Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle in the end, but I felt compelled to remark on the kind of service I received from Amed. I appreciate his willingness to let me test drive the vehicle on such short notice, among other accommodations he set forth for me. I never at any point ever felt pressured or coerced into making any kind of decision -- which is something you can't sale for most car salesmen. I had the opportunity to meet both he and his wife, Florina, who was just as pleasant. If the timing worked out better, I'm sure I would have been able to purchase from Apex Auto.

I was looking for a car for my brother. I went to many local dealerships and private dealerships. It was difficult to find trustworthy people. Especially nowadays, this company is a family-owned business. Ahmed and Florina did excellent work. I negotiate with Ahmed . My brother had a financial issue but he was able to resolve it. Ahmed tried to help my brother's loan application and wait for my brother to find a way to pay. It took him two weeks to complete the deal process. I was amazed because Ahmed and Florina waited for my brother for 2 weeks! (07 Honda Civic, only 60k mileage, clean title) Most dealerships would have abandoned and gone with another customer. I would highly recommend people check out the Apex Auto LLC website and see their vehicle availability. In the future, if I ever want to purchase a vehicle, I will check their website first.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. I had an incredible experience with Ahmed and his wife. I had previously gone to a larger dealership (Shift.com) and was really unsatisfied with their lack of knowledge and pushy sales approach and the 2012 Toyota Camry LE I was interested in was not in great shape with a large dent in the back. When I did a quick search again, I found that Apex had listed a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid with 17K less miles and no damage to the vehicle, so I drove an hour out to Apex for a test drive. Right off the bat, Ahmed was super responsive, caring, and attentive from our brief communications (and texts which is GREAT). I was able to come test drive the vehicle the day after I contacted him and upon meeting him and Florina, I felt very comfortable and as though I could trust them. They were both well informed, involved, and overall incredible to the point that I applied for a loan and purchased the vehicle two days later! One of the biggest selling points for me was that I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection and was actually encouraged to do so by them which shows a huge amount of integrity on their end. Best part is, the vehicle is in practically perfect condition and I got a great deal on it! I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this shop, it’s great knowing I’m able to refer to a small family run business!

I would highly recommend Apex. They will go the extra mile in helping you to get financed. Very honest and trustworthy. Very low pressure, family atmosphere. 5 stars!

While I only test drove vehicles at Apex, I had a wonderful experience working with Amed and Florina. From the very start they were upfront, accommodating, and professional. Their customer service was top notch. I would definitely shop with them again in the future.
