Don't trust these guys. I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw on the website, trying to get pricing info. Darla would not give me much info on the phone and pressed me to come in to get the best offer. I live 45 minutes away and have three kids, so I wanted to find out as much as I could before coming in. She pressed and said she would set me up with a personal appointment with a "certified" sales manager to get everything I need. In the end I agreed to come in that same day, about 2 hours after I initially spoke with Darla. When I arrived no one knew I was coming. They looked me up in the system to see if an appointment had been scheduled - it had not. A sales guy on the floor tried to work with me, but he had no idea what I wanted. Once we discussed the car I was interested in, he went running around back and forth while I sat and waited for over 45 minutes, only to find out that they sent the vehicle to another dealership just before I arrived. They wasted about three hours of my time that could have all been fixed by just talking amongst themselves or just looking out of their window. In the end they tried to sell me on getting a car sent to them from another dealership - No Thanks, I'll go to the other dealership.

I'm totally unsatisfed with my entire experience today Monday August 16th at Antwerpen on rt 40 by Sam's Club. Regarding a transmission issues on my vehicle We called to Friday 13th 💀 which I was told to drop my vehicle off Sunday which we did. Following all directions filling out the paperwork .this morning Mike in service department called .to explain that they will look at my vehicle within the next THREE WEEKS yes 3 weeks . I said nevermind please put my key under the car mat .I will pickup at 5pm today ..I go with my husband ..mike is not there and no one can find my KEY !!! I tossed someone desk upside down found my own key ! I do not recommend anyone deal with JACK SAYS YES ..NO NO NO NO .

I shopped for a year for a Wrangler and got the best price at this dealership. My salesman was polite and patient with me, I had my 3 yr old son with me and there was a nice play room to keep him occupied. Mr. Green texted me as soon as the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot and it was waiting for me when I arrived. He has followed up several times with me since I purchased my Wrangler. I feel that I could have gotten a better price on my trade and that the financing could have been explained better. Other than that, I really couldn't beat the price and I love my Wrangler!!

I give no star. Apparently Jack service department knows how to say No. Made an appointment a week ago and took the car in for service. Since I dropped the car off, the car sat in the parking lot all day from 8:10am until 4:50pm. The lame excuse were busy and could not get your car. Honestly, I wonder how many other cars that were brought in for service that day they did not get too? I took the car back in the next day at 7:30AM, this time I waited at the dealership. I went back to the service bay at 9AM to see if they pulled my car in, and my car was not there. When I went back to look at 9:30AM the car was still not in the Bay. I went to the service desk at 9:30 to find out why the car was not being looked at and I was told that they could not recreate the Brake Problem. I offered to wait and asked for them to do a longer test drive to heat up the brakes. I was told that they were backed up and could not spend any more time. So if this is supposed to be great customer service experience, I wonder what a bad service experience is with Antwerpen.

