To start with, when we walked up to a service adviser we were left standing for at least 5 to 10 minutes while she talked on the phone w/out any kind of greeting or an I'll be with you in just a moment. Didn't start us out w/warm fuzzy feelings I can tell you.It took a long time for the repair and service. When we did get the car back it was supposed to have been washed. It was actually dirtier that when we left it - very dirty water spots ALL over the car! We had to wash the car immediately upon arriving home. I appreciate having the car washed after service but it should not leave the car dirtier than when we started.

Purchased a used ATS from John Bearden , Sales Representative and Scott Alton, Pre-Own Manager - process was professionally handled and expedited in an efficient manner. Car needed some minor detail performed and dealer was agreeable to comply with all requests. Met Bryan Dover, Service Advisor who worked with me and took care of all issues. Was in the market for a high quality low miles Cadillac, this dealer had one advertised and I made an appointment to view it. Upon arrival, sales specialist Scott Levine had the car parked front and center for my viewing. I was greeted very nicely by Andrews Cadillac staff. As I knew what I was looking for, I spent a lengthy time going over the car with no pressure, I liked that. After test driving the car, I knew it was the one I wanted. After a no hassle negotiation I purchased the vehicle. As a buyer of many vehicles,from both private and dealerships, I must say I have never been treated better buying a car. Always perfect service at Andrews!! People are always cordial and ready to assist you any way they can. They have met me at Dr's offices and at an interstate exits to exchange cars with me so they can work on my car when I was unable to drive into dealership for repair or recalls due to time constraints at physicians offices as we live 2 hours away. Certainly worth the drive to buy at Andrews!!

My sales professional was Scott Levine. we had emailed each other several times. I eventually set a date to meet him and test drive several cars. In preparation for TN winter, I had all new tires and relining of front and rear brakes performed on my 2006 Cadillac DTS. I asked if I would sense or hear anything different with the new brake pads; but I was assured that there would be nothing unusual. You wouldn't have to be an accomplished musician like myself, to hear the clunk and grinding sound I experienced after driving the car home and using the brake in heavy Nashville traffic. This was especially evident on downhill grades, when easing off of the brake for forward motion and then pressing down again. I called the dealership and was told to bring it back the next morning. The technician drove the car and said what he heard was normal and there is always some "bedding in" time on new brake pads. I was very grateful for the explanation on this procedure; and if the sounds still persists, I will once again take the car back for further inspection. I depend on this Cadillac dealership, and in the past 18 months of service, since moving to TN; I have found them to be very courteous, thorough and reliable.

I always find everyone very friendly and helpful. The service is always great. I had an appointment in the Spring at the "Y" the same time that it was time for my car to be serviced. Bryan Dover was so thoughtful and helpful. He had someone take me to the "Y" and when I was ready I called him . I was picked up and of course my car was serviced and ready to go. That bit of kindness was a great help for me. I find Andrews always has very nice and pleasant employees. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

I recently brought our Cadillac SRX in for its 10,000 mile service and while there, it was brought to my attention that I had a nail puncture in the sidewall of one of the tires. Edwina in the service department was absolutely fantastic in assisting me with resolving the issue with my insurance carrier and replacing the tire. She addressed this issue by phone in my presence and had a new tire on the car in less that 15 minutes after the initial regular service was completed. I have owned or leased many different high performance cars in my life and have dealt with many dealerships but I have never experienced that level of excellence that is demonstrated at Andrews Cadillac. And I make this statement not only as a result of the same consistent high quality service reflected in their service department but also from the sincere and caring involvement I received when I leased this car with Scott Levine. The commitment to excellent is obvious on all levels at this fine establishment and it is for this reason I have elected to become a repeat customer with Andrews.

