Our recent purchase of a Mazda CX 5 at Apostolakis Mazda was such a positive experience that I felt compelled to say something. Their product knowledge and professionalism made it easy to say yes. I've never seen anyone work harder to make a deal.

Just recently purchased the new 2017 Ridgeline and had a very positive experience with my sales guy Cory Hancock. I require a sales person (for any product really) to be supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy. Cory has all of these traits. Also, if you are one of those who never buys the add-on warranty, road service, etc., good news... they made their pitch, I politely said no thanks, they said OK, end of story... no additional pressure was applied. That is the way it should be handled at every dealer.

Apostolakis had a wide selection of cars with a variety of options available for me to review. I went in with a car in mind, the 2016 Honda Civic Coupe LX-P. I had purchased a used car prior from Apostolakis so I figured I'd go back since my original experience was good as well and I'm glad I did go back. I went in on April 4th and test drove a similar model. Paul explained the functionalities and went over the car fairly well considering it was just delivered to their dealership and sold me on it. We sat down to talk business and I was looking for a white model he gave me a reasonable time window for them to look and find the vehicle I was searching for. Paul quoted 2 weeks worse case scenario and the car arrived in a week. I appreciate the fact I received phone calls and text and was treated as a friend instead of just a buyer. I am very thankful for my vehicle and Paul & Apostolakis went above and beyond for me and I'm glad we were able to do business. Gary in financing is a laid back straight to the point guy. I did take the extended warranty that was offered because it was reasonably priced and he explained pros and cons. Thanks to everyone for making me feel great I am proud to tell people where I got my car from.

On April 9, 2016 I came into Apostolakis Honda/Mazda with my mind made up with what type of car I wanted to get, and with Cory's help he made it happen. He took time to ask me what I was looking for in a car and made sure they had what I wanted. He also took time to show me the car I wanted on display and explain to me the different features and answered all the questions I had. He even made time to explain where things were in the car and how to use them. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

My wife was in the hospital for open heart surgery and I relied on Mike to get us the 2016 Honda of our choice. I would not have leased a Honda had it not been for Mike Adams. I drove 25 miles (Past 2 other Honda dealers) to purchase a new Honda Odyssey at Apostolakis. Paul was friendly, very helpful, explained the features, and worked with us to reach a fair price without a lot of back and forth with the Sales Manager. I have made 3 trips to Apostolakis at different times over the past few months to look at the van and the sales experience was very low pressure and felt like a conversation between friends. . If you're looking for a new Honda, I think it's worth the drive to Apostolakis Honda.

We would highly recommend Apostolakis Honda and our salesmen Ian Arbogast highly. Not a fan of shopping for a car but they always make it a very enjoyable experience. This is our second time buying a car from them. Ian took the time to go over everything with us and even taking my text with questions that I am sure I can find in the manual. He really knew all about our car and did an amazing job explaining it to us. We also liked that their website did not require a phone number to email them. We really appreciated that and they returned our email rather fast. Never felt pressure from anyone at the dealership.