I wanted to pass along my disappointing service today at Antwerpen Jeep. I called and arranged an oil change and tire rotation for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited for the following Saturday. Upon arrival at my scheduled time, only one service advisor was available (Joe Sacco). He was helping another customer, but relayed that we are running behind today. When Mr. Sacco was able to check me in, your Service Manager (Charles Braunlich) came in and was working on a nearby computer. I inquired with both of them how long my scheduled service would take, as I was concerned about the prior statement regarding serving being behind. Both gentleman advised my vehicle would be completed by 1pm. I checked several times with them to verify this was a realistic time change. Disappointed that my scheduled service time was running late, I still decided to wait and had lunch at the local diner.I returned to the service area at 12:25pm. Although I saw both Mr. Sacco and Mr. Braunlich over the next 35 minutes as they walked in and out of their office area, they never acknowledged me to provide a status update on my vehicle. As a result, I decided to inquire with them at the 1pm time frame. When I walked into their office area, Mr. Sacco was helping another customer and Mr. Braunlich was again on his computer. As Mr. Sacco walked out with his customer, he never provided along any updates on my vehicle as he walked by me. Mr. Braunlich then stood up and proceeded to help a women who just walked into the service office area. She was checking in for an oil change. A few minutes later, Mr. Baunlich then asked if I was also checking in for service. Surprised, I replied No, I am checking on a status of my 11am oil change. Mr. Baunlich advised he would check on it and provide me an update. I then walked out to the waiting area. During that time another individual from Antwerpen (Bill Pratt) asked how I was doing and if he could check on anything. I advised him of my dilemma and proceeded to check on my vehicles status. A few minutes later, he came back and advised that Mr. Braunlich would be coming out to speak with me. Out of all my disappointment, I must recognize Mr. Pratt for his superior customer service.Around 1:20pm, Mr. Braunlich came out to advise your car is next and they should be driving it in the service bay now. At that point I was extremely disappointed that my 11am schedule time, the 1pm late time, or not a simple I am sorry was acknowledged or stated. I voiced my displeasure and waited until 2pm for the car to be completed.After the service was completed, I appreciated Mr. Braunlich not charging me for the tire rotation (my oil change was free based upon a sales program). However, he never apologized for the lateness or relayed to me a simple sorry. I let Mr. Braunlich know of my displeasure and that Antwerpen unfortunately lost both a future service customer and a new sale when my lease expires next year. I asked if he did not want to apologize to me, he certainly should relay it to my sales associate, Charles Green, who has lost a future sale due to his lack of any simple customer service.

I was always a Chevy or Ford customer. Back in 2003, loved the look of the Hyundai Sonata and decided to try something new - a great decision! I visited Antwerpen on Route 40 and was pleasantly surprised by the non-pressured attitude of the sales people. The quality and cost my new Sonata was right in line of what I requested; and I still have my Sonata to this day. Then came the Tiburon in 2008; gave me the same satisfaction as the Sonata. Now I needed something a little larger but wanted to keep with the Antwerpen Dealership; this is what brought me to the first and last search at Antwerpen Jeep. My sales person, Charles Green, was extremely accommodating, courteous and very patient with me. He is a great asset to the Antwerpen family! Thank you, Charles, for making this a very pleasant experience on my first purchase of a Jeep!

There are a lot of Jeep dealerships in Baltimore, and when I visited some of them on my own, without price shopping beforehand, I got the run around....promotions that weren't honored, costs not disclosed until I got to a settlement sheet, etc......the stuff we car buyers hate. After I knew exactly the model and features I wanted, I went to www.truecar.com for a quote, and got not only the quote, but a list of Baltimore Jeep dealers who were supposed to honor the quote. After checking with each of those dealers, the only dealer that fully honored the quote was Antwerpen. All the other dealers tried to add additional costs, except for Antwerpen. They told me they would honor the True Car quote, and they did, without adding a penny more, even though they had to obtain the vehicle I wanted from another location. Everything they promised to do, they did! I worked with Maurice Mitchell (Sales Manager) and Charles Green (Internet Sales Manager) and I would highly recommend both. I had an A+ buying experience and would encourage any others interested in buying a Jeep to work with them.

The salesman did not explain the uconnection for the phone, the sirius satellite connection or the blue tooth. He assumed as I the these connection were automatic. Unbeknown to either of us it is not. Thus I have no phone connection or Sirius Radio connection.I was told by the sales rep, that he would talk to someone in finance to see if it could be added to the month payment to get what I needed. I was then told that it was to late and it could not be done. It would cost me about 300.00 to have the system changed and functional.I was given a number to call, which I did. And was told it would cost me 600.00.The housing industry, is on the top of the list for screwing customers, but the auto dealership is close to if not tied in thier manor of screwing or customers.

I worked with Rose to buy my first new Jeep, It's a beautiful 2014 Trailhawk in the new mango tango color; I cant say how happy I am with the Jeep and the experience. The dealership is very clean and they have a good selection of vehicles to view. The parking lot is a bit cramped but i never had a big problem parking. They have the usually amenities and a comfortable environment. The other staff are very pleasant and work hard to deliver a good experience. Rose, works to make sure your buying a quality car at a good price. If your straight up with them than you will find people willing to work with you to get you a great deal.

