Not impressed with the promptness of returning an inquiry on a vehicle that was sent via email. I went to see the particular vehicle I was interested in and it was a piece of overpriced junk! One positive note where credit is due is to the porters/ lot attendants (not sales reps), they were courteous and polite everything else was terrible.

BEST car dealership everrrrr!!!!!! When other dealerships told me no, they said yes! Allen put me in a car the same day I walked on the lot. They have a ton of cars to choose from and will gladly accommodate you with whatever car you are interested in. Their cars have low miles and are in excellent condition. I was greeted by Miguel, who has the best personality ever, and he made sure I got what I was looking for. From there Allen worked his finance magic and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in excellent condition with low miles and low payments.

I went to 15 different dealerships in a 3 month period to test driving different cars. When I went to the "other" dealerships, they wouldn't negotiate over the price very much. To my surprise, these "other" dealerships seemed unwilling to make me a great deal. That's the key word "great" deal. I saw a few good deals but not great. Then I came to ANF. The owner "Alan" greeted me with open arms and truly wanted to help me with what I was looking for. I really believe this is an owner who cares. When I told the "other" dealerships what I was getting as far as APR on the loan they would tell me, "I can't bet that". Alan said, I can get you a better APR, and he did! I said I need to take the car to a mechanic, his reply was, if he finds a problem, I will fix it. I came back from the mechanic with his approval and we negotiated a "great" price and we sealed the deal. I was able to get a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty through the credit union. I have been drive it for almost a month now and it is fantastic! Thank you Alan!

Rarely will you find a dealership willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy..This one has done that for us. We came to this dealership second after visiting another local dealer where we had a terrible expierence, so was pleased with the service we got here.We got the car we wanted for a great price and we will be purchasing from them again. PATRICK,C My experience started with checking the Auto Nations Finance Web Site. I found it very easy and complete with all necessary information to accomplish my car buying goal. After checking their inventory, the vehicle I was interested in was there right in front of me. The site provided the telephone number, I called and was connected to a sales agent immediately. This took place rather fast and swift. Questions were asked and answered. I got in my truck drove directly to the Auto Nations Finance and purchased a very beautiful vehicle with no PROBLEMS!!!! My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan. I found a truck that I wanted to buy on this company's website. I called them on 8/30/2014 and they informed her that the truck was still available and that if we wanted to hold it, we could put down a $500 deposit until Thursday at close of business( 9/4/2014). I called on Wednesday to verify that the vehicle was still there. It is a 4 hour drive for her to Houston. I went with the check from the bank to Houston. About halfway there, I received a phone call from Auto Nation's Finance saying that the truck had been sold even though we put a deposit on it. They informed me that it had been sold 8/18/2014, but that they could sell us a vehicle that was a F250, rather than a 350. They told me that they would call me back and let me know if they could work something out. I sat on the side of the highway for 45 minutes waiting for them to call back. I called them back and they told me that they would call my back in 10 minutes. I spoke with them and told them that I was heading back to the bank since the check was written for the specific VIN and that they took my deposit even though they didn't have the vehicle for sale. It took them 4 days after I left the deposit for them to even realize this. They said that they will refund the deposit, but that it will take 3 business days to credit to my account. They were very unprofessional, rude, and obviously did not care that I had driven 2 hours for nothing. I have since checked their website and they still have this same vehicle, with the same VIN listed as for sale and available. I just think that it is deplorable that they would treat us this way and take a deposit without even having the vehicle that we put the deposit down on, for sale.

Once arriving to the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. The Sales Associate was more than wiling to help and assisted me precisely. Once viewing the lot, I picked out 2 options - 2005 Mercedes and a 2006 Porshe. Both vehicles were in remarkable condition for how old they were. Honestly, I had not even test drove my currently owned black Mercedes - I signed an agreement with the owner immediately. He worked with me on the price and was able to assist me with any problems that were to arise on the vehicle within 1 week after purchase. Once driving off the lot, there were no problems or mechanical issues with the vehicle. There were minute things that had arose - i.e: front and back lights were out - not an issue. I called the dealership and they were more than happy to assist me in fixing the car asap. I enjoyed my experience with this dealership and strongly suggest this facility to anyone and everyone that is interested in purchasing their first car.

