service. Worked to get me the price I needed and the price he needed to make it work. A win/win situation. Also did an excellent job of going thru all the technical details of the Mazda CX5 Grand Touring package. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car.Randy also did an excellent job of getting thru all the paperwork for extended warranty, clear coat protection and final purchase. Again no high pressure sales tactics, just good honest facts about the products and services.

Dorian was eager to make us happy. We explained up front our plans and goals with the initial visit. Dorian took the time to show us each of the vehicles we intended to look at as well as explain different options that are available. We then looked at other dealers at the other vehicles we wanted to look at. We were back the next day to choose our vehicle and Dorian went out of his way to find what we wanted.Great experience, I will never buy a car the same day I look again. The time to look around and chew on the decision makes the process better.

Our salesman, Dorian, was friendly, eager to find us the right cars, and willing to go the extra mile for us. They even worked with us on price! Great place to shop for a used car!Just one word of warning.... Don't go on a Saturday! They are really busy and it can take a while longer than during the week!

Zak was a Great salesman!This dealership listens to their customers and believe me I was difficult!!! But they didn't give up and Zak found me what I wanted! Dustin the finance manager got my approved within an hour or so and that never happens at other dealerships!! I walked out with my new car within about 2 hours of finding what I wanted! Initially we came into the dealership while we were shopping around and test drove the Mazda 3 with Jack. He was very friendly and honest and definitely sold us on the car. Once we came back to buy, Hans assisted us in our purchase and could not have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and confident which created the perfect buying experience. I see Dorian's name a lot in the customer comments, and I see why! He was awesome to work with, listened to everything I wanted in a car and stuck to it all. I was a super picky customer because I knew exactly what I wanted, and he took the time to show me all of my options in order to make sure I was making the right choice. I went there in need of a car thatr was in my price range and they found just that for me. they came down to the price i needed and there was a slieght problem with the airbags that they fixed as well. while they were cleaning and detailing my car sales man Dorian Sharp bought me lunch while i was waiting. it was a great overall experiencs. Dorian was very helpful.

Dorian is a great salesman. He made us feel so comfortable when buying a car. He never forced us to a car, he always got us to test drive a car we wanted. We felt really good about going to Dorian and he will always be our salesman. I would say Dorian is very professional at his job.

I purchased my first new car through Anderson Mazda. I selected Mazda because I knew about their safety and quality (plus, let's be real, they're way cooler than a Chevy Cruze). I entered the showroom floor with no specific knowledge on the brand. Hans Salberg immediately came up to me and asked me how he could help. I vaguely said "Tell me about Mazdas," and he most certainly did. With the most sincere and educational tone, he gave me all the information I needed to sell me on the Mazda 3. He let me take it for a test drive while showing me all the nice features on the vehicle. I left with not only the knowledge that a Mazda 3 was the car for me, but also with the assurance that I was making the right choice, because of the resounding kindness and care that Hans left me with. Exceptional salesman, exceptional company.

I purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Jose this year. He was genuinely easy to work with and let the car sell itself. He was able to answer any questions I had and really made sure to help walk me through the entire purchase process. I felt like Jose provided really great service and I would purchase another car from him. I've only had the car in once so far for its first maintenance, but Justin was also great to work with. Easy to work with, thorough, and really makes sure to let you know all that is going on with the service.I'm looking forward to continued visits to this dealership for service and would recommend them to family and friends.

Every worker at this place is super awesome. Justin was great at helping us with issues on our new car. He went above and behind what I could have ever expected. He gave us a rental and took less than 24 hours to fix a major issue on our car. Normally I deal with rude service guys who do not want to repair anything under warranty. They usually give me some reason why I have to pay but not at Anderson Mazda. I had 2 big issues and they fixed it for free. I definitely will go back to Anderson Mazda even if I have no warranty and have to pay out of pocket. The people here seem to really enjoy working at Mazda and helping other Mazda owners.

I love this place! I have never seen anybody work harder for my business. I went to several dealerships around rockford and nobody could get me financed except for the guys at Anderson Mazda. I will definitely come back for all my future vehicles. I highly recommend this place!!!

Overall my experience was pretty outstanding at Anderson Mazda. Brad Ferwerda was a down to earth salesman who did not push me to buy anything. He listened to what i was interested in, made suggestions, and was completely honest with me. Never beat around the bush. Overall, an outstanding experience with Brad and Anderson Mazda!

We will follow Baker wherever he goes. We trust him. He takes care of us (family included) and he does everything he can to make us happy. He is our car guy! Dave is very friendly and works hard to make sure his customers are happy! He helped sync my phone and explained how everything works.

Had a great experience at Anderson Mazda. We stopped in to check out the leg room for the 3rd row seat on a Mazda 5 and left with a new 2010 Mazda Tribute! Brad did a great job answering our questions and providing the service we needed on an extremely busy day. We started the day as parents juggling a busy Saturday with our kids: drive to the dodge dealer to look at two cars, guitar lessons, baseball practice, group project for school to shoot a movie, multiple trips to the neighbors to walk their dog and a basketball game. We stopped at Anderson mazda on a whim and Brad helped us find what we needed and complete the transaction in between other activities. we did it all and only missed 20 minutes of basketball. Thanks Brad!