On or around Nov 21, 2013 I went in to Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep on Baltimore National Pike to upgrade my 2013 Jeep Cherokee 2x4 to a 2014 Cherokee 4x4. My sales rep for both cars was Mr. Charles Green. His professionalism, patience and knowledge base of the product was exceptional. It was very clear to me that he was not willing to sell me a car just to make a deal, but ensured that I was completely satisfied with the new purchase before closing the deal. Although I had to pay just a little more for the new vehicle and my payments was slightly higher, both he and the sales manager made every effort to make sure the vehicle was affordable and still meet my upgrade specifications. This past Sunday, Dec 8, 2013 I got a chance to see just what the Jeep was made of during our first official snow/sleet/freezing rain event and I have to say the Jeep handles itself very well on the road. So, if you are in the market to purchase a new car, make sure you stop in to see Mr. Charles Green at Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep. He is a fine individual who will not sell you anything just to get a sale. He puts the customer first and tells you the truth and it's rare to find someone like that these days!!! I was here a few weeks back and had the most miserable sales experience of my life - not just car sales - any sales. Every single person I dealt with from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the building was shady, lying, manipulative, RUDE, and just plain rotten to me. If I could give them all zeros on this scale, I would. I NEVER seek out rating websites after experiences in stores because usually I can shake off the experience after a couple hours. Yet, here I am almost three weeks after, and I felt the need to warn anybody who considers coming here that you will be treated like dirt from the moment you set eyes on the building. I feel like I have a guilty conscience after even CONSIDERING giving them my business. The best advice I can give you is go somewhere else - seriously, ANYWHERE else. Good luck.

When I walked into Antwerpen Chrysler I was given a friendly greeting from Rose. I felt relaxed not pressured. Rose showed me the cars I was interested in. The test drive went well. Rose explained the features of the car and she was interested in what I wanted not just there to sell a car. I was impressed with 300S. I liked working the details out on the phone on price and terms. This saved me alot of time. I returned the next day pick up our new 300S. The staff was friendly and made my expierence a good one. my 2006 chrysler sebring needed electrical work. I was not expecting the problems i was having. i left the lot happy in my brand new chrysler 200. I am elated, Iam still in shock. I love the vechicle.

So far everything has been very good. The sales personnel were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was as we wanted.

Had a good experience overall. Was a bit confused and disappointed that the Internet price included a bunch of rebates we did not qualify for, nor did we get a loyalty rebate. That's all.

I went to this dealer because I had purchased a mini van some years before from them. At that time, my experience was very good. This time however, the experience was not so good. I did purchase a jeep liberty but I came in three times. This was not entirely their fault. However, the second and third time I came in to take care of the final sale, I was asked for documentation that I could have brought with me if I had been informed of ahead of time. Then, I took the vehicle home for the night and returned the next day to sign paperwork. While I waited for the car to be cleaned for me, the employee that cleaned the car also stole something out of the car. When I confronted him about it he did admit it but gave a weak excuse for his actions. The dealership is fine itself however you are only as good as your employees.

