I bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 from them, they sold it to me without heat in the winter. They said they would fix it because it was under warranty, so I dropped it off. It was in the shop for at least a month without a loaner, my wife was driving me to work. I called multiple times finally they said it was ready. We drove there to pick it up only to be toldit wasn't ready. Finally they called a week later telling me it was ready. We went to pick it up again. When we got there they told me they broke the dashboard in 30 different places and also broke the radio antenna off my radio. They replaced the radio with a used faulty radio and told me that they would replace the dashboard. After months of calling nothing happened so I gave up, I have a broken dashboard and still no heat on the drivers side. I have since replaced the car stereo myself. Buyer beware Scott will lie his xxx off to you and Danny doesn't give a xxxx....a real shady place.

Needed a car immediatly. they had what we were looking for in our price range. Negociated the price and looked at the car. Saw some things wrong. promised to be fixed. went to pick up the car and after being told it was taken care of found it was not. promised that if we bring it back it would be done. two or three times later some of the work was done (with used/faulty parts). now after about three four months find alot more wrong and that the car was actually unsafe all this time.

I bought a 06 vw gli from them only to have engine light come on the day I get it and that's after waiting a week to actually receive the car which was not even washed. Then coil packs air recirc motor fails. Then clutch hydraulic system fail they actually send Mike to my house who promises to have it picked up the next day. I get home from work to find that it was not picked up and they actually said I needed to have it towed there myself. I have filed a complaint with attorney general a recommend everyone else wronged by them to do the same my car still isn't fixed after I spent 7000$

We came to these people looking for a reasonably priced car. They showed us this Honda that they had just received and said it was in great condition. We took a look at it and it was a nice car! Had a nice stereo system in it and ran beautifully. We got the car a week later after they talked us into getting a loan... The car came with a different stereo system than the one that was originally in the car. After the first month of driving it the car needed a radiator, head gasket, timing belt, water pump, ignition coils, spark plugs and the car still runs like xxxx. If you want a car you need to put a lot of money and time into.. Then go here.

Terrible customer service. Bought 2 cars there, not sure why the first paid in full. Had all kind of problems after I got it home tranny, exhaust, steering. Second car took 3 weeks to get he said it was ready after a week I call to see when I could pick it up he said not yet I'll call you. He said the bank hadn't paid them yet. 2 weeks later same response yet the deducted my account the monthly bill. Which wasn't supposed to come our for another month. Kept calling no answee. Another week later I just go in and start asking questions speaking directly with the bank. Drove home with the car

My 16yr old daughter worked and saved to buy a car... We found a 2000 dodge neon with 60k miles. We decided to get it...WHAT A MISTAKE!! We have had nothing but trouble...the car was in their (AAP)shop for pretty much the 1st mo. With a oil leak from main seal, water pump, a broken motor mount and brakes grinding brought it back well someone put the wrong size shoe on brake drum (duh)& yes they fixed the broken motor mount which caused shaking as if we were in an earthquake... When called besides getting the run around by Scott... I was asked to check and see if there was a wrench under hood... All of these things were supposedly fixed... Yeah right. Good thing for my friend who is a mechanic to keep my DTR safe...however BC of them not really fixing these problems her car died on highway due to water pump ceasing breaking timing belt which bent the pistons. 7 weeks later and $1625.00 paid by extended warranty company maybe these problems will be fixed!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANSONIA AUTO PARK!! They should be put out of business!! CT should have a lemon law

great place, the best prices around I searched for almost a month they had 2 cars we were interested in, we went with the audi a4 awd, came with a 90 day warranty, love my new car, great guys to deal with, very friendly and helpful, not a bad thing, from start to finish, very smooth transaction! ! will be back for are next car.

The sales agreement from Ansonia Auto Park for the truck we purchased said it had NO MECHANICAL DEFECTS, but when we got it home, it would not start, and continues to remain that way. After some serious prodding, Carl, the mechanic, drove to our home with the (supposed) intention of towing it back to their shop, but instead he said he repaired it in our driveway but won't provide specifics about what he did.He just kept saying "Don't worry about it. I fixed it. " It doesn't matter, because it still won't start. Tony says it's just a bad battery -- ready for this? -- in the key fob. Carl is never available and won't return our calls. We now have it in another shop and the mechanic said it is clear that this was an existing problem that there is no way the dealer would not have known about. I wish I could give them a lower rating, but this doesn't allow negative numbers. I would not recommend EVER purchasing from this company under any circumstances whatsoever. Note: I was going to put the price down as OK (#3), but that would be if we got a running, usable vehicle. As of this point, we don't, and Ansonia Auto Park DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES OR THEIR AGREEMENTS.

Bought a car from them and the thing has been junk since day one. Over charged me for it, $9000 for a POS WRX that has had the turbo, wheels (due to crack), steering rack, valve cover gaskets, suspension and other parts fail within a year of ownership of the vehicle. Ive been looking for a particular 4 wheeldrive pickup truck with a set budget.After searching everywhere I found the truck I was looking for at Ansonia Auto Park.I must admit I was a bit skeptical, being that I read a couple less than positive reviews here on Google and one other rating site. I called to confirm that they had the truck and I spoke with a salesman (Tony). After I showed up, met with Tony and took it for a test ride,I decided to talk business. I liked the truck, I also liked the fact that I didnt have to deal with a pushy salesman but I still had a little apprehension due to some ratings. In my business I know that I can do 100 great jobs but all anyone will hear about is the one bad. I mentioned how I felt about their ratings, but also that I can relate. Tony showed me a large of folders and said "all these sales went out last month, customers were very happy but its rare for someone to post a positive review". Learning experience for me for sure:). On day of purchase, I met the owner,mechanic and detailer. As I waited for the final touches, a couple previous buyers popped in to check out what was on the lot. They seemed to be treated like long time friends. Comforting for sure. I have owned my truck for a few months now and am still very satisfied. This past week I referred my ex wife and she ended up buying a 2008 sedan. Not only did she get what she was looking for, they put on 4 brand new tires and a battery (neither of which looked worn). Dan the owner said, "your family is gonna be in that car and their gonna be safe). Thx Dan, and the rest of the crew. And thanks for the $100 referral check. I didnt know they had a referral program so the least I can do is post the positive experiences. Ill be sure to buy from them again and they have my referral for sure.
