I purchased my car a year ago at Andy Mohr and come back to get my car serviced. I came in to get an oil changemail. Salvador greeted me and asked what I needed done, he was amazing from start to finish!! The level of customer service was awesome! Being a store manager I'm always aware of when I receive awesome service! I also had a question for someone in the financial department and asked Salvador if I could speak to someone, he actually walked into the dealership with me and helped me take care of my question. When my car was complete he opened the door for me too. He was great from start to finish, very polite, respectful and professional!!!

From the moment that you arrive at Andy Mohr Nissan you will be greeting in a very friendly manner, spoken to in words you can understand (important!) and your work will be done in a timely manner and your vehicle gotten back to you by a smiling and polite employee (also important). Hubby and I have both had work done there and would recommend it to anybody-----even if you have to drive a ways from where you live in order to avail yourself of their services.

Although I bought my Nissan thru a very small, local company, when I had transmission problems the Service crew at Andy Mohr Nissan on Lafayette Road treated my concerns with the respect. The service guys are customer service professionals! They treat you like a queen (or king) and are fair to deal with. They can also service almost any make, so I have my husband take my Ford there when it needs service. The service manager is super friendly and remembers your face when you go in, and they don't jack you around with sales talk. They just get your car serviced or repaired and get you on your way. Remember to allow time for the free carwash and they will hook you up!

Beware this dealerships sales tactics. I purchased a Used Car from this location. During the purchasing process, the dealership used several unsavory tactics. They tried to charge me $500 for a VIN window etching upgrade that can be done yourself for $25. I later found out that the vehicle already had VIN etching. There were several mistakes made during the paperwork which I have seen before at low quality dealerships. Things such as the wrong price entered on the contract and forgetting that the car came with a warranty and trying to sell me one. Finally, I paid a $200 documentation fee to cover any document processing they had to be done. I was also charged a $40 Title Fee to cover the cost of the Title transfer at the BMV. I later received the Title application from the dealership in the mail. I called them and they told me that I had to pay for the Title transfer myself in direct contradiction to what I was told when I approved this charge. Even the person at the BMV was confused as the dealership normally handles this process and pays this fee. I would avoid this dealership but if you must deal with them, bring someone experienced at buying cars and triple check every number they give you.

Took my Altima in for an oil change on Saturday - When I drove it home, my car smelled hot - had a burning type smell. I drove it twice Sun with the same result so Mon morning I called the dealership service department. I was told to bring it in to be checked. I went in after work - seems someone left a plastic bag sitting on the catalytic converter - thus the burning smell. The service dept person seemed to think it was amusing......that is not how I felt about it. I asked him if I needed to sign a work form of any type - he said, no, he didn't write it up. Hmmmm.

Where do I start? I hated the thought of going to a dealership to buy a car. I'd rather go to the dentist. I found a vehicle on line and made an inquiry with the dealership online rep. I was invited to come in and look it over and take it for a test drive. Lo, and behold, it sold 1 hour before I arrived ("bait and switch"?). I was never supposed to buy that vehicle, the Lord had one picked out for me and Jessica Davis hooked me up. Not only did I get a much newer and better vehicle my payment was lower than my goal. I Love my 2014 Nissan Sentra, and the great deal I got on it. I have already recommended several people to this dealership and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work at Andy Mohr Nissan. Bill runs a well organized and tight operation, Amber is as personable, charming and helpful as you could ever hope a service agent to be, and Dave fixed the problem (windshield wiper actuator arm broken) in a heartbeat. I was traveling to Indy for business and my wipers failed in a snowfall and they took care of me and got me back on the road in record time. At first it was good, they got us in their got us a car it only took a couple hours. But then 2 weeks had passed and we found out we were not approved for the vehicle and we had to give it back. I wanted my down payment back for obvious reasons. They said no because I had been driving the car, but I wasn't renting a car the car was supposed to be mine so I wanted my down payment back it's losing money for nothing. So I went to the dealer ship to drop off the keys and I was having a ONE ON ONE convo with the manager when the finance dude DOUG CURRIE walks up interrupting me over and over and is very rude talking to me with so much disrespect as the manager was standing right there and did nothing. Then my fiance stepped in and said "You can chill talking to my girl that way" & this man DOUG CURRIE had the nerve to say "I will talk to you women any way I want to". Overall all very disrespectful. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst customer service experience at a dealership ever. We were in the market for a cheap safe car for a 16 year old about to get her license. My wife and I hadn't planned on buying a car till after the holidays, but I got a message from my TrueCar app about a Ford Taurus they had for 1500. Great deal so we went to take a look. Once we told the salesman which car we wanted to look at, we were tossed around and ignored by the staff like a poisoned hot potato until we eventually left. Both Mico and Damon told us that they didn't have time to help us while they sat doing paperwork. If you don't want to sell a 1500 dollar car then don't advertise one. But don't worry, we won't be bothering them with this or any future purchases.