I needed to get a new car within five days (by the end of 2015) as my 2000 Honda Civic didn't have too much time left on it without major repairs. My quick research indicated that a 2016 Honda Fit LX with CVT automatic transmission would best fit (no pun intended) what I was looking for in the right price range. It offered the best features at the price point for a subcompact car including the best gas mileage. I wanted to finish the process by Dec. 31st. I was departing on Jan. 1st for a 12-day trip. Dealers are often offering their best prices at the end of the year, and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with shopping for a car in late January. I contacted about a dozen Honda dealers in Northeast Ohio for their best price for a new 2016 Honda Fit LX with automatic transmission - and colors blue, black or silver. I nearly didn't call Apostolakis because I live in Canton, and Apostolakis is a 73-minute drive away. I am so glad that I did call. Apostolakis had three Honda Fits listed in its inventory on its website. Two blue Fits and a red.I was put in contact with Cory Hancock, Apostolakis' sales and leasing consultant, and he made it clear he was willing to be aggressive on price. We chatted, and I emailed him what I was looking for. Within an hour or so, he emailed me back a price proposal that blew eight other dealers' quotes out of the water. I was skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. Was it including Honda's $835 destination and handling charge? Yes, Cory wrote in a response. Did it include cash incentives that I was not eligible for? No, Cory said. In any case, Cory was great about being patient and dealing with my concerns that there was some kind of catch. When I asked him to confirm the quote with all the included charges in a subsequent email, he graciously did so for my peace of mind. Other dealers were incredulous. They didn't believe the offer was for real. Most said they couldn't match it. One claimed they could beat the offer but when I told them that Apostolakis' offer included sales tax and all charges, it turned out they couldn't beat it. Another great thing about Cory was that he was accessible, reachable and responsive. Unlike some of the sales staff at other dealerships who would mysteriously disappear or not call back during one of the most important weeks for a car dealership, Cory always took my numerous calls to answer any questions and concerns. He promptly responded to my emails within a couple hours. There was no pressure. There was no attempt to move me off my timeline. And I was never left hanging.After I drove the 73 minutes to Cortland, Ohio, on Dec. 31st to finialize the deal, there were no games and no tricks. The price quote was what Cory said it was. I didn't write a bigger check than I expected to write by the time I left. He patiently allowed me to thoroughly inspect the Honda Fit, which was in perfect new condition. Of the two blue Fits, he reserved for me the one with the least mileage, that had never been test driven. He even put a sign on the dash saying it was reserved for me.Cory patiently demonstrated many of the features of the Fit, going more in depth than I anticipated - the windshield wipers, the power locks, the power mirrors, the cruise control, the entertainment system, climate control and showing me he had spent a decent amount of time studying up on the vehicle. For example, showing me how to adjust the Magic Seats to increase cargo space and showing me how to use the rear view camera (which is an amazing standard Fit feature), which is far more than I got when I test drove the vehicle elsewhere. He didn't pretend to know what he didn't know. We both were stymied by how to attach the seat belt for the middle passenger in the rear but I eventually figured it out. We did a test drive and that went pretty well. The car handled well. The only issue is the driver's seat could do a better job of supporting the lower back, and I've gotten a lumbar support cushion to address that.Cory spent a good amount of time getting my license plates off my old vehicle and transferring it to my Fit. He also accommodated me when I had to take a half hour break to make an important work call. And I appreciate that he showed some flexibility on the trade-in value of my old car. Things went pretty smoothly. The car didn't come loaded with options that I didn't want (Honda has one of the greatest packages of standard features of any make even for its base models). In terms of time, a lot of it was me taking care of stuff for work and just doubly inspecting the vehicle. (Because I was still waiting to hear back from dealers by early the morning of Dec. 31st, I wasn't ready to make a commitment before then so they could order the cargo cover I wanted to purchase, and the deadline to do that was 3 p.m. the prior day, I was told).Cory's manager Ralph Gilpin also took the initiative to introduce himself to me and made it clear that they were aggressively pricing their vehicles to move the dealership up to the next level.The paperwork was fast and painless. It helped that I had arranged a separate unsecured loan at a great finance rate, so they didn't try to pitch another loan to me. Gary, the finance guy, went over the extended warranty with me. But when it was clear I needed more time to consider it, he didn't give me the hard sell like I'd experienced at another dealership in the past. He didn't try to sell me anything else. He quickly moved on and arranged for me to sign all the documents to transfer the Fit to me and my Civic to them. I loved having the option to pay with my credit card (up to a certain limit) and the rest with a personal check. Pretty hassle free.A few weeks after my purchase, Cory also went out of his way to send me an email to see how things were going with the car and he also graciously at my request sent me copies of some paperwork that I had signed that were missing from my personal file. The dealership also got me my title in 15 days, well within the 30-day legal requirement so I could get my new license plates.So far, the car, the blue Honda Fit, has driven great and I'm genuinely excited to drive it each time. It looks like a gem in my employer's parking lot.The bottom line: The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable. Aggressive on price, at least with me. They kept their word. They were specific. They didn't make vague promises like some other dealers did. They didn't play any games. They didn't subject me to a high-pressure sales pitch to try to get me to buy something I didn't want. They were accessible, reachable and promptly responsive. They didn't waste my time. I needed a new car by the end of 2015, and they did what they had to do to make that happen and at an incredible price. I can't guarantee anyone will have the same positive experience I had nor get as good a deal, but if you're looking for a Honda vehicle, you should give them a solid chance to win your business. I gladly gave Apostolakis the highest ratings in Honda's online customer service survey.

These people don't care about the customer and will trick you into buying things that you think you are getting and actually don't. Not very informative about the car I bought, They couldn't give some answers and didn't know how to do a few things. Car buying process there took very long going back and forth between buildings and overall horrible decision going there. I called a few days later after something went wrong and they said they couldn't help me. Even the big guy in charge didn't seem very personable and rude.

Brenda Hawkins gave us the most thorough indoctrination for a new car ever and this was a Civic Touring with many updated for 2016. Her background in sales and repair enable her to discuss the features of her offerings and the competition. Her emphasis was always being sure that the customer could understand and utilize the features rather than just making the sale. All of this from a retired mechanical engineer and longtime gearhead.

Dealt with Cory Hancock from start to finish. Did most of the work by email. We had already test driven a 2016 Honda Accord 4door so we knew exactly what we wanted. Cory gave us his best price up front, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car and options and made the buying experience painless. Straightforward and honest. Very little negotiation needed. Made buying a car easy and that is usually not a statement I would make about the process. They truly earned our business as a local dealer had offered to meet the price, we drove over an hour to get it from Cory anyway. It was worth the drive.

Straightforward, honest, and the best price anywhere. Dealt with Cory Hancock. He knew the 2016Accord 4 door from top to bottom and was thoroughly versed in all the options and how to work them. When buying a new car we were never sure that we had gotten the best deal possible. Not the case with Apostolakis. They went above and beyond our expectations. Cory gave us all the details and prices by emails. A local dealer (10 minutes away) even offered to meet the price but in the end we decided to drive an hour away to get the car from Cory since he had been sincere and upfront with everything about the deal. I would tell anyone that asked me to call Cory first and then to call him last and buy the Honda from him. 100% positive experience from start to finish and I never say that about buying a new car. Everyone else at the dealer that we dealt with was of the same mindset. WOW!