JACK SAYS......NO!I bought 4 cars from Antwerpen and co-signed for 1 other one. Three of the cars I traded back to this dealership. The fourth car I traded to Heritage Honda in Westminister MD., While at Heritage I was told to go back to Antwerpen and get a refund of the balance left on my warranty. No one had ever told me I could do that before. When I went back to Antwerpen I was told in the service dept I had to speak with a specific person. I did and he told me, had to get in touch with the warranty company and find out the forms to send to them. This was a contradiction of what I'd been told by Heritage so, when he finished speaking with me I went out to my car and called the warranty company and they told me the finance mgr would be the one to send in the forms. I got out of my car went into the Hyundai side of the lot and asked to speak with the finance mgr. She told me they would send in the forms, all I had to do was fax or bring in the statement from the bank showing the car would be paid off. Fine. I go to my car get in and drive up the street to the Wendy's. I got out of my car at Wendy's walk around the back of it and see this baseball size dent in it with scrapes and scratches. I don't even hesitate. Back to Antwerpen I go. I go to the desk and explain what happened of course I'm upset but trying not to disrepect anyone. The guy the commercial shows as Mr Giggles; says to me a customer could have done it another gentlemen the General Mgr. says they can't take responsibility for something they don't know if it happened on their lot or not. I had the car for a week. They likened what happened to my car as if I had parked on the parking lot of a supermarket. As you turn into drive way the sign says ANTWERPEN there is no other business there. It's not a strip mall. When they thought the dent and ping guy (I don't know what you call them) could fix the car they were going to do that as a courtesy they said. When he told them he couldn't do a quick fix I was immediately told;call your insurance company, we can't do anything for you, this is why you have insurance.My mouth flew open. I'm retired, I have a $500 deductible, (money I don't have). I've had the car for a week at least pay the deductible. This man says to me oh, that's what's bothering you. DO YA THINK? I have been up there four times, I left a note asking anyone named Antwerpen to call me so I could explain the situation and hopefully get some help. Nothing. So, now I will have to find a way to pay the deductible because I don't want a car I just bought to have anymore damage than it already has.So, when you go to any Antwerpen Dealership keep in mind, Jack says, Yes!.....for as long as he gets to take your money, and remember when you pull up that driveway with the Antwerpen sign, PARK AT YOUR OWN PERILE AND EXPENSE.Valderine Johnson.

I went in to purchase a new car. I knew the make, model and type vehicle I wanted. Besides red, the color was not important.Since I value my time and have very little to spare, I must say I was very happy with the whole process. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. But the most incredible part of the whole ordeal is I test drove the car, salesman obtained financing, car washed and fuel, and I drove off the lot in a little less than two hours. I don't recall the name of person obtaining financing, but, his pleasant sense of humor made the process even more delightful. Way to go guys!!! Keep up the good work. I've already sent two friends to this dealership...with more to come.

My time at Antwerpen was first class service all the way. I visited the dealership for service on my old Jeep, Drove out of there with my NEW 2012 Jeep Liberty and I LOVE IT! Thanks to the Wonderful Mr. Charles Green.. He had faith in me getting in a new Jeep when I didn't even have faith in myself. HE is Truly a TOP Sales Man! I'm hooked for life at Antwerpen because of Charles. I had wanted a new jeep for quite some time. He took the time to ensure I got what I wanted and could afford. While Charles was back in forth with me and the Finance TEAM (his colleagues, Aaron Collins and Mr. Bill Pratt and the lovely young lady kept me company with small talk and much more! Antwerpen has a really good staff and a great idea to market their products.. Who could say no to a new car when you got them in the middle of the floor at the Service center!! GREAT IDEA! I must say! Kudos to Darlington as well- My Finance Manager and to the gentelman that test drove my old Jeep (sorry cannot remember his name) Their smiles and courtesy are to die for! Charles and his colleagues, Glen and Mike, all provided excellent service. We really enjoyed buying a Jeep here due to the staff. Charles and his associates provided helpful information, good value for our trade in, and a good deal on the Jeep.

This was by far the greatest, easiest car buying experience I have even experienced. Mr. Pratt made everything simple to understand. Mike & Mike also were involved, assisting in the purcahse & delivery of my new car. Bill Pratt was very efficient in explaining the cell phone usage and going over the Sirrus radio set-up. Recently I updated toa new cell phone. I had trouble getting it "synced". I went to the dealership and within 15 minutes, Bill Pratt made it happen!!! Service above and beyond. I can only hope that the rest of your employees are like these fine gentlemen. I have recommended them and the Chrysler products to many of my friends. Charles was an excellent sales person. He was not pushy. Even though it took until after closing time on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, Charles took the time to explain all of the options on the vehicle, help us set the radio stations and connect our cell phones to the vehicle Bluetooth. Additionally, Mike Hollimon, the general manager, took the time to speak with us and to make a deal that could work with our financing. This is our 2nd time buying from Antwerpen. We will definitly buy from Antwerpen again and Charles Green.