After having the check engine light repaired on Dec. 4, 2014 (2006 Cadillac DTS); I then began to have the Service Stabilitrak light come on intermittenly after doing normal turning. I researched and found that it could be the steering wheel position sensor or yaw sensor. I called Andrews Cadillac and Bryan Dover was very helpful in explaining what might be the problem. Being the sole driver of this car, I want to keep it as maintenance free as possible and safe. Andrews Cadillac took care of the problem in a minimal amount of time, and kept me informed about the progress. I have great confidence in this dealership, and appreciate the sincerity of Bryan Dover.

The repair department employees are very polite and willing to work with the customer. The waiting room is very pleasant with coffee and refreshments with comfortable sitting provided. As if that were not enough, when your car is ready, along with a wash, they thank you for having the opportunity to help in your service needs. This is why I feel like a King when I enter the store.

Recently purchased a pre owned vehicle and the buying process was very easy and professional. Everyone exhibited exceptional service and Mr Levine is amazing! They say the car comes with the sales consultant and they aren't lying! I live in Kentucky and found several ATS's at Andrews online that I liked with the red leather interior which I was looking for so I picked one out online and made an appointment to travel down to the dealership later that week. When I got there the car I had been looking at/chosen had some aftermarket black rims on it and I had asked how much more were those and I choose to just have the ones that were suppose to be on it and pictured online put back on. Well after all the paperwork was completed (took over 3 hours and the loan app had already been submitted and approved earlier that week online) I leave the lot to head home, I happen to just think to pull over and get out and check to make sure they put the right wheels (19") back on which were a $895 option listed on the window sticker. Nope they put these little and very ugly 15" on. I head back to the dealership and tell them those are not the rims that I had purchased and they tried to convince me to keep them and I informed them that was not a option, I wanted the rims I had paid extra for and the manager agreed to swap them out with another car on the lot. Which took them an extra hour to swap these out.After owning the car for three weeks (900 miles on the odometer) I get a flat and take it to my local dealership in Kentucky and find out I have a screw in my tire. My local dealer said The tire would have to be replaced due to being a run flat which is illegal to be plugged for $410 but if I would of purchased from them they would replace for free because they give a complimentary 1 year road hazards with there new cars but I should contact Andrews to see what they want to do about it since thats where I purchased the vehicle.I contact Andrews and was told I had the opportunity to purchase road hazard ($600+) and declined so I was on my own. Why would one dealer offer this for free and Andrews charge so much. I understand I did not purchase the road hazard but what I was not told is that My car has run flats and if you run over a nail they cannot be fixed and would cost me 400+ for each tire to replace. Was also not informed that I DO NOT have a spare tire. I work in sales and I understand this is a Issue with the dealership and not the salesman. The Salesman answered my question and told me there policies. So I forward the General manager our conversation and my concerns that there is NO service after the sale and your on your own after purchasing at Andrews. The General Manager (Nelson Andrews) choose to completely ignore my email and no response at ALL.The whole reason behind purchasing a new vehicle is the piece of mind that you have a dependable vehicle that you wont have to pour lots of money into for repairs. Well three weeks later im spending 400+ on a new tire because Andrews could care less about there customer. When Has anyone ever got new tires and it not include some sort of road hazard for at least a short period of time. Especially when my local dealer gives there customers the extra piece of mind with a complimentary one year of road hazard.At Andrews after the sale you are on your own, I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Andrews is all about volume and could care less about the customer. If they don't sell to you they'll just get the next guy.The Sales associate did take good care of me and explained all the featured of the car before leaving and did an excellent job and has followed up with me several times after the sale making sure I understand how to navigate all the technology in the new ATS. My bad experience is beyond his control and comes from poor management of the facility and there policies.