Not happy with service department as I had to take my vehicle back twice for repairs and never got the problem fixed, was told "noise was part of normal operation" which is untrue. I know a lot of people who have the same vehicle and have never heard this noise during "normal operation" of their vehicle.

Asked for an internet quote on line and Corey Hancock promptly replied. From the start he was honest and straight forward not trying to pressure us even when we told him our plans to look at other options. Respectfully at appropriate intervals he would follow up with us asking if there was anything he could do. Any questions we had were answered in an honest straight forward manner. That is what sold us as well as the deal we were offered. Only downside to the whole transaction was the wait we had for the finance manager in order to complete paper work.

Said we'd come down later to see it and test drive it, which we did. Afterward my husband suggested we test drive a 2015 for comparisons. Both cars would nicely fit the bill. We talked about it, and slept on it. The next morning we chose the 2015, and drove it home later that day. Nikki was very good at explaining each car. She was very understanding and patient as we mulled over which car we'd buy. We are very pleased with our 2015 Honda CRV.

Just purchased my vehicle last week and I absolutely love it. I dealt with Nick Sugar and he was wonderful to work with. I HATE to shop for a new car, which is why I do it only when I am forced to do it. My car was 8 years old and near the end of it's useful life. I had done a ton of research online and visited the Auto Show in Cleveland. My wife and I set aside a Saturday and visited 6 dealerships in one day. Our first stop was a Apostolakis to look at the Honda CRV and the CX-5. Nick came out and greeted us and was not pushy or high pressure in any way. We explained what we were out doing test drives and that was our goal for the day. We test drove both vehicles and really liked the Mazda. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about his products as well as the competition's vehicles. After test driving the other vehicles as well as the other salespersons we returned to the dealership for another test drive. We decided we wanted the CX-5. Nick introduced us to Ralph the Sales manager and they went to work finding the vehicle I wanted with the features I desired. We negotiated back and forth over the next few days. I admit I know I was difficult and demanding and Nick was nothing, but professional. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, both the car and the financing were as promised. Nick took me out to go over the vehicle and he even set up the phone feature for me. I know he could sense I had no clue what to do based on the blank look on my face, and the age of my cell phone. CRV -XL Trade in Purchase - Sandra Hickman / Jerry Hickman:I (Jerry) stopped in to casually begin a discussion of a possible trade / purchase of a 2007 CRV-Xl -2015 CRV-Xl. I had no intentions of purchasing a car that day; still the staff did everything they could to understand my requirements and make it very easy to make the deal. They did not pressure me, rather continued to understand my needs which ultimately allowed us to secure the deal that Saturday. We made arrangements to pick the car up on Monday - I called a little before 9AM and Brenda (who was not our sales person) lined it up and had us ready to pick up the car early since I had a big day. Greg helped us understand the extended warranty options which we purchased - 1st time ever - this is our 6th Honda. We live about 30 miles from the dealership and Nick went out of his way to pick up paperwork from us that really helped us out.From Nick to Chuck to Ralph to Greg to Brenda we could not have been treated better or had a better buying experience. We took the car for a test drive together and he was so helpful. I'd say that hands down the best part was, when we started getting down to me ACTUALLY purchasing the car. Based off of trade-in value of my current car vs what I already owed, it would have been a foolish idea to go through with the purchase. And Nick was straight-forward and honest with me about that. From our first conversation I had no doubt I was going to receive the best care. Bruce was not pushy and he cared about assisting me with making a huge decision for my family and I. Gary the finance manager was quick and efficient. He presented me with an extended warranty that fit my budget and signing the papers did not take as long as in the past with other dealerships. I called and asked if they had the color accord I was looking for. I was told no but they could find it for me and call me back....never got the call. In addition, the same day I stopped in to make sure the interior color was what I wanted (right color wrong trim on the floor). Not one person greeted us. There was not a single customer in the store, and I counted 6 employees sitting around doing nothing. It was 9-17-2014 at 2:13 PM. We left and bought the accord at Classic Honda in Streetsboro.

We had a 2003 auto that our 23 year old daughter was using for work get totaled when a driver made a sudden left turn in front of her. Wasn't our daughter's fault. After we got the settlement check for our car we started looking for a new one. With all the recalls for GM we didn't look a their cars. Since we owned and liked our 2010 Honda Odyssey van we decided to check out the Honda Civic. We stopped at Apostolakis Honda just before closing one evening and was greeted by Cory. After talking with him, Cory took us out on the lot and let us look at a couple of cars before closing. He explained the features that where new to us and how they operated. My wife liked what she saw. Long story short we checked out a couple of Toyota dealers and another Honda dealer. We kept coming back to Cory because he took the time with us and explained how everything worked on the cars. When we said ok we're ready to buy Cory worked with us and got a good deal on a Civic for us. See Cory if you're looking for a car. You will be treated good. Now if I could just get my daughter to let me drive the car sometime.