I have been taking our Altima to this dealer for Service for the past several years and I have been very pleased with the care and personal attention they have given to my concerns. They are also quite conscious of the cost of repairs and what is worth to repair and what is not, which is very helpful these days when repairing aging cars. We got the headlights polished back to like new and it was worth it! We can see the road again and it is important for safety. These past couple years there have been many improvements to the facility and the staff are more thoughtful and caring. Keep up the great work.

We told the sales guys our requirements were very simple: write us up an offer on that van, do whatever financing term or APR needed for a maximum monthly payment of $300. I have great credit (score over 750) so I wasn't too worried about the financing options. They kept coming to 309, 325, 347, or more, regardless of what we would adjust on the deal. They would not even tell us what APR they were using to come up to these numbers, and that was even after they pretty much told us that our trade in was worthless because it had over 200k miles. Really? 5 minutes ago you tell me that these imports retain their value so well, but when it comes to using that saved up "retained value" its not there? What's the point of owning a vehicle that "retains its value well into its age" if that value is useless as a trade in?At any rate, the staff was friendly, and maybe their hands are tied because it's a big business and everyone has another boss telling them what deals they can or cannot make. However, we didn't buy our van here simply because it seemed they weren't willing to do what needed to happen to make the deal. We were left thinking that we were either out of our minds, or these guys just weren't motivated to sell.We did go to another smaller dealer, told them exactly what we needed, and they worked it out with no problems. No hassle, new(er) van sitting in the driveway, now.

I brought my Nissan Maxima in for some extended warranty work on the electronic steering lock system. During that visit they noticed a small leak from the head gasket and since it was under warranty as well helped to arrange to get it repaired. They helped provide me with a loaner car and carefully explained all the work that was to be performed. During the head gasket repair work, they also noted that my battery was having trouble holding a charge (it was five years old). They offered to replace it at cost and not for the install which was fantastic (and at a fair price for the battery itself). They kept me informed during the repair work and went out of their way to make pick up and drop off very simple and efficient. I would highly recommend this service center!

For the past 8 years, my family has purchased several new cars from andy mohr. Had a accident with one of them. We had a choice of where to have it repaired. $9,000.00. During this time, we found a nice used car. Got the price and let the dealer know that we were going to be out of town. Well as you guest. THEY SOLD IT FROM UNDER US. Even after calling daily and letting them know that we were coming back from California to pick the car up. Even then, the salesman saw us pull into the parking lot and ran off to the back of the building. I chased and asked, were is the car that we had been calling about, his reason was that he had to see. My question, why did you not call, nor telling , nor returned any of our calls. He gave that stupid grind and could not answerer. This is how they treat people that have been loyal to them for years. Then he in turned would not try to satisfy me for what was clearly his error. His mistake. Him, not calling or returning calls back to a customers that have been around for years. And this, they call customer service ? Really. Really. What kind of fools that we feel that we have been dealing with these people for years.

