Excellent, Excellent Service! Best service experience I’ve had nationwide. I would like to bring recognition to the following personnel: Daryl, our service advisor is amazing! He is always courteous , friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. Nothing gets this man down. We can always count on him. He listens, makes suggestions and is very informative. Paige, customer service dept, is also wonderful. You can just see her smiling although we’re speaking on the phone. She truly cares and wants to help. She made sure we had a loaner car while they worked on our truck. The mechanics who worked on our truck did an excellent job on our vehicle. Over and beyond , even performed service on things we were not aware of needing, at minimal cost but once we drove out we definitely noticed a huge difference. My wish is that every Service Department nationwide were as excellent as Archie Cochrane!

It was a wonderful experience. Went in knowing what we were looking for, took a test drive and came back the next week to order the vehicle. It came in ahead of schedule, we drove it off the lot, and have been extremely pleased ever since. We worked mostly with Bob, who is a great guy. Overall an extremely positive experience.

I had great experience purchasing a new F150 working with Tim Oyloe in sales. The entire transaction took place by email and text and Tim and the Archie Cochrane staff were knowledgeable, responsive and worked to hard to get me the truck I wanted. The finance department also worked to match a really great finance deal I had from my own bank and that got me into an additional Ford incentive that reduced the overall price of the truck from an an already great, low price. Great experience all around. Thanks again, Tim.

When I first walked in for my appointment, I was told that I was actually a day early. But the service advisor, Josh, squeezed me right in without any questions. He took care of me from start to finish. He reminded me that I had my Ford Pass rewards that went towards my oil change and I did not have to pay. He even got me an Uber to take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Excellent work! Thank you so much for the professionalism
