From the time I walked in to test drive and picked up my Land Rover, Chuck took excellent care of me. With being highly personable Chuck and Chase made sure I was happy with everything that was done in service and assisted above and beyond on a few things I needed help with. Good explanation of work to be done with 80,000 service. Provided with a loaner (great car) or I would have had to Uber home. Work completed on schedule. I still am surprised when I pick up my car and it is immaculately cleaned. Well worth the money to use the dealership for service.

When they found things that needed attention, they informed me with no pressure to get them done that day. Very comfortable waiting area stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. These guys are the best of the best. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Brian Stacey is an outstanding gentleman whom talked to me and explained everything without any pressure none what so ever and within 10 min I was sold to do business with his dealership. We bought a vehicle from them and they were supposed to fix a scratch on the bumper as part of the deal. After work was complete it looked worse than before. On top of that they offer "free" vehicle registration as part of the purchase, however its not free and took 4 months to obtain and was incorrect resulting in us having to pay an extra $500 for their error. Stay away from this place or at least spend the 2-3 hours at the license office and don't let them paint anything on your vehicles. Sales staff is also the most arrogant I have dealt with having purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime all of which were a pleasant experience compared to this one.

My wife and i we went at aristocrat motors yesterday ( 02/06/16) a "gentleman" named bob (sales men) he start so nice when we talking about our trade in and start filling the credit application,until he saw our income per year i write on the application ($45k) and he said it sounds like we cannot afford to pay or have the range rover that we want for us,then we said if our credit is not enough, we have our brother in law w/good credit to apply for the loan if we don't approve. Then he said it would be better if we do everything on Monday morning (we aggred) and i said can we drive the vehicle so we can make sure to come back on monday again (if we like it) and he said of course,but i prefer to do everything on monday and repeat again and said "so yoy dont want sale)he respond yes and i said what about if we don't come back on Monday cuz' we didn't drive the vehicle today saturday and then he turns rude right away acting like "he don't care"if he sale or not..then i turn my voice and say give me the application back,then he gave to me and only said thanks its all....this people they don't care your business if you sounds poor or if you try to buy a vehicle for $25*** or less from those guys,it seams they just looking for rich people or spend on a brand new land rover (over $60,000) on my guess...FYI we going down there to try to buy the 2008 range rover black color,but looks like we get the wrong place!!???....Is our first visit on the dealer and i guess the last,they don't appreciate the customers,seams only the rich customers they take care!!...We love the vehicle but unfortunately we didn't drive,so cannot buy it from you guys.

So for the first time in my life I decided to order a new car from the factory. I heard from one person this dealer was good but definitely should have read the reviews from many others first because I came in and they said I HAD to order one if I wanted one and it takes a year for it to arrive. I ordered it,paid the deposit, and waited a year and when the car arrived they refused to sell it to me advising me of some shipping thing I still have yet figure out. Also they said I had to pay taxes up front and was charging me like 8.9% in taxes when I researched and found that state sales tax is only 7.2-7.5%. They also asked for a voided check to verify funds which I thought was odd because you would just need me to write the check for the amount then call and ask if it will clear. They said that chase wouldn't verify funds so I called them and the girl in finance at the dealership was trying to dig around my personal finances which chase said no they won't do that but if you want to to verify funds for a written check for an exact amount then we can do that. The finance girl even told me that chase was asking for an exact amount and wouldn't very otherwise so I needed to get a cashiers check. Thank you chase for looking out for .you privacy. I don't know what these accusations are though I'll figure it out, but I'm taking necessary steps to make this sketchy situation right. Drew was my salesman and he was a good guy though unless he was involved in this mess too, I don't really know.

I went to purchase a new Mercedes, but quickly found out that unfortunately this dealership fits the stereotype that "Mercedes" people get. Elitist, pretentious, snobs the entire lot. If you aren't coming in to plop down a check and pay for your vehicle, forget about it. Their financing department is weak at best. They are just like most car dealers out there. Mislead and lie to you until the very end when the bottom drops out. They'll tell you that they are going to work for you, but don't bet on it. Then they run and duck their heads in the sand like a bunch of cowards when the deal falls through. Truly a miserable and pathetic experience. Stay away!

This dealer apparently fulfills orders for parts placed on parts.com. I ordered an oil filter from them, but they refused to sell me the oil filter unless I provided the VIN for my car. This is outrageous! Then, they cancelled the order without even notifying me. This company is obviously trolling for personal data. Stay away.