The very next morning, I was contacted by one of the sales representatives. I purchased a Mercedes on November 8th 2013 and my buying experience has been great. The buying process was upfront with all the details and the people were great and made me and my wife feel comfortable. I car I purchased was purchased "Sold as is" but the dealership management went out there way to fix "everything" that came up. I really found one issue and the manager personally authorized it to be fixed for free. Found the truck I wanted online and Kevin directed me to the company website to show me that the truck had actually been reduced in price. He stayed over 2 hours late to accommodate my husbands work schedule 2 nights in a row. No one seemed bothered that we did a lengthy test drive just to make certain that this was exactly what we wanted. There was no question about the financing, accuracy of the details, or ability to follow thru on the arrangements we discussed. Kelly was also extremely helpful. I was looking for a VERY specific type of truck and they delivered.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in september and, for the most part, had a very enjoyable car-buying experience. I saw a Nissan Maxima online that caught my attention, so i went to the dealership to check it out. When my wife and I got there we spoke to a younger guy named Kevin,who informed us that the car was sold already. I was disappointed at first, but Kevin very quickly asked me what about the Maxima had caught my eye. I told him that i needed something dependable with decent gas mileage for a new job i had just started. But more importantly, i was having trouble getting financed due to the fact that my credit is shot because of medical bills and student loans. He told me that i was in the right place and that he could get me financed no problem. I had heard this numerous times before, so i must admit, i was skeptical and thought he was just your "typical car-salesman" who will say anything for a sale. He asked me a few questions about my financial situation and, without hesitation, picked out 3 cars that not only fit my needs, but were also in my budget. I picked out a Honda Accord and took it for a test-drive without issue. By the time I got backed to the dealership, he informed that they had gotten me approved and when i saw the numbers, they were actually quite reasonable. The price of the car was $2500 under the book value! The whole process took about an hour and a half. the only complaint i had was that there was an electrical issue and had to bring the car back to the dealership the next day. However, they solved the problem within an hour by replacing a fuse. Pete was very helpful in this process as well. They made the whole process was very easy and pressure-free. Not only did they get me financed but they have a great inventory with extremely competitive pricing. The staff there is very outgoing and i cannot say enough good things about them. In a world where used-car dealerships are viewed upon so negatively, this place is making the extra effort to show that that customer service comes first. Thank you guys very much!

At the beginning of 2013 I bought a Toyota. From auto nation. I was super satisfied about the car price and the way it looks. Allen is a great Guy he understand clients needs. And he try his best to keep clients satisfaction. I don't know. Allen! Very well but I think he understand people's Needs. This Place would be the worst dealer you can go to At first they treat you right they're fast on.showing you cars and All the information you need once your inside buying a Car it's a pain different people come talk to you instead Of having to talk to the same person that helped you Choose a car. They take sooo long and leave you in the Office waiting forever! The car I bought started having problems the next day That I.bought it so I.took it back and they told me it was nothing ummm it is something! They're all liers they tell you something over the phone But when you go to the dealer they tell you something else They never call back when they said they are I DO NOT (repeat) DO NOT recommend anyone going here Worst costumer service and most cars probably don't work One more thing they give you the car almost empty on gas You ask them if.they can pump gas they only pump $5 most dealers give you your gas tank full!

I wouldn't recommend going to this dealer unless you want to purchase an old broken down car. They tell you one thing on the phone and it is totally not true. They told me they had one car that I really wanted, get there, they not only don't have that car but they tried to sell me another one that had two almost flat tires on the front, obscenities were keyed on the trunk lid which won't come out by sanding, there were other key marks on it as well.I was very disappointed to think that i drove over there thinking I was going to drive away in my new car and didn't.
