I had an amazing experience. I am only 20 years old & they got me approved for a 2016 Mercedes C 300 with a 3 year warranty!! I did not have to put much down it was a A-B Process. I just bought my 3rd car here and absolutely love Apex. The owners are always good on their word if I ever had the slightest issue. The salesmen are terrific and very helpful if I ever had a question. As a single mom its hard to trust people, they all try to rip you off, Apex was honest and had great prices. My kids have to travel far for college and I needed dependable cars. We will continue to be loyal customers because of their honesty and professionalism, thank you again for everything!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this lot in June 2020 and couldn’t be anymore dissapointed. I was told to pick cars off the lot I liked and they would get me approved. Certain cars I chose the dealer told me the bank wouldn’t approve that loan because of mileage or because of car age. I finally got called being told I was approved for the Jeep. I went and signed all the paperwork, drive it off the lot and bam the check engine light goes on. I contact the dealership right away and they tell me it’s probably just an 02 sensor, bring it in on this day and we’ll fix it. So I bring it in for them to fix, pick it up to take home and BAM check engine light on again. Call the dealership back the next day and again, bring it in we’ll fix it (this time stalling a week) So again I bring the car in as asked, and supposedly this time it’s just the gas cap. Pick up the truck and drive it home and BAM there’s the check engine light on again?!?!?! So I take it to autozone and get my own printout of the check engine light and what’s wrong with the car, the catalytic converters is bad. Bring a copy of ppw down to the dealer in the morning and they say they are going to install a new catalytic converter, no problem just bring it back in 6 days we have to order the part. 6 days later, I bring it in for service yet again and guess what happened on my ride home from the mechanic...the check engine light is back on again!!!! This time I call the dealer (now it’s past 30 days guys) and this guy tells me pretty much “too bad, use the extended warranty policy you bought through us and it will cover all the problems.” Now wait a minute...Hmmmm why should I be using my warranty to fix the lemon you sold me????? So after arguing days over the principle of why I shouldn’t have to use my warranty to fix the lemon you sold me, I gave up and called the warranty program. Turns out the policy he SAID he sold me was a bait and switch deal. He handed me the brochure for the ultimate policy and explained that policy covered everything for 2 years LMAO but he sold me the regular policy, in my ppw, which covers hardly anything and isn’t worth the cost of the paper it was written on. Just recently the trucks u-joint is starting to go, the sunroof now leaks, the tpm system started glitching, ontop of the catalytic converter issue not fully repaired and ALL WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE....!!!! Folks RUN do not walk away from this disaster dealership of crooks!!!!

I just recently purchased a Jeep from Apex Auto, I was able to pick up the Jeep the following day, the service was great and the car was in great condition, clean and running smooth. I highly recommend this Dealership to all my friends and family!
