I purchased a 2002 Chevy Corvette with 21,000 miles from Arcari Motors Sales in Tolland. Within three weeks of the purchase the transmission went. I contacted Paul (owner) and Mark (Sales), who quickly had the transmission rebuilt and returned the Vette to me, at no expense. I now have a 3 year/ 30,000 mile warranty on the transmission. It is not often that a dealership stands behind a product or vehicle they sell. If you want to purchase a vehicle at a fair price, with no hidden fees, and want a dealer that you can trust, look no further. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

I drove all the way from Long Island to pick up a car that Arcari Motors was selling. I purchased a beautiful 2010 Grabber Blue GT500. The experience was AWESOME. I dealt with Mark one of the salesman who was 100% transparent with the purchase, let me know if any flaws, etc before drive 2.5 hours there. We literally did the entire deal over email/text which made it even easier! The day of the closing I dealt with Paul the owner who was also great and easy to work with. No hidden fees, games, etc! I highly recommend these folks for your car purchasing needs. Maybe one day I can buy another Shelby from him!!!

I was initially going to give Arcari a much better review, but after just shelling out $800 for a car repair that they missed, I can't in good faith recommend them highly. I bought my 2013 Jeep Compass from them in the summer of 2020. They usually seem to have a lot of pristine, low-mileage cars, but that (as I've learned the hard way) doesn't always mean they're in good condition. The buying process was smooth as butter, but from the moment I brought my Jeep home, the brakes didn't feel right. Since up until 3 weeks ago I was a 24/7 caretaker for my 90 year old grandmother who had dementia, I couldn't bring my Jeep up there while it was under warranty time-wise, but I did email them in October to let them know the brakes were grinding after only driving 2,000 miles or so and I got no response, so I called and was told that even though I was past the warranty time-wise, that they'd take a look at my Jeep because brakes shouldn't be acting up that soon. They looked at my Jeep and said that the rotors were wearing unevenly and they resurfaced them so I should have no problems. Things felt slightly better, but the grinding came back and just this week, my dash board lit up like the 4th of July with ABS, 4WD, AND traction warning lights! So, I brought my Jeep to a local mechanic and he said the left wheel bearing and left CV axle need to be replaced...which is $800 out from my pocket that I wouldn't be paying for if Arcari had done their part and honored their "Bumper to Bumper" guarantee.

I am very pleased with my Jeep. I was looking around the country for a particular year range, color, and condition. I saw on cars.com that this dealer had what I was looking for. The sales person that I dealt with, Mark, was very responsive to my calls and thoroughly answered my questions. I explained that I would be flying in to CT from MI and driving the vehicle home. He asked for my flight information and had arranged for me to be picked up from the airport. This is a level of service that I wouldn't have expected from even a large, new car dealership. I was nervous that I would be disappointing with the vehicle in person. This was not the case. The level of detailing was excellent. It was very clean inside and out. I think they have a sharp mechanic as well (Scott I think his name is?). I was told that the axle joints were replaced. When I looked, I could see the new parts and fresh grease and knew it was done. Also, they had the fluids changed and topped off. In fact, I changed my transmission fluid last night and basically drained out what appeared to be fresh fluid. When I was ready to close the deal, they had the paperwork ready for me. Here's the impressive part: The ad showed it as having a hard top only. After I arrived, evaluated the Jeep, and committed to it, Mark said that it comes with the two top option and he would help me load the soft top. Now, they could have easily let me drive off of the lot and turned around and sold the soft top online. Overall, this was a great experience. If I lived local to them, I would do business with them again.

So far so good! Both me and my sister bought from Arcari, she picked up a honda and we picked up a gmc truck. Good experience dealing with them, their cars are very clean and have reasonable mileage. They also give the cars a thorough inspection and will fix anything they find wrong before you leave with it. I have been to many used car dealers in my life, but these guys are the best I've seen!