THIS location is great. I did a pre-owned through them and yesterday, I leased my second car through this location. My sales person was Timothy Thompson. He was very courteous and professional. He didnt give me the sales pitch and he didnt hassle me to buy a car. I felt he was a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable in getting me the best deal possible. For a moment, I almost forgot he was a salesperson. The Nissan Altima I got, I wanted in the color Java but they didnt have it at his location. He told me he would check at another location and assured me he would get me the Java color and he followed through on his word. I ended up having to leave to get back to the other side of town but I ask Timothy to email me with updates on the questions I had because I didnt have time to stay for his answers. Timothy stayed in constant contact with me throughout the day, calling and emailing me to make sure my questions and concerns were address and that we got the numbers just right. I didnt know this car came with the Bluetooth feature, so before driving off the lot with my new car, he setup my phone and give me a quick tutorial on how to use this feature. Unlike other sales people, he made certain that if I have any problems with my car or service, to contact him and he will see to the issue being resolved. I felt like I was well taken care of by Timothy. He even saw to my car being topped off with a FULL tank of gas, which werent done with the two previous cars I had at this location!I cant stress enough the huge difference Timothy Thompson made and that he is the reason why I am still with Andy Mohr Nissan because the AMN in AVON is HORRIBLE. AMN-Avon dont top off fluids, AMN-AVON dont check batteries, AMN-AVON CONSTANTLY gave me problems replacing my tires even though I have the tire protection plan and the service lady named Lisa Neiswinger is the WORST of them all. She constantly tried to have them charged me for stuff covered by my maintenance plan. LISA has a huge stick up her butt, always talking about how SHE has the AUTHORITY to do this or do that, she is JUST a service rep. She is NOT the GM or manger. She IS FULL OF HERSELF! SHE is JUST RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM AMN-AVON! If you want GREAT service, go to the one off Lafayette Road. I now drive an extra 15 miles because of the HUGE difference in customer service between the two locations. If you go to the AMN-Lafayette Road and you are looking for a car, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Timothy Thompson because he took care of me and I am positive he will take care of you too! I have dealt with 3 different sales persons at AMN-Lafayette Road location when buying cars and while all were good, Timothy Thompson was the one who RE-defined the meaning of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. All I can say about AMN-Lafayette Road and Timothy Thompson is WOW! Check them out for yourself!

Had a good experience in buying a Nissan Rogue with Bob Silvey and Aaron. Bob was VERY helpful in showing the details of the car and showing me how to operate the Blue Tooth phone system and even made sure my Purdue plate on the front got installed. One note: I use a hearing aid and did not think I would use the hands free phone system. The sound is so good that I want to go out to the garage and make all my cell phone calls. REALLY! The team, including Aaron and the manager, all were very helpful and friendly but Bob did an especially good job. A VERY good experience.

I've had my Nissan's serviced at this dealership for years. But, never, never purchased there. Tried but they seemed uninterested. That has all changed. They have a new GM, new showroom and a new desire to actually make the sell process easy. Brian, the GM, was warm and open with the process. I was looking to do a trade of my vehicle for one they had advertised. I live at least 30 minutes away so I spoke at least 3 times to one of their salesmen. I specified this was the only vehicle I was interested in and that I was interested in doing an even trade only. I even emailed pics of my vehicle and my vehicle's vin number over to them so they could let me know if this was possible. I was called back by the same saleman and told to come on in. I asked if they had looked at my email and pics to clarify and he said yes they had and they were very interested. So I drove in, met the saleman I had spoke with the entire time, who promptly handed me over to a lady sales person who was clueless. So I had to repeat to her the whole process I had been through. She excused herself, came back and told me they had already sold that vehicle. I WAS FURIOUS. I was blatantly lied to and the very thing I was trying to avoid; wasting my time and gas, ended up happening. Why couldn't they have just told me that the car was gone or that they didn't want to trade? I have lost any respect I had for Andy Mohr dealerships. Maybe they need to teach their sales people about INTEGRITY. At least an Ed Martin dealer on the Eastside of town had the decency to tell me up front before I made the drive to their dealer that it was not something they could do. Andy Mohr.....take notes.