Coming out of work last week, my 2013 SRX would not start and was making a loud clicking noises as I attempted to start it. The noise would not stop. I recently moved to TN and my DTS was under a GM Factory Recall; and I needed assistance. My husband was a Chief Engineer for GM until his retirement, so I am very familiar with the corporation and have always driven a Cadillac. I was exceptionally pleased with the attention and service at Andrews Cadillac. I recently wrote a very positive review but I keep getting e-mails requesting more reviews. I'm not sure where these reviews go but I will write one more.-------I recently blacked out and ran my SRX into a concrete base of a light pole at the Kroger store and ended up with a pacemaker. Apparently I stepped on the gas when I blacked out because I did extensive damage to my SRX. Mark Moyer and team did a terrific job of putting my vehicle back together.Mark gave me periodic updates on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated. Scott Hertzberg is also one of my Andrews heros when I take my SRX in for service. I also enjoy talking to Herman Butler. What a fantastic personality. He has helped my wife and me understand how all the buttons etc.work and is a real pleasure to talk to. I hope Andrews folks continue their concern for their customers. Andrews Cadillac went out of their way to get the exact 2013 SRX that I wanted...color and all. Not long after the purchase, I was hit by a car while valet parked. After getting estimates, I found Andrews Cadillac body repair was the least expensive. I was extremely pleased with their quote and with the job they did on the repair. I was concerned about the service schedule and the need to go the the dealership for all service work because they are located almost an hour from where I live. However, after a couple of visits, I found the trip was well worth my time because they did such a great job. Fast, courteous, thorough and with a comfortable waiting area with coffee & snacks. As expected, the process was smooth, and I'm beyond satisfied! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the best deal, on the best vehicles, with the best customer service! The reason I contacted Andrews was because I have a 2011 Cadillac STS. I had purchased from CarMax and have not had any service except oil Changes. My car was hit in the parking lot of a resturant and had to be repaired. I called Andrews and told them my car was coming by being being towed to their lot. The Repair service person I talked was Ann Martin who was very helpful with all information about the insurance and also advised me about what I could expect with their service. When the car was repaired, I have been very satisfied with the repair job that the company has preformed. The part that was a great help to me was, I also ask if anyone could show me how to set several automated settings the car has installed in this model, which is many. Herman Butler a Sales Person was kind enough to help me learn a great deal about the car's functions that I have appreciated very much.

Great service from the sales process to the ongoing maintenance. In am a four year customer of Andrews for four years. I appreciate the honesty in regards to what maintenance is required and the reasonable pricing of the service. There is no reason to go anywhere else, once you experience their customer service and followup.

I ordered my 2012 CTS Sport Coupe in Sept. of 2011 to my specifications. Took delivery in Nov. 2011 and just love everything about it. I have had so many compliments on it and still do get compliments. I was recommended by a friend to go to Andrews Cadillac when I decided to purchase a car. I did check out another dealer in Nashville, just to hear what they had to say. Needless to say I was not happy with them. My friends had purchased their new vehicle from John Bearden and was very happy. I had a couple of visits with John and he was very helpful making sure that I had the color combination, chrome wheels and etc. that I wanted. John also took care of the transfer of my Cadillac that I sold to a friend at the time I took delivery of my car. This was very nice and made it easy for me. The service department is always very nice . The facilities are always very neat, clean and comfortable. Everyone at Andrews has always been very nice and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Andrews.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Andrews and couldn't be happier. We purchased a CTS and later a Platinum STS, both cars are great.The service team should be know as Triple Delight. Always pleasant and helpful when you're in the service department. Even when your husband tease me about driving slow taking 2 hours to drive from Madison to Brentwood they laugh with us and it genuine. When you have great cars being sold by top salesman like Herman Butler and quality service personnel Andrews Cadillac can't lose.

I started looking for a new Crossover by looking at BMW and Audi but decided that I wanted to deal with a local owned dealership after being disappointed at the franchise dealerships. Andrews treated my wife and I as important people. We purchased a new SRX and love it. There was an initial factory defect but the service department was wonderful and fixed the problem with little discomfort to us.