It is rather unfortunate that Land Rover options in Kansas City will only lead you to Aristocrat Motors. On 10/4 I spent a good portion of my Saturday visiting with the sales staff there. What a waste of time this turned out to be. Had I known that they could really care less for my business, I could have spent this time visiting with a dealership who actually wanted to sell me a car. I can tell you maybe a total of three features the Range Rover I test drove has, because 10am on a Saturday is apparently too early for the sales rep. Multiple staff members repeatedly commented on why I wanted to get rid of my mustang from "We love seeing you drivers in October." to "What are we supposed to do with that car on our lot? and "You know, there is a Carmax down the street." and "Maybe they (Ford) should not mass produce their cars." Nonetheless it didn't surprise me when the guy who quoted my car told me it was not worth much and that it needed new tires. This 2013 car has 11,000 miles on it's Pirelli tires. I can assure you the tires are fine. The manager even approached me and said to give them some time and they could call around to see if they could give me more for my car. It is now 10/21 and I am still waiting for this call. I have; however, heard from their Internet Sales Manager, who has honestly been the most thoughtful and professional contact there. I certainly wasn't taken seriously from the minute I drove my 5.0 mustang on their lot. What makes this story even better is I did get a new car on 10/6 that out features the Range and my 'over-produced' mustang already has itself a new home, with the same tires... in October.

Pretentious and snooty. A car dealer that refuses to deal. I used to use them years ago when i drove a porsche, so when i moved back into the area, and wanted a porsche or mercedes, decided to give them a try. I went looking at cars and was ignored, even had someone make eye contact and pick up the phone to make a fake call so they wouldn't have to talk to me. Tried another car department and was ignored there too. I called and attempted to get an appointment and it took over a week to speak to someone. Finally had the used car manager call me and tell me that the prices were non-negotiable unless you want the warranty or certification removed, also they would only give under "rough" blue book on my trade in, which is far from the case on the condition of my car. I would recommend going across I35 to the other German car dealership there, they actually want to get your business, not act like you owe them.

I had a problem with the upholstery on my new LR4. The service manager at Aristocrat reexamined the problem and had the vehicle repaired. Thank you Aristocrat for stepping up to resolve this concern. I really like the car because it is fun and easy to drive in tbe City as well as a capable towing and handling off road conditions in the country. Our sales person Drew Frisbee was very knowledgable about the car. We appreciated his time demonstrating the LR4's capability. Mr Frisbee was very professional. With my previous concern resolved, I look forward to many enjoyable years driving the Land Rover and obtaining service at this dealership.

I have a brand new 2013 Land Rover. The seams on the leather seats are pulling apart. The pocket stitching Is not reinforced well. I have tried to have Land Rover cover this problem under warranty as it is a brand new car. I place only the car brochure and the game controls in the pockets. I simply cannot believe the lack of customer concern by this company, both the dealer and the manufacturer who seem to be in agreement in standing firm to not resolve my problem and blame me for using the pockets. I have had many cars with functional seat pockets, but this expansive car apparently cannot withstand very light use of its leather upholstery. Land Rover is choosing not to stand by its product. I would not place much confidence in the car''s warranty policy. I spent a lot of money on a car I thought was well made and have been sorely disappointed.

On our first visit Chris met us at the door asking if we were now ready to "pamper" ourselves. Since we had arrived in a battered and tired old Ford Focus he may have wondered if we were in the wrong place. He didn't have to sell the Mercedes to us, he only had to help us decide which one to buy. He has been so kind, patient, helpful and friendly we would recommend Chris to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new luxury vehicle. Mike Diaz was our sales person and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He kept us informed of the status as the car moved through the production and shipping process. The delivery process was outstanding. The car was in perfect shape, we had an indepth orientation of the vehicle's controls, the warrenty was explained thoroughly, and the process to pay for the vehicle was quick and painless. We were introduced to the service advisor and told how to schedule service and where to take the vehicle to have it completed. The accessories manager provided a great overview of Porsche accessories and we will be purchasing some. The overall all impression was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and focused providing exceptional customer service. Aristocrat Motors is a first class organization with people that are truly excited about what they do! He was happy to support my desire to drive several cars back to back for comparison, though it was apparent I had not settled on a model/brand. After leaving the dealership and saying "I'll get back to you", he did not hound me at all, which was very appreciated.Upon returning 2 weeks later, he greeted me warmly, I test drove the car, and as he was with another customer, found another associate to help me on his behalf.Once he freed up, he was very open to discussing price and their flexibility.Upon purchasing the car, he made sure the car was detailed and ready to go, set an appt with the finance manager to close that part of the transaction, and made sure that went smoothly.Overall, a great transaction.