Paul was very easy to work with and did not exhibit stereotypical cars salesman characteristics, he was personal, charismatic, and 100% willing to work with us on price. I called Apostolakis Honda and was put in touch with Mike Pisoni, we discussed leasing a Civic for my nephew who recently was laid off, Mike answered all my questions on the phone, I then took my nephew out to the dealership which closes at 6:00 PM on Friday. It was about 5:15 PM when we got to the dealership, Mike had a 2014 Civic pulled up for my nephew to drive and after he took a ride we started the Leasing details, Long story short My nephew is now driving a new Honda Civic thanks to Mike and all the work he did for us. I was extremely satisfied that David Hall located the color that I wanted in the Mazda CX5. Dave was diligent and professional in both locating the vehicle and seeing that my needs were met. He was also patient with me while I thought over every possible need that I had in choosing a new vehicle. I have owned 7 GM cars, so it was not easy to win me over, especially since I had thousands both on my GM credit card and with mother's employee discount that I could have used toward purchasing a GM car. I had visited many Mazda dealerships both in and out of the area. None worked more diligently in meeting my needs than Apostolakis Mazda. My reason for choosing the CX5 is as follows: The beauty of the vehicle drew me in with its sleek and pleasing aerodynamic contours. When I test drove the 2013 last summer, I was nearly sold on the vehicle, though it lacked the power I was anticipating. I then drove several other crossovers this summer from the Equinox, Traverse, and Rav 4, to the Rogue, and others. Then I drove the new CX5, with its 2.5 liter engine, and additional acceleration. I was sold. The most impressive aspect of the CX5 is its unparalleled handling. The turning and cornering is tight and precise. I can feel the road, yet, the CX5 also presents its driver with a smooth ride. I will recommend Mazda vehicles to my friends as long as they perform as impressively as the CX5. For me, driving has once again become enjoyable. And for that, I have Mazda to thank. I will certainly recommend Apostolakis to my friends and family.

I had bee researching new cars and have been a Mazda fan going back many years. When the all New Mazda 6 came out it caught my eye more so than many other cars in its class. This started out just to get a better look since I had no real interest in trading cars. Going to a few dealerships I found myself checking out prices and looking for two color combo's which was not easy since I only wanted the New 2015.Apostolakis Mazda had a few ad's on Auto trader and sent them email telling them what I was looking for. I received a response from the Store General Manager giving me feed back on my search. Being the 2015 was just starting to get to dealers I went to their store to try and come up with a price and if they could find the color and options. The end result was Dave Hall the Mazda sales manager was able to locate the car I was looking for and in doing so had to dealer exchange which today is pretty common. But during all of this the original car he priced was no longer available to him so he ended up having to trade a greater distance and to top it off that car ad one other item that wasn't in the other. Dave had that car brought in and kept to his price. On the day of pick-up our new Mazda 6 Dave went over everything and I mean everything. Finishing the paper work was a breeze and painless. Another Sales team member finished off by making sure we understood how everything worked. We have been buying cars for many years and I feel I have pretty good knowledge of the car business. I must say that Everyone at Apostolakis were very warm and friendly, and have never been more pleased with how the process went. As Its been said, if a buy leaves a dealership with a new or used car then that person must have been happy with their purchase. We live in Poland ,Oh. went to our local Mazda dealer in Brdman. on a friday afternoon to possibly purchase a car but the experience was not what i expected. we were met by a nice young man with two months experience under his belt but to my surprise i liked his honesty and spirit. after the test drive we went inside the part i hate the most and this showroom experience sucked. young salesman seats you in the middle of a construction zone with no privacy at all.and then this kid begins running back and forth to the man behind the curtain and coming back with unreal numbers of what should of been a easy deal . Im to old for games and jumped up and walked out of a very disturbing sales practice. I came home called Apostolakis talked to Dave that night told him we would be there on Saturday and we drove home our brand new Mazda6 and are very happy. Thanks Dave for treating us in a professional manner.

Brenda was very helpful finding the account information for us and James stayed late to finalize the sale for us. We had some complications which delayed bringing the vehicle to the dealership, but James and the rest of the staff were very understanding. What we expected to be a complicated process went very easy and smoothly.

I enjoyed the experience I had at this dealership. Before visiting Apostolakis Mazda, I had received lease quotes from several other new car dealers (including the Mazda store in Boardman), but, due to the helpful and knowledgeable sales staff at Aposolakis (as well as the very reasonable deal that was brokered), I ended up driving away with a 2014 Mazda 3. Normally I am very wary of salespeople, but Dave Hall exceeded my expectations. I most definitely recommend Dave Hall to anyone interested in a Mazda.