My fiance and I went to Andrews because I got a taste of his DTS, and decided I wanted a Cadillac of my own. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly people in a comforting atmosphere. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted, and I refused to settle for less. Scott Levine was an excellent salesman, and remained patient as I sent him out over and over in the freezing cold to pull different cars for me to test drive... I didn't like the color... It didn't drive like the DTS... I didn't want a car that large... Just to name a few of my complaints. I finally found the perfect Cadillac CTS, but it was missing one of my must have features... Auto start. Scott Alton came to see if I finally found my dream car only to find I was not completely satisfied. Not only did he throw in the auto start, but he also gave me a three month trail on my Onstar service, and my XM radio. Scott Levine and Scott Alton made my Cadillac buying experience very enjoyable. They made me feel that no request was too large, and I deserved to have everything I wanted. They kept me comfortable and happy throughout my visit. Andrews Cadillac is a wonderful dealership, with wonderful people. I recommend Andrews Cadillac, and The Scott Dream team,to anyone looking for a new or used car. I'm a hard sell, but I know they have my business from now on.

Great professional service at a great price. When I walk in, one of the managers (Larry) greet me at the front door and introduce me to Jordan (my salesperson) Jordan was friendly, efficient and helpful. He answered all my question and took care of all concerns about the car and my trade in. Found the car I was looking for and got the price I wanted for the trade and new car. The process was smooth, painless and they took care everything; On top of that they gave me a better rate on my loan which I had pre-approve from Capital One. If anyone who is looking for Porsche/Audi or check out their pre-owned and used cars; you need to go to Rockville Porsche/Audi in Maryland (just outside of 10 miles from DC) and please ask for Jordan or Larry

I went in to Andrews late on a Friday afternnon to get an oil change because of my school schedule. I also wanted to get a car wash and needed to get my heater checked. Darryl Keckler, the service attendant, was most attentive in helping me to get not only the oil change, but also the car wash and new acctuator for my heater that afternoon. I feel they went over and above "customer service" in accomodating my needs. I appreciated it greatly since my work schedule is "nonstop" and I couldn't get in at any other time. Andrews has been MOST helpful in my past 23 years of having a Cadillac and I applaude their service department for their outstanding service to their customers.

I ordered my 2012 CTS Sport Coupe in the fall of 2011. I took delivery of it on Nov. 1, 2011...on Nov.5,2011, I was rear ended. Andrews repaired my car and of course it looked like new again. John Bearden was my sales person. John was very helpful in every way, answered any questions I had and was very easy to deal with. I have dealt with Scott and Edwina in the service department and both have been extremely nice. Friends of mine recommended Andrews to me, and I would do the same for my friends. I like Andrews because they are a family owned dealership and for that reason they give better service. My previous Cadillac was from a family owned dealership in KY and like Andrews, they were very easy to deal with and gave good service. I am very happy with Andrews.

I'm driving my second cadillac purchased at Andrews and for the 7 years I have dealt with Andrews, I have never been treated in any way but with the utmost respect and courtesy by both the sales department and most importantly by the service department. Scott, Edwina and the crew have been most helpfull whenever Im bring the car in for service or repairs.............they keep you informed re: progress and are honest about what needs to be done and does not need to be done. I made an online offer for a 2005 Acura RL and the internet sales manager gave me a very good deal. Believe me, it really is a very good deal. I even drive from Minneapolis, MN to Brentwood, TN to buy the car. But in the end I didn't buy it. Here's where they lost my business and trust..being 16 hours drive away I want to make sure me and the internet sales guy have the same understanding of the car. Andrews Cadillac has really good ratings so I put a lot of trust on the sales guy. I asked him about the car and he said there is just one little dent on the front nothing else is wrong with the exterior, the car runs perfect, everything is normal under the hood..if there is even sense that something is wrong he wouldn't put it on the lot, and all the standard feature was tested and works. He even said that if I go down there and found somethings wrong that cost about few hundreds he would fix it and make me happy. Well, here what I found. I drove the whole night and got there in the morning. I found that there was a bump in the rear and the crome colors are coming out. Basically the the damage in the rear was 10 times the front and he missed it. The powering steering pumps makes noise when you turn. And the driver seat lumbar support is out. I talk to him about these issues and in the end all he can do is top off the power steering fluid. What happen to everything's normal under the hood? What happen to every standard features tested and works? And, what happen to fixing it if it just a few hundred bucks? There was other things as well but I didn't have solid ground so I won't mention it. I don't want to buy it because I drove so far to see it. I don't feel good about the car and the guy selling it. So I look around town for other similar vehicles and couldn't find one that I like so left for home. It was a waste of time and money.