This gentleman was extremely helpful and immensely knowledgeable as well. He far exceeded my expectations. I had been searching for a Maxima specifically and he was able to accomodate my requests and requirements with complete ease! I had been under the impression what I was limited to was an older model, but Mr Fowler was able to put me in a 2012 Maxima at a very reasonable $25,995 !! Jim helped me with some issues with getting my car fixed, he was very nice about it and helpful, I placed a review earlier but it was a bad review, meant for Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Speedway, I did have a issue though with the body shop and a really high quote to fix a piece of trim on my car from the Nissan body shop, but Im thinking the guy just quoted all new stuff instead of actually seeing first what was the problem and how can it be fixed cheaper, but because he did that I left and they lost business, had it fixed elsewhere for just a few dollars.

I'm a gunners mate in the US Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA with family in the Indianapolis area. During a quick visit home I had decided to buy a new car. After seeing an Andy Mohrs commercial my mom suggested we see what they had to offer. When we pulled in Bob came up to us with a smile and shook our hands. He was very polite and patient, taking us for a test drive and answering a lot of questions. Within an hour I decided on buying a 2012 Altima 2.5 S and Bob worked extremely hard to get it to a price I could afford with a great monthly payment. Not only did Andy Mohr's match any competitors price, they also took complete care of me. Bob got me an incredible military discount and trade in number on my old car. He made buying my car a really enjoyable experience.He was so pleasant to work with and made our time at the dealership very enjoyable. Due to time constraints with the Navy Mr Silvey pulled strings and got my new car to me as quickly as possible, and gave me a great rental until mine came in. I felt appreciated as a customer and like I was working with someone who really loves what he does. I can not say enough good things about Bob and the dealership where he works. I was leasing a Nissan Rogue and the transmission failed in the middle of the highway during rush hour. I called Andy Mohr and spoke to Bob Silvey. He was wonderful in our time of major stress and explained the options available to us for turning in the leased vehicle and leasing or buying a new one. Within 3 hours of my transmission blowing up we had purchased a new Rogue and Bob had the leased vehicle towed back to the dealership. Bob did a fantastic job!!

I went to this dealership because of an inquiry on a used SUV that was listed on cars.com. I called before I went since I live on the other side of town. I was told the car was available and set up a time to go and see the vehicle. The vehicle was everything I had expected and was in overall good shape being an older model. As I was inspecting the vehicle I noticed a few rips in the seat and and a broken rear cup holder that was being held together by duck tape. I was told by the salesman that these items were a quick fix and would be repaired if I decided to buy the vehicle or not. I decide I wanted to purchase the vehicle and then started the bidding process. After some haggling we agreed upon a price and then proceeded to fiance options. This is were things got "funny". After the fiance manager ran my credit I was told that since the time of day it was (5:00 pm) that only one bank responded and yes you guessed it my rate was extremely high. I told the manager that I was not in a hurry and that we would wait until the following day therefore having more options. I got a call the next day from my salesman and was told "great news", finance was able to get me a lower rate. Although the rate was lower than the gashing the previous night, I felt it was still high and asked them to contact three banks I had previously dealt with in the past. After an hour or so I got a call back and was told two of the three banks rejected me but fiance was able to shave another point from the previous offer they had quoted me. I then decided to call the two banks which they said rejected me and was told they had not received any applications from this dealership. After all this I still went to purchase the vehicle since it was a good deal and was then told my repairs of the seat and holders would not be included since they lost so much on the bargaining price. I walked away with confidence knowing I made the right decision not buying from these crooks! Please do your homework before purchasing a vehicle from this lot. It will save you time and money.