Bought a 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid at a great price very friendly service for me and my family. Most people might over look this but the test drive was the best test drive ever. They let me drive in the city (stop and go), took me on the freeway and had me drive down a bumpy road as well. We found Apostolakis Honda on the internet while looking for a new Honda CRV. I sure am glad we did. Dave, our salesman, was great to deal with and very accommodating. He made the transaction between trading in our Jeep and purchasing the new Honda enjoyable. Never did he pressure us into making a decision. The price for the new CRV was unbeatable. As a matter of fact, when I called other dealerships to see if they could beat it they told me to make sure it was the AWD model I wanted because they sold the FWD models for more than Apostolakis was quoting me. I was happy with the amount of help we received while at the dealership. I have a few things I wish I would have taken into consideration before making our final purchase. Would have like to review a higher option content car, and reviewed what options were available on the car before buying the one we did. I wanted to limit the payments to a certain amount, however I would have made considerations for higher payments had I realized what was available. We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3i touring package with a 2.0 engine and the tech package.What I would have liked to review and purchase would have been the grand touring package with the 2.5 engine with a few other options.I believe I had asked at one point if this was the 2.5 engine with the touring package and was told yes. Turned out this was not the case.I also have my doubts that the extended warrantee I purchased covers everything that was listed or that I was sold on. I specifically asked if it covered all electronics and electrical components including wiring. I was told yes it was a bumper to bumper coverage through Honda and would cover us for 100k miles. However when I received the booklet in the mail with the coverage it appears to be mechanical coverage only and not bumper to bumper. I will review this Monday and see if what I was sold is what I received or if it is what I think and only a partial coverage.... If this was only partial coverage and only the mechanical coverage then I will have an issue with the finance person involved and will take it to the manager.

Like everyone else, I have picked dealers that after the event I wished I had tried someplace else. When you do find an excellent place to purchase and maintain service, you don't forget. My wife and I have found such a place at Apostolakis. My son purchased a new car there and this is my second car bought there. We drive 25 miles to get to this dealership - passing many others along the way - to include two other Honda dealers. Both Ralph and David listened to our needs and went out of their way to find a car WE wanted while giving us a fair deal on our trade. My recommendation would be if you are looking for someplace that makes you want to come back and purchase again, then this is your dealer. In two years I will again be in the car market. My next title will be THIRD TIME AROUND.

I recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Apostolakis Honda. Paul Whitehouse sold me a 2012 Honda CRV a year and a half ago. I remembered him being very friendly and knowledgeable during that experience so I asked for him this time. I WAS NOT excited about driving a mini van, but needed it due to having 10 month old twins. Paul made the experience very pleasant. I never felt pressured but always felt like I had his undivided attention. He was so good that, by the time I drove my new Odyssey home I WAS excited about it!! Ralph was very helpful in giving us the bottom line pricing for a Honda Pilot. He worked to get us a deal when we traded in our CR-V lease six months early and helped us to get an affordable monthly payment for our new Pilot. Johnnie was very helpful in getting the deal worked out, went over all of the many features in the Pilot, set up my Bluetooth, took us on a tour of the service department and took our coupon for a free paint touch-up bottle to the parts department to get our touch-up paint before we even left. He even drove to a local restaurant where we were having dinner to give us our information booklets that we had left behind. We first looked at the Accord more than a year ago when we weren't sure whether we were going to replace my car or my husbands. My husband bought the car that time and he has bought the same brand for 25 years. But Johnnie Bevilacqua kept in touch, calling from time to time to see if I was still interested in a car, so we felt we should give him the first opportunity when it came time for me to buy. It was a good decision. He put no pressure on us and gave us more than enough time, including test drives of two different models so I could compare the advantages and disadvantages of each. When I told him I wasn't going to buy that day, he didn't put any pressure on us and suggested that before we make any decision we come back and talk about a final price. We went to lunch, to another dealer, crunched some numbers and came back to Johnnie and said we decided to buy that day after all. We gave him a number that we thought was fair based on our research and he took it to the manager and returned quickly with an OK. It was the easiest experience we have ever had buying a car, and Johnnie gets credit for that. When we picked up the car a few days later, there were no surprises. He took us on a tour and introduced us to the the service manager and parts manager (both friendly and helpful). We finished the sale with Paul, who was friendly, professional and also didn't put undue pressure on us for add-ons. Johnnie went over the car with us , explaining everything we needed to know ( more than once on some things) and sent us on our way, telling us to be sure to contact him if we had any problems of any kind.

My husband and I had a great experience at Apostolakis Honda this week. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and we stopped by the dealership. When we walked into the dealership we were really impressed at how clean and welcoming it was. We were greeted by Paul Whitehouse, who was very professional and knowledgable about the SUV we were interested in. He took the time to explain to us how everything in the SUV worked and then we took it for a test drive which I fell in love with it. We decided on a color but they did not have it. He made a few calls and was able to locate one for us. We were thrilled.... We discussed financing options. The SUV arrived the next day late in the afternoon and Paul called to let me know. He suggested that we stop by and take a look at it if we wanted to. Of course we did and loved it. The next day we scheduled the appointment to pick up the car and that is when we met with John Bevilacqua. He also was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. We then met with Gary Stribicki who is the Business Manager and we signed our loan papers. He explained all of the warranties and the extended warranties in detail which we purchased. We felt so comfortable with him. After we signed the loan papers John Bevilacqua went over the SUV features again and set my radio stations, set the bluetooth up and set my home address in navigation system. John then took for tour of the dealership and introduced us to the staff in the service area, parts area and showed us where to go if we had to bring the car in for anything. I have never experience anything like this before. I felt like royality. Everyone was so friendly congratualted us on our new purchase and told us to call with any questions we may have. This team at Apostolakis is outstanding. This was an amazing experience for me and I have never been treated so well by everyone. I spoke to the John who is a wonderful person and I told him how great his staff is..... I will never go to any other dealership and I will refer all of my family and friends...... Best customer service I have every received.

