What is worse process than buying a car? Maybe a root canal? Appel was a nice experience. I was never pressured on the truck, was allowed to drive it home to see how it would feel, and the price was right. So buying a car became a fun and pleasant experience. Problem comes later. If you live outside Brenham, there is no courtesy ride as they promised. And repairs take a while. The service reps are great ...just not repair time.

I received excellent friendly service in purchasing my 2021 Ford Escape. I was informed of everything I needed to know and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction especially since I’m a widow of 9 months and my husband always did this with me. There was no pressure of purchasing it and I even waited until next day knowing it might be sold to someone else so that I could be sure of my decision. My deceased husband and I have purchased Ford vehicles for the 51 years we were married for their great repair services, quality of their vehicles to last long time.

I was having issues with My window getting power. I called at 715am Friday and Mary told me to bring it right in and they would squeeze me in and get it fixed. She was so super sweet and explained everything. When i went back to pick it up, everyone I came in contact with was very nice.

My Ford F 150 needed to be towed in because of a problem with the engine coolant sensor thing while picking up my kiddos from school, in just a couple hours I was called with what was wrong and what needed to be fixed?!? And they say everything is slower in the country, not the case here! I was informed of the immediate issue then they also saw some work I had done somewhere else that wasn’t right, I’m soo thankful for that!! Mr. Hacker was very patient and informative. I’m not from around here, so I usually feel out of place... it’s hard to hide all that city in me, he was professional but the best thing about him is he maintained a genuine interest in what I was saying while I talked. The most disrespectful worst customer service is not acknowledging or not having any eye contact with your customer, and unfortunately that happens a lot around here. When my truck was ready, he arranged for me to be picked up from home and brought to the dealership. I let him know I had been a military widow for years and I recently remarried to another wonderful retired veteran, they are truly a band of brothers. I made sure to share my great experience with everyone so they know where to go when they need to rely on some great professionals. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind for the next time I need my truck serviced!

You can buy your car from them and it's a great experience but you go in for an oil change and it's the worst experience, try to charge you little extras and then act like they are doing you the favor but in reality the problem never got fixed and you shouldn't have had to pay for a technican to look at it an not fix it, they also do things without asking your permission first on the cost of things you get there and are charged for something that you specifically told them not to do unless it wouldn't be a charge and then try to tell you that because he looked at it you still get charged

It was the best experience I ever had buying a new car. Was treated with respect. In and out in approximately 3 to 4 hours. My wife and I will always shop at Appel ford. I Can't see shopping anywhere else. The folks there are truly the best.

My buying experience was the best. Mike Leonard was my salesman and Frank Crawford was the Finance Manager both were the best to help me find a car that would be the best for me. Mike also was great at explaining all of the things in the car so that I would know how all things work. Frank was also very helpful with the paper work...I just want to say Thanks to Appel Ford for helping me and I am proud to drive my Ford Focus with the APPEL Sticker on the back.....If you are in need of a vehicle I would suggest that you call Mike Leonard and he will fix you up....

Hands down Appel Ford has been the BEST buying experience I have ever had! Not only did I get a great deal on the pre-owned vehicle I wanted, but their service during the buying process and service after the sale was exceptional! Mike Leonard and all the Appel Ford staff make you part of the Appel Ford family from the get go! If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle Appel Ford is the way to go. Leave the big city car lot pressure behind and take the short drive to Brenham for a GREAT car buying experience. Ten Stars in my book!

After 16 days waiting on a back-ordered parts kit I got involved, calling the regional service manager, and within 48 hours the part was delivered. During that 48 hours I was told by Appel's service manager that I would either have to pay an additional $1900.00 to individually part out the required parts of the kit or wait indefinitely. After all this ineptitude I called to speak to the General Manager at Appel to discuss the whole situation. The next day I called him again. A week later I am still waiting on a reply. Today, three and a half weeks after my truck was towed into them, I got it back, nearly $9000.00 later, unwashed, less than a quarter tank of fuel in it and with grease all over the steering wheel of my $60,000.00 truck. Needless to say, barring unforeseen circumstances, Appel has seen the last of MY business
