Customer service is great and they have your car in and out fast even with a walk-in. The gentlemen and ladies that check you in are very courteous and explain everything going on with your vehicle should a problem occur. The waiting area and vending machines are also terrific! Most importantly, they’re very honest, have reasonable prices, and only recommend something if it’s actually needed. Been going here for a few years and I can honestly say this is probably the best place to take your car for maintenance and repairs.

My lease was coming to an end and I had an appointment with Adam York to discuss my options. I had no intention of deciding that day. But Adam made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Great job, Adam!! UPDATE: Adam told me at the closing, after checking with someone in the office, that the $385 lease payment deducted from my account the day before for my current lease, would be refunded to me but it might take a month. Fine. Well, I waited five weeks and called Honda Finance, who informed me they would not refund it; it was the obligation of Andy Mohr Honda. Made a trip to Bloomington to talk to them. No one would admit they were at fault. They gave me two free oil changes. I will get those but will not deal with Andy Mohr again--either for service or any future leases.

The staff are always polite and friendly. There are snacks in the comfortable waiting room and a courtesy car with nice drivers to take you home or to work. My only issue was that my key fob was supposed to get a new battery and it was missed so I had to make an extra visit.