We just purchased a Honda odyssey from Paul Whitehouse at Apostolakis and I have to say he was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. I had called Apostolakis to inquire about the Odysseys after dealing with someone from another dealership that I wasn't happy with. Paul was very patient and spent a lot of time with me on the phone which I was impressed with, considering he hadn't even met me. My husband and I made an appt to meet with him and he showed us the Odyssey and went over every inch of the car and all the features, something the other salesperson never did, even though we had test driven the car at the other place. Once again, he was very patient and answered any questions we had. We never felt pressured to purchase from him but knew that if we decided to purchase he was the one we wanted to deal with. He made us feel very comfortable and we felt like old friends by the time we were done...LOL. it's taken me 10 years to convince my husband to purchase a Honda and now that we have I will never buy Chrysler again!!! John talked with me on the phone. Asked what I was looking for in my trade in. He answered all of my questions and gave me his number so I could call him with questions. I was uneasy about losing a lot on my trade in and told him that. The next day the head sales man talked with me and told me he would be fair and give me a good deal. Im sorry I can't remember his name but John goes to him for the deal and numbers. I went in and decided what car we wanted. John went and got me figures. The FIRST quote was fair (I go on consumer reports to know what to pay) and they gave me what I wanted for my trade. I highly recommend this dealer. EASY to handle. NO HASSLE. NO arguing. My wife and I were looking for a new or used vehicle for several weeks. We had visited various dealerships during this time and looked over Hondas along with many other makes of cars in the process. Our search took us by Apostolakis Honda to check out the Honda line of cars. We were considering the Civic or the Accord. Our salesman (John Belivacqua) took his time going over both cars and helped us choose what would work best for our future needs. He also explained all the instrumentation along with other coimponents of the vehicles so we would have a good understanding of what each model had to offer. John also took the time to show us around the dealership....including the Parts Dept., Service Dept.etc. The whole team at Aposolakis were polite and with no pressure to make a quick sale. The finance manager made sure that we understood all the terms of our loan process and offered to go back over the loan details if we had any questions at all. We bought a used 2006 Cobalt. After finding it online on cars.com at a good price I called for details. The car sounded good, so the salesman recommendeed a deposit be placed on it. The drive in from Cleveland was worth it. The car was cleaned up and had new brakes and 2 tires instaled and was ready to go. We took it home that day.

Although they did not have one on the lot they got me one within three days. The general manager, Ralph, did my new car orientation with me, because he owns the same car and he new the car inside and out. He explained every little detail. I left knowing everything I should know about my new car. I felt right at home in it and I just loved it. As a matter of fact I liked it better than the BMW I traded in. I have purchased several cars from Apostolakis Honda. I have had good sales people and not so good. My latest purchase was a 2013 Accord. My sales person was Dave Parrish. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave. The time it took me to decide on the model that fit me and that I even wanted to purchase a Honda Accord was a total of about 2-3 weeks. I exchanged many emails with Dave and he was always quick to respond. Car salespeople don't exactly have the greatest reputations, but Dave was as nice as I have ever dealt with. He took time to listen to my concerns and he seemed to understand that there is no need to fill every second with facts about the car. The Honda Accord is a sweet car!

I was very impressed with our whole experience of leasing our new Honda FIT. We were met at the door and welcomed by our sales rep. John. From that moment on I felt very comfortable. There were no high pressure tactics used. I just left the dealership down the street that I have previously purchased 5 vehicles from and both of our sons each purchased one each. I was very loyal to that dealership and actually had a great deal on purchasing a 2012 VERSA at a very good price in the works but I just needed to do my own comparison between the Honda FIT and the Nissan VERSA. As with any new car I was impressed with both. At NO time did this Honda Dealer bad talk the other dealership or try to persuade me that I would be making a bad mistake, the choice was clearly ours right up to the final sign and drive. I never leased a car before so I was somewhat skeptical. I learned a great deal once it was explained in a very simple way by both John and Ralph. I actually learned something. What I was most impressed with was I never had a salesperson explain every detail about the vehicle I was purchasing. John went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with all the controls, options, owners manuals etc.on the car. When he showed me the vehicle dealer inspection report I was even more impressed to know that Honda takes the time to check each and every new car before they sell it, not at the assembly plant but right at the Dealership at which the vehicle will be serviced. Did I get the "BEST DEAL EVER", I don't know but I left that night feeling comfortable that I made a good choice.

