I have purchased from this dealer on 3 occasions. Each time I was professionally taken care of by Linda. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, upfront, communicates effectively, and has outstanding customer service. I can not recall the gentlemen name that manages the deals but I was very satisfied with his commitment to get me in a vehicle with my ideal terms. Marvelous in finance with the great energy/ personality was a pleasure to do business with as well. She took her time going over all the financing and was very patient. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to go!

The dealership is an honest dealership. During this Covid-19, other dealerships, even ones I had dealt with and bought a car from in the past, tried swindling me into paying an up charge for their lack of inventory. I came to this dealership for the first time, and Kevin and Louis treated me as a dignified customer. Actually, they went way above and beyond, and gave me a fair deal! Part of the deal was that they would install leather, as my seats that came with the car were cloth. The service was efficient, and the leather turned out beautiful!!! Kevin is a really nice person and dealing with him was a pleasure. Louis, my salesman was on top of every issue. I would very much recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and respect their commitment to excellence!!! I bought a Hyundai Tucson, which is a wonderful vehicle so far.

I went to buy a compact SUV and they had no manners to talk to there customers. The sales person had no ethics to talk and was making fun of customer’s knowledge. He kept on insisting that what he knows is right and was not listening to me. When I first asked the price of the car he pretended that it’s too expensive for us or we couldn’t buy it. And then when he understood that we can actually buy that vehicle then he wasn’t serious to get the deal done. Because of his attitude I had to let the deal go and wasted my 2 hours at this place

Slow workers--my family went to get a Hyundai car but waited for hours. The worker was just sitting there and said he was "doing nothing". Later, we had to get a new key for the car and Vincent was very accommodating. However, we waited for 5 hours even though it was supposed to take less than an hour. Now, we went to find the new keys at the dealership but they could not be found. Workers are nice but service takes way too long!
