Everyone that I came in contact was very professional. Megan was very cheerful, and welcoming. Both on the phone, and as I entered the dealership. She actually knew who I was , as I entered the dealership, without even seeing me in person previously. Peter was very helpful, straight forward, and very informative. Even found and extra $250 in rebates that wasn't accounted for the first time. Never hesitated or batted an eye when I asked for him to rework the numbers for a different mileage amount. Very customer focused. Dave was very easy to work with. He didn't push anything on me, allowing me to take as much time as I needed to complete the sale. Dave even made it a point to ask about another rebate certificate that I didn't even know about. Saved me another $1,500!! I had a great experience with all three staff members and now I am enjoying a new Silverado Trail Boss. First brand new vehicle for me in 32 years. Thank you for the awesome purchasing experience.

Such a wonderful experience! Everyone is kind and friendly. I enjoyed the cashier on Saturday morning too. She was so wonderful and helpful to work with. She took the time and was patient helping me understand how to use my points.

They always do all they can to help me and my family out. Kelly at the cashier office, always makes sure we get all the discounts. Dennis and Debbie are very helpful in the body shop. Derek in sales has helped us, since Kurt retired. All the guys in service department are friendly and helpful.

I got the run around from a dealership that was four miles away. I then took my truck to Applegate. My service advisor was top notch. Communicated extremely well, very knowledgeable and in the end saved me a large amount of money due to their expertise. Best service experience I have had in a long time! Thank you!

From start to finish, Curt R. at Applegate did a fantastic job! I ordered my car and was the first on on their list. Kurt kept me posted every step of the way. From selecting options to giving me suggestions he never lost his patience. I flew in and they sent a car to pick me up! Full tank of gas and on my way in less than 30 minutes! Everyone there was fantastic, made me feel like their #1 customer. From the receptionist, finance, the GM and Curt, I was treated like royalty!I highly recommend Curt and the Applegate team. A++

I bought a new 2012 Impala in December of 2011 which had no floor mats. All I get is promises and no mats. Once they get your money, they no longer care. Cars are selling good now so I guess they don't need return customers, which I was. But no more I'll go to Joe Blows car lot before I return to these careless people. So take some advice and go anywhere else to buy a vehicle or for service. These folks just want your money, not return business.