Paul has also been great answering questions and showing me the latest models (even when he knew I wasn't ready to buy). He knew that we were undecided between buying our 4th Accord and a CRV. To help us with our decision, he put the two cars side-by-side for us to compare and we took both for a test drive. We decided on the CRV. Paul was awesome through the car process, making sure we were satisfied with our decision. He also knew our schedule was tight, so he even went to the dealership on his day off to make sure he was there and the car was perfect for us to pick up. We arrived right when Apostolakis closed and Paul was very patient with us. He made sure to review the features of the car with us before we drove it away. I have recommended Paul to other friends and will continue to do so.

I have dealt with Apostolakis since 2004 when I began taking my 98 Accord in for service. I meant the Paul Whitehouse 6 years ago while waiting for my car. There was never any pressure to buy, but he has always been willing to show me the latest models, explain the changes and always made sure he was available for questions. When I decided to make a purchase, he was there for the entire process making sure we were happy with our choices and at the same time explaining the car in great detail. Paul even worked on his day off to make sure he was available when it fit in our schedule. He has been awesome to work with and is the first person I refer friends to when they are ready to purchase a car- new or used.

My husband bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro last year. Drove off the lot and before even getting home, the low tire pressure light came on and we discovered the right back brake light was out. The plastic on the drivers side close to the pedals was broken. Not discovered until we got the vehicle home. The low pressure light just stays on and does not go off. Last week, my husband accidently put down the back window instead of the drivers window. Something malfunctioned with the window and it will not stay up!!! At all. Made some crackling noises and is now broken. This happened simply while trying to slide the window back up. Yesterday the rear windshield wiper broke, just out of nowhere. Not only is the vehicle basically falling apart after a "guaranteed thorough 90 point inspection" but the customer service was awful. My husband accidently left his garage door opener in his traded car. I called our salesperson at least three times requesting the remote. I was told that he would fed ex it out the first time and after that I haven't had a response to my calls. I have never experienced so many problems from purchasing a vehicle. I understand that this is a used vehicle,however, these things really should have been inspected. I have a van the same age that I purchased from a different dealer a few years back and have had NO problems with it. They also call OFTEN to see how I am still liking my vehicle. Wonderful service there, HORRIBLE here. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Hello, I normally don't do these type of reviews but I felt the need to let other people like me know that Apostolakis Honda is a great place to do business!! My husband and I have terrible credit, first and foremost. We were both laid off, lost our home and were struggling to make ends meet for the better part of two years. We are both working now and had saved up a few hundred dollars to try and get our credit re established for a car. After going to 5 different dealers and basically getting told NO, laughed at and shown the door, we stopped into Apostolakis Honda and met with Dave (forgot his last name but he was a Marine) after we had called first. On our initial phone call to the dealership, Dave instantly made us feel like we were part of his family. He took the time to answer my questions, give us great advice and set the appointment time that worked for both of us, which was later in the evening, almost closing time at 8:30pm. After spending about ten minutes with Dave, he already had most of the process completed and offered to show us two vehicles that he thought would work for our budget and the bank. We chose the car that my husband and I liked and then we were in to see the financing person Gary who handled all of our papers. we ended up leaving around 10pm and we never once felt like we should be hurried out because they were closed. We were amazed that we could get approved and get a car we liked. one other dealership said they "thought" they could get us approved and told us we had to get a 2007 minivan for like $500 per month. That wasn't going to happen. Dave and Gary got us everything we wanted and made us feel like the best customers in the world. If you have hit tough times and your credit is less than perfect, I promise you this is the place to go. I'm so glad we did and we are gonna tell everyone we know to do business with Dave and Gary. Thanks guys for making our Christmas so wonderful. Our kids love our new car and now I'm not embarrassed to drop them off at school in our older one. lol.

WAS TOLD O7 ACCORD HAD A MULTI POINT INSPECTION, AFTER PURCHASE THEY THEN FOUND A BENT WHEEL RIM AND BROKEN DRIVER SEAT WHICH OF COURSE THEY NEW NOTHING ABOUT. WHO DOES THE INSPECTIONS STEVIE WONDER OR RAY CHARLES? I BROUGHT MY ACCORD IN FOR THE 60,000 MILE MAINTENANCE AND WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A COMPLETED 60,000 MAINTENANCE ON THE LAST INVOICE OR ANY INVOICE. HOW DO I EVEN KNOW WHAT THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE WAS IN THAT SHE DID NOT GIVE ME A CLEAR DESCRIPTIVE PRINT OUT OF WHAT WAS REQUIRED. THERE SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING A LITTLE UNETHICAL ABOUT THE METHOD OF OPERATION THERE. SHE SAID THE INVOICES WOULD SHOW I DID THE MAINTENANCE. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO FIND SOMETHING TO SERVICE , I WAS TOLD THE WIPERS NEEDED REPLACED AND THE BATTERY. THE WIPERS ARE FINE AND I WILL DO THE BATTERY MYSELF IN THAT I CANNOT TRUST THEM. I GOT THE WIPERS FROM THEM A YEAR AGO AND THEY WERE HARDLY USED. I FEEL I AM BEING TAKEN BY SOME KIND OF EXTORTION SCHEME.

