I liked that Michael Greene only used a few low pressure techniques. I do not like it when you go on a car lot and get the " Oh two other people are looking at this vehicle.... you better hurry". A vehicle is a major purchase. There is little reason to rush. Nissan products sell themselves. Pressure is not necessary and could actually turn some people off. As far as what I liked about Anderson Nissan, I felt Michael knew about the product I was interested in. I felt like he cared about me as much as the deal. I simply loved Zain in financing. He's a character. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, polite. The dealership was clean to the point of spotless. But again, your Nissan products sell themselves. Pressure just is not necessary. The vehicles are awesome and will sell themselves. As I see it, advertising to get people on your lot should be your number one priority.

All I do is pull in, hand over my keys and Fred Anderson Nissan does the rest. My car is most always ready earlier than expected. There is no "corporate pretension" with this dealership. That's a big plus for me. I anticipate purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership as well.

I actually was not going to purchase a vehicle for another month or so but when you get good customer service, it's hard to wait. Oh, and my niece bought from y'all and hands down recommended you. Prior to my appointment I had been taking pictures for my niece, Angie, whose class was working on a Flat Stanley project where they sent a paper cutout of a character who travels (via snail mail) to another part of the country to learn more about the U.S., and Matt was kind enough to allow me to take some photos of "Flat Stanley" at the dealership.

It's odd to write a review when I haven't even bought a car from here yet (but I hope to negotiate here soon!) I just felt it was necessary to say what great salesmen they have. Nate in used is a good man and good at what he does. But the person that really blew me away was Jeremy Greene. While mostly in new car sales, he happened to help me by chance. He was very polite and understanding of my requirements. I gave him a set make and model and he has been doing his best to get me my used vehicle. Although there have been slip aways (my fault), he hasn't given up on me. He has been the only dealer that seems like a genuine nice guy that is trying to help me buy instead of just upselling to me like all others. I hope to make a final decision soon with them, but if negotiations fall through, it's no hard feelings. Either way, I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to make the draining process of buying a car easier and less stressful! Aske for Jeremy Greene!

Bought an Altima in 2011 and came back, traded and bought my new one here this week. Exceptional experience all around. Sam Hartman in sales was a kind gentleman and truly a class act. Years of Sales Manager experience in high end Mercedes dealerships in NY and FL make him an easy, seasoned professional. No smarmy sales tactics...just straight dealing, and they cut me a stellar deal on a wonderful new car (great price, full incentives/rebates and full payoff on my trade). The F&I manager and sales manager were also straight shooters. Sure, everyone tries to up sell you on warranties, coatings, service plans, etc. but they ease off graciously if you kindly tell them no. Nothing like the high pressure tactics at other dealerships I've visited. Followup has been friendly but not overbearing. I have been servicing my Altima here all along, and will continue to do so with my new car. I like the "Family Plan" savings. Always found the service department accommodating and friendly. After reading all the rave reviews on here. I took my Nissan Versa here to do its regular service and wheel alignment, but was very disappointed in the service I received. We got several different stories and prices on all the service. On receipt it said something was wrong with car and that they gave us an estimate, but we never received it, wasn't even told about it. I found out at home after going over receipt. Returned the next day to discuss it and got conflicting stories and asked to see mechanic and they refused and stated they were short 3 mechanics and were too busy to talk to us. I was surprised as I loved Nissan and have never had any issues with any Nissan dealership.

I had a Nissan Sentra that I purchased from Anderson Nissan 7 years ago and have loved, but with 2 kids I needed something with more space. We researched online and narrowed it down to some Nissans and Fords. I should have just left out the Fords. As soon as we pulled into the lot someone was there to meet us and allowed us to look at and drive anything we wanted. Reggie assisted us the first day and since it was his day off the next Zach worked with us. Both guys were great, answered all of my questions and I ultimately left the lot with a brand new Nissan Altima! If this car is as good as the last I will never go anywhere other than here to look for cars. 5 star everything!!!!!!!!!!

Mark (both Marks actually) was really easy to work with and seemed genuinely concerned that I would get good service and like the car (I do). Have already recommended a friend talk to him. Nathan and Sam were amazing. They knew everything about the car. As we drove the car it did not feel like a sales pitch. I have been looking for a car since March 13th and I have been on at least 15 used car lots. Most used car salesmen don't know much about the car they are selling or they lie when I ask a specific question that may negatively impact my buying decision. They told us interesting facts about the pathfinder, showed us all the bells and whistles both in and out of the car, and were honest when I asked about the reviews I had read about the 2013 transmission. No pressure and the experience was casual. Nathan has sent several emails and followed up with me about the car. In fact I have several questions about the electronics and he offered to go through everything again with me on Friday. He also offered recommendations on accessories. I also liked that I got a tour of the service facility, met the service manager, etc. I think it is encouraging to come back for service when things feel comfortable. I also like the warranty on the vehicle and having the car washed when I have it serviced is an added bonus that you don't get other places. I have already referred my cousin and one other friend to Nathan and Sam to look for a murano and rogue. But I did warn them about the added pressure from the finance department to make additional purchases that increase the purchase price of the vehicle.