I was due for an oil change & was just going to go to Midas while I was out running errands, then I got an e-mail for an oil change special at my dealership. I made the appointment on-line (very convenient!!!) and boy am I glad!!! Not only did they change the oil, they fixed a spot on my bumper where a bolt had wriggled loose, AND discovered that I had a slight oil leak from the head gasket into the master cylinder! The drive train warranty only has about a month left on it - so IF I hadn't taken it there for the oil change....oy vay!!! THANKS GUYS - I YOU!!!

My husband and I visited your dealership on Monday to buy the Nissan Frontier SL on your lot. We saw this vehicle on the internet site and it was listed with the tow package, even gave a description of how much it tows. My husband called that morning to confirm the vehicle had the options the website stated and Aaron said it did. We traveled a total of 5 hrs to your dealership from Springfield Ohio. When we arrived there was no tow package and they acted like it was no big deal. They would not take any money off the internet price or add the tow hitch. After 2 1/2 hrs of dealing with them trying to act like we might get a deal, we left and drove home. My credit score was 807. We own 2 Infiniti vehicles and have never been treated so rudely at a dealership. We were done with buying anything Nissan. However, we found the exact same vehicle in Maryland for 26,300 fully loaded with long bed. They even gave us student and military discount which this lot never offered.

Gen.Manager responded to email per inquiry from cars.com for the car intended to be bought. Its all stated in the email that someone from their internet team depart. will be contacting me but no one even contacted me at ALL. I waited for any reply from this car dealer and unfortunately, up to this time no one really contacted me about the car I intented to buy. They deserved a very poor ratings overall.

We recently purchased an 08 Toyota Highlander from Andy Mohr Nissan and were very unhappy with our experience. The dealership used high-pressure sales tactics to strong-arm us into our purchase. Although this approach may have paid off in the short-term (we purchased the vehicle) it will have a negative impact in the long-term (we won't be back and will warn others against visiting this dealership as well).Just a few examples:-The dealership refused to discuss the purchase price of the vehicle, focusing on the monthly payments instead, even though we stated that we wanted to negotiate the purchase price.-The finance department proposed monthly payments for the vehicle that were ridiculously high and refused to tell us the terms the payments were based on (interest rate, extra fees, etc..) We had to go online to find our own payment calculator to figure out the purchase price and interest rates they were trying to charge us.-The monthly payments proposed by the finance department contained an extended warranty that we told them repeatedly we didn't want.-The dealership assured us that any safety recalls on the vehicle would have been taken care of prior to putting the vehicle up for sale, but a few days after our purchase we discovered our Highlander had 3 open safety recalls that had NOT been addressed prior to the sale.-The dealership agreed to pay off what we owed on our trade-in, but shorted us $50 on the payoff price, adding it onto the loan for our new vehicle (without telling us) instead.-The vehicle was almost out of gas when we purchased it and we were told that with gas prices so high the dealership couldn't afford to fill up the tank. Instead the salesperson conferred (within earshot) with another employee asking if he should give us $20 to use for gas and the other employee instructed our salesperson to give us $10 instead. We were handed a $10 bill and told to visit the nearest gas station (mind you it was after nine pm by this point and the dealership is not located in the nicest part of Indy). If the salesperson gave us the $ out of his own pocket (I have no idea) than I appreciate his generosity, however this would be a very poor business practice if the dealer makes their salespeople pay for their customer's gas.Overall, we realized the full extent of our poor experience with Andy Mohr Nissan when we recently bought a second vehicle (this time at Indy Honda in Greenwood). Our experience at Indy Honda was pleasant and professional and we left feeling confident about our purchase (and with a full tank of gas). Our experience at Andy Mohr left us feeling like we had been run over by a steamroller. I realize now that we should have walked out during the negotiation process and feel compelled to warn others about our experience. I sincerely hope Andy Mohr will take this review into consideration when developing more professional and respectful business practices.