It was certainly a pleasure to have met Mr.Charles Green,Mr.Mike Jones and Mr.Holliman at the Antwerpen Jeep Dealership on 11/28/2011.The service,knowledge and the teamwork of all three gentlemen was worth being in their presence.I would recommend that Mr.Green ,Mr.Jones and Mr.Hollimon continue to have such showmanship for others to follow.I will return for my next puchase with this team.

I went in to purchase a vehicle from Antwerpen and came out feeling like I had won the "Lottery". Mr. Charles and his team did a wonderful job of making my purchase the BEST experience ever. The staff were very honest and open about the best deals that I could get and they gave me the best price available on various makes and models. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in purchasing my Jeep . I was given the "RED CARPET" treatment. If any of my friends or family are ever interested in purchasing a vehicle I will be shore to give Antwerpen the best and highest recommendation for where to go to purchase a vehicle.Vanessa

I had a great experiance at Antwerpen . all the employees were great. I started out getting an oil change for my town and country and ended leaving with a brand new 2012 jeep liberty. how about that great price and great car. very happy with Charles Green my Sales Consultant very nice person.

I have always received great service at Antwerpen -- Catonsville. All of the staff was patient and willing to wotk with me while I took my time to decide what I wanted to do. I have bought my last 4 cars from this dealership and the last 3 were new. Charles was my salesman each time. Elizabeth, who just started, was also working with me. I could really tell Charles trained her well. I have always been amazed at how much Charles knows about any automobile you ask him about. Elizabeth is pretty good, too. Although buying a car can be stressful, the folks at Antwerpen make it a very pleasant experience. The personl attention is unsurpassed.

They advertise big rebates (Ex. $2500 Liberty), but then they will run you around when you come in and haggle you on your trade-in value to...make up for the "rebate" they claim that they are offering.Joel kept stringing me along saying "I think we're close, come on it" instead of saying yes or no on whether they will do the deal or not.Waste of time - I'd suggest the dealers that are affiliated with Carmax. I have always had good luck with Carmax.

Rip-off artists who prey on female car owners. Go in for an oil change and you'll end up with a list of "needed" work for seven or eight-hundred bucks.Here's what they told my daughter who has a 2004 Sebring sedan with 58,000 miles:-Need your power steering fluid flushed-Need your fuel system flushed-The throttle body is dirty and needs rebuiltFortunately she called me first. All we wanted was to have the front brake rotors resurfaced. That ended up costing $230. I checked other local Chrysler/Dodge dealers and they all wanted around $100 less for the same work. Steer clear of these folks.

To whom it may concern:Antwerpen Chrysler in Catonsville sucks! Last Monday, my boyfriend and I went into the Catonsville dealership to price and test drive a Chrysler 300. Andrew was our sales associate. After looking at several cars, I fell in love with the 2006 Chrysler Touring 300/Walter P. Package. Unfortunately, Catonsville only had one WP on the lot and it had a little over 3,000 miles. We made an offer of 26,500 and Andrew said yes. I was elated; I was ready to take home my new vehicle. Within minutes, Andrew reneged, and said his boss changed his mind. What??? Who changes there mind to customers??? Eventually his boss came over Shawn and said, it was only a $600.00 difference in closing the deal. Nevertheless, we left with no car. The following Wednesday Andrew called and indicated Shawn changed his mind and we could come pick up the vehicle. Again, we drve 30 minutes and when we arrived, Shawn indicated he never authorized Andrew to contact us. However, I really wanted the car and I told Shawn I would pay the $600.00. He agreed; but the car was gone. Sadly, another sales rep was in the process of buying my car. Again, we left the dealership and we were applauded by the high level incompetence in the sales reps to say the least. Good news: I purchased a brand new 2006 Chrysler Touring 300/Walter P. Package last Friday from another dealership. It is Bulane Blue and it is beautiful. I got an AWESOME deal and my new car only had 13 miles went I purchased it. So NO thanks Antwerpen Chrysler you suck!!