I literally drove my truck into a warm receiving area which was nice because it was a very cold morning. My truck was serviced at my scheduled appointment time. A shuttle service was provided so I could go have breakfast during my appointment time. The shuttle returned at the time promised, and my truck was ready upon my return.

The sales manager (I believe that was his title) brought me over and explained to me what I was paying for and that I had the family plan. That had never been explained to me before and what I needed to do to keep the plan. If he had not done that I Probably would of lost the family plan and definitely wouldn't of know what I needed to do to keep up my vehicle.

Friendly service. They went the "extra mile" to help us with another problem we were having when we took the car in for service. Even had a mechanic ride with us to hear the noise himself. I do not remember his name (I think they said he was the "Master Mechanic"), but he was most friendly and helpful!

Being a mom with limited time I loved that fact, he was not pushy and very knowledgeable. The rouge he suggested was a GREAT deal, I couldn't resist, plus the benefit that I got a fair amount on my trade in, sealed the deal! Mike who completed my paperwork process, was awesome, explained everything to me in detail and was quick. I wish I would have bought the original vehicle back in February! I went back in February this year to look for a bigger family friendly car, almost bought a rouge then (wish I had). My wife was looking to purchase a new Murano. She does not like the new 2015 body style. She was looking for another glacier white with tan interior, 2014 model. After shopping around several local dealers in Upstate SC we drove to Asheville to Anderson Nissan. We were treated like family by everyone. I was skeptical about going there after reading a negative review online. My skepticism was unwarranted. Everything went great. The buying experience was superb. Zain is one exceptional Sales Consultant, and I have a feeling that we will be friends over the next 200,000 miles. He has already kept his word and responded to all of my questions following the purchase of my Altima. (Mark, the Sales Manager, was pretty nice too.) To be honest, I was interested in the Altima and the Accord, and in my mind they were tied. I liked the interior and price better on the Accord, but I loved the red color of the Altima and the extra safety features and navigation system that merited a little higher price. All other things on the cars were equal in my opinion. But, the final selling feature for me wasn't just the car but the total package provided by Anderson Nissan. Zain presented the service department, dealership values, life-time warranty information, and family plan in such an enthusiatic manner that it made me excited about joining the Anderson Nissan family. Based on my positive purchase experience, I have high expectations for the service I am to receive in my future years of Altima ownership.

The following day I received a phone call from Mark explaining to me what an awesome deal he had worked out for me. Not only did I get an awesome deal but I got a Brand New 2014 Nissan Rogue AWD. What I liked the best was that there were no hidden fees or no hassle in purchasing the vehicle. Everything I was told during my phone call conversation was exactly what happened when I got to the dealership. The finance process was very quick and smooth. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. The service rep was courteous and addressed my questions and concerns. I came in for just an oil change and 75000 mile service. Once there, I expressed interest in new tires. He was informative and helpful but not aggressive about selling me new tires. I made the decision without prompting. This helped establish a level of trust, because I know, from representing many service reps in family law cases in my legal career, that they receive financial incentives from the work commissioned. I believe his name was Nathan. I liked him and would continue using him in the future.

He was not one of those salesman that are over anxious to sell a car.He didn't put any pressure on us and that is what we like when we buy a car.We have often had a very rude salesman, but Nathan was not. He even brought us to the Service Dept. and introduced us to the Manager. We really appreciated that.

My wife asked if there were 2 keys to the vechicle. When I picked up the Murano (which we really like) there were not 2 keys. We appreciate Donald Dobbins and the fact that he corrected this and had them make us another key. I felt bad that this may have cut into his commission but we appreciate that he made this right. He was very professional and friendly.My wife was impressed with the repair area they got her right in and made her another key. So far, Very Happy!

Took my 2011 Nissan Rogue in to trade. Drove out with a 2014 Nissan Rogue SL. Said I didn't want white. I bought white. Didn't want my payments to increase more than $50, but increase was $115 more! You may think I'm not happy ..... But I am ECSTATIC. This car is the most incredible ever & worth that much more, definitely!! Fred Anderson Nissan does thorough service in a timely manner. They also honor the FA family plan better, in my opinion, than Fred Anderson Toyota, which is where my vehicle came from in the first place. The most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. I wanted to buy a Jeep Wrangler they had. The Master Technician was notified to look over what I had requested. I asked that "if it needs replacing, please do." The Service Rep Michael W was phenomenal. He listened carefully to what I wanted, wrote up the service ticket and kept me informed about charges, parts ordered, when the car would be ready for pickup and there were no surprises or hidden charges when I picked up the car.