First, this dealer practiced the old bait and switch. My son went there to purchase a vehicle he was told on the phone was silver with a black interior. This was the bait. When we got there, the vehicle did not exist. That's the switch. They try to sell you a different car. While they said it was a mistake and apologized for the error, it seems very unlikely to get this wrong. They salesman said he went out to the vehicle to get the mileage and sat in the car. The actual color is a very light grey, not even close.Second, they would not even give us the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for a vehicle in fair condition. Which the car was Kelly Blue Book definition.Third, Paul became visibly annoyed when I recommended to my son not to purchase the extended warranty plans and gap coverage. Most of the benefits provided in these plans are covered under insurance or other roadside assistance companies like triple A. He was very condescending.Next, they would not give my son the Graduate Program financing. Paul said he never used the program and didn't know how it works. He seemed puzzled that we were even asking about it. Even though, there is a big sign on the door you enter and they have brochures explaining the program in their showroom. Paul immediately began reading the brochure and appeared to be thinking of reasons not to apply it. My son meets all the qualification criteria, but we did not have the documents (pay stub and copy of diploma) with us. When I complained and told him I was not happy about it, Paul threatened to pull the deal off the table. They would not release the vehicle subject to us sending them the documents. They blamed Honda Financing and said they had to have it approved and Honda Finance was not open on Saturday. My son was approved for standard financing.I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!

I traded my 2009 Civic Hybrid recently based in on a call by our prior salesman Ralph. He is now the salesmanager. We decided to trade the Hybrid, as it did not fit my needs any longer. My salesman, Bruce, was professional, considerate and took the time needed to explain in detail the 2012 Civic I purchased. The whole experience was excellent and effortless.

We had bad credit and other dealerships wanted to get us in a car that we didnt want for 6 years payments. but this dealership was different . the salesman paul whithouse was great , he really listened to me about what i wanted and what i could afford.. the end result was i got 2 autos 1 new honda civic and a used pickup with a credit score of 614 WOW .. Paul even bought me lunch ( thanks Paul) i would recommend this dealership and salesman for thier no pressure sales . thanks paul for restoring my faith in customer service.. Rick

I was incredibly pleased with the service i received at this dealership- three different people worked together to put together the trade-in and sale, and every one of them were kind, and helpful. i never felt pressured and left a very happy customer! Paul was prompt in replying to my internet inquiry, and when i arrived, Richard was more than happy to take me on a test drive while Paul helped another customer. Both were very knowledgable about the cars and answered every question i had. Gary worked hard to get me financed and put me in a car that i love with a payment that i am comfortable with. After researching the new Honda Accord and visiting several other dealerships, I went to Apostolakis and was wonderfully surprised at the friendly and courteous way our salesman, Paul McKay, did business. He did not use high pressure tactics nor talk down to us in an insulting manner. Rather, he explained the car's features in great detail, focusing on all the safety conveniences, and professionally demonstrated the vehicle with the utmost knowledge. We were so impressed and pleased with Paul and his welcoming attitude, we bought the car that day, without hesitation. And unlike so many other dealerships which were highly rated on this site, I must say the Apostolakis and Paul McKay surpassed every one we visited in every way. I strongly recommend this dealership and Paul especially for anyone who does not tolerate insincerity or high pressure intimidation. Paul was comfortable to deal with and we will definitly return in the spring for another vehicle. Thanks again Paul!!!!!

After taking the car in for a repair on a broken bolt in the drive shaft that was quoted to us at $108.00(not covered under our warranty of course), Apostolakis called several days later. We assumed the call was to tell us that it was finally time to pick up our car. Wrong! Instead we were told that our car had been broken into, two windows had been broken out, our security keypad had been broken, and our GPS had been stolen. They told us that it was, "not their problem", and we are now facing $1000.00 in deductibles for what was orginally a $108.00 repair! We STILL don't have our car back.

When purchasing a big purchase, I like to do my research. I like to get as many prices as possible so I can compare and educate myself as to whether or not I am getting a good deal. I received a quote for a new car from another honda dealership and then I made the huge mistake and I went to Apostolakis. The sales person put me on the defensive. He asked me why I went to his dealership since I live in Youngstown. He pressured me to do business with him when all I wanted was a quote. He wanted to close the deal after I told him that I was just getting information together.He did not give me a quote because he said there was nothing stopping me from going to the other dealership so I can get a better deal from them. He did not want to play one dealership against each other. That was not my intention. I just wanted to shop around so I could get the best deal and I planned on giving the the dealership who treated me the best the business.Had he not pressured me and had he not make me feel as if I was a criminal asking for a quote, I would have seriously considered to buy a car at Apostolakis. He bad mouthed two other honda dealerships and just sang the glories of Apostolakis. What a typical car salesman, he was awful. I left the dealership feeling as if I did something wrong and did not appreciate how he treated me. I will tell all my friends who are considering a new honda to not go to Apostolakis. This employee needs to put himself into the customer's shoes instead of being an overbearing bully. There is nothing wrong with doing research and with getting other quotes. He needs to realize being a jerk won't win you any business.If you are looking for a new honda, don't waste your time with this dealership. It made me not to even want to buy a new car. I'm sticking with my old car and will save 20k.
