We have done routine oil changes with this local business for years. Unfortunately after today's experience, it's the last. We are taking our vehicle to a different location for oil changes. We set up a time for a 10am oil change. Routinely, it would take about 30-minutes. Not today. It took nearly 90-minutes for the service to be completed. For a simple oil change, that's too much time. If you're wondering if this business was busy--NOPE. We were the only customers requesting an oil change. Nor was the shop busy. Here's the kicker, we have on our account NOT to perform the synthetic oil change on our vehicle. Nor did they ask if we wanted the premium oil change performed. When we received our bill, to our surprise, it was significantly higher. Upon reading the bill, the premium service was performed on the vehicle without our request. We paid the bill and this is the result. Pretty shady just to make a couple of extra bucks... The front desk employee was rude and it was like having a conversation with a wall. Her body language read as WE WERE the issue for her inconvenience. After today's experience, we are going somewhere else where we fell welcomed and can follow instructions requested by the customer. Stopped to buy a car, looked at two different vehicles, both of which clearly had major issues. The first vehicle had signs of a blown head gasket, the oil was very dark and gross looking (and smelled of gas), and the coolant level was so low it told me to pull over. The second vehicle was completely out of oil before I even started it up. I can't speak for their service department, but I most definitely would not buy a car from them. Shop at your own risk.

I am from t and e Twin Cities and I has a problem with my tire pressure light. The young man came out to my car and helped me turn it ou off (tire pressure was just fine) He was kind and courteous and didnt even charge me for his help. THAN YOU for coming to my rescue!!!!!!

Rude front desk staff. Cheesy looking "office". Question could not be answered. Paperwork numberes were differant than price on truck.

Went there to test out a few cars, sales guy wasn't very easy to talk to; making it hard to get the information I wanted, just having a more friendly up front service would have been nice. No follow up on the car I was looking at about my offer so not going to bother. Also their carfax was some off company autocheck that didnt give info I really wanted...

I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta in February of 2015 which came with a 30 warranty. Most places that I've seen do not over any warranty on used cars so I felt they were the place to buy from. When I took it for a test drive the check engine light was on. They checked and found out it had a code still covered until warranty so they set me up to get it repaired at Rochester Volkswagen. They looked the car over and said it required over $1,800 in repairs. I called Brian and Kort and we made arrangements with them to fix it themselves. They replaced the parts that were broken and got the car back to me. However, after a day, the check engine light came back on. I live about 80 miles away and had my mechanic fix it and Brian and Kort agreed to pay for the part. Not many places would do that so I thank them for their service! Darin Lundell