I purchased a Cadillac SRX last January..my first Cadillac and I could not have chosen a better dealership. Everyone was so courteous and patient while I made my decision. I received two years of free service (oil change and tire rotation with my purchase). I have gone to the dealership three times for such service and each experience is great. The door is always open, staff always extra friendly, both in the service area and the showroom. Overall it is the best atmosphere. And did I mention, my wait time is less than an hour max. As usual, Edwina took care of the reason I brought the car in for service. She called me as I was leaving and asked me if I wanted her to replace my wipers? I told her I had planned to asked her to do that and did not mention it! My car was soiled, I had planned to have it washed as soon as I got it back! Edwina presented my car to me clean and ready to go!!

I bought a used '96 Cadillac from a private individual who had been its only owner. Even though it's used, it is in good condition and I want to keep it that way. So, I've been taking it to Andrew's Cadillac for service and repair. Andrew's has EXCELLENT customer service! And their prices are very reasonable. I feel that they treat me and my care just as good as one would expect if I'd bought a brand new Caddy at their dealership. Highly recommend them~

Daryl Heckler, Manager over the service department is always professional, courteous and does an outstanding job. Scott in the service department always does an outstanding job, and I cannot find the mere words to tell you about his professionalism, courtesy. These two gentlemen knows how to treat customers and get customers to return. I really appreciate Mr. Currie Andrew (owner), and how he come out and greet customers and make them feel welcome! Fox Owens,and Herman Butler are excellent salesmen. Donnie in the tire department does an outstanding job. Carol in finance does a great job. Bridgett Miller has always been patient with me and when I call her, she is most helpful. This summer it was very very hot in the service department and I wished that department had been air conditioned. Also, I noticed that I have to make payment at the outside desk instead of inside??? This dealer has exceeded all of my expectations. I purchased a 2008 Escalade 5 months ago and absouloutley love it. I paid a little more than I wanted to but it was a very fair deal I am really glad I purchased here now I have had no problems out of the vehicle but the service level at Andrews far exceeded my expectations. I will be a customer for life. Two of my family members have already purchased new vehicles from this dealer and are just as satisfied as I am first class dealership.

My wife and I got a new Cadillac SRX from Andrews, and it was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Steve Adkins, explained all the advantages of the new technology, made sure he found us the exact car we wanted, and then handled the whole process professionally. He even personally made sure the gas tank was full when we left. The finance part was handled by Kenny Soderstrom, who was again very professional in his approach. He asked questions, and determined that we qualified for an additional rebate that we did not know existed. He made sure that we got every benefit that we could have been entitled to, and actually re-printed our contract four times to get us the best deal he could. The owners, Currie and Nelson Andrews, both came over to thank us for our business. In short, we both felt that we got a fair deal, a wonderful car, and had the support and appreciation of the owners. What more could you ask of a car dealer?

Incompetent initial estimate. Accepted assignment of repair from State Farm that Andrews was not certified to perform. Repair that was to take 2-3 days took 2 full weeks. No communication from Collision Dept. that they lacked necessary certification to perform repairs and sent car off-site for the work. Repeatedly put off completion date with no apology or concern for our inconvenience.

They are a bunch of theves. Their service department is rude and the body shop not only made the damage worse to bilk State Farm, but they scratched up part of my car, broke a headlamp, and damaged the grill which then had to be repaired by another body shop. They are careless, rude, and they tried to overcharge state farm by creating additional damage. I understand from talking to others including 1 prominent physician, that they did the same thing to his wife's Escalade. I am filing a Zone office complaint and one with the attorney general's office for insurance fraud. DO NOT PATRONIZE ANDREWS CADILLAC.