We have worked with Aristocrat for many years. We used to have a different representative, but he has since left the organization. I would highly recommend Rob to any one that I know. His customer service was excellent, he was very professional and honest, very knowledgable of our all aspects of our car and was not pushy in any way. He gave us time to make our decision and was there to answer any and all questions. When we were there, he made you feel like you were the only people he was working with that day. He was also very accurate about how the leasing process would go, how long we would be there and told us what to expect step by step. I also feel that Rob worked the best deal for us that he could. I would have liked to see a lower monthly payment, but I know Jags are expensive and he did work the best deal for us. I have absolutely nothing negitive to say about Rob or the process. This SL550 has been advertised for more than a month. Still no photos. Went to look at SL550, still sitting in service, full of dirt and dust. Drove an hour to find vehicle had a deposit. We test drove a used vehicle and the salesman said he would check on our questions and give us a call. We had the money to buy that day. We waited and waited and he never called us back. We called back over 3 weeks later, talked to a different person and asked if the car was still available, which it was, explaining we were never called back. He said ok, he'd check with our salesman and we'd hear from them. Nothing, so we continued looking elsewhere - VERY UNIMPRESSED with this dealer. Weeks later we received an email from car gurus that we had signed up with for notifications, that the car was marked down $1000. Then the following week we received another email from car gurus that it was marked down again. So once again WE contacted Aristocrat, and still the original questions we had asked the salesman had not been answered. We were stuck with the same salesman who: 1)quoted us the wrong tax rate for our purchase - more of course 2) tried to get us to give him a $2000 credit card payment by phone to hold the car until the following day 3)said he had to have a fax of our driver's licenses to draw up the paperwork 4)said "that's how we do things at a high end luxury car dealership" We came in casually dressed (it was 100 degrees outside) but are both college educated professionals who live in Leawood. Why weren't we treated with respect by the sales staff? Do you have to be buying a new car to get treated well there? We looked at cars at 6 other dealerships in our search for the specific car we wanted. Every single one of the other dealerships treated us better than Aristocrat. The only good thing was the woman who did all the paperwork. She was friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about people.

They picked me up at the train station, and when i arrived to the dealership, it seemed as if the entire place knew i was coming. Brad provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the sales process through the end. I bought a used Dodge Challenger which is not a car nor brand that Aristocrat sells on a regular basis. However, Brad was very easy to work with and did research that I asked of him about the car's past. The negotiation process was basically done over the phone, but went very smoothly. The delivery and finalization of the paperwork went very well also. The car had a full tank of gas and had been waxed. I had an issue with the new tires Aristocrat had put on being out of balance, and I was able to return to the dealership at no cost and have them correct the issue.

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Since these are high end cars I expect a dealership that is way above average in customer service. As a woman I expect to be treated seriously and respectfully. Rick and Mark Belton did an excellent job of working with me on the purchase and the deal. I appreciated Rick taking me to the service department and introducing me to the Service Manager so I will know where to go and who to call. The only negative experience occurred during the operation orientation performed by another man. I purchased a Porsche Boxster S and during the orientation, he kept calling me "Grandma" which not even my grandchildren call me that. It was very irritating and I regret I didn't call him on it. Very bad taste. Having said that, I still rate the experience with everyone else to be excellent and am very happy with my new car.

Brought in Porsche on an airbag default issue. Car was CPO and issue shoudl have been covered by warranty. I guess in an effort to shield the manufacturer from the cost they invented some stoy about my CD cases causing the fault, which was BS since the fault occurred before I even bright these CD's into the car. Steve is one of the longest tenured salesman in Pre-Owned sales at Aristocrat even though he is just in his early 30's. It's very nice to come back and buy from the same dealer and work with the same person. This is the third car my family has purchased from Steve and my expectations have been exceeded everytime. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him if you are thinking about purchasing from Aristocrat. It is not a high pressure environment at all and they aren't big with the back and forth negotiating that many dealerships practice. If any of my cars ever need service, Steve also makes sure I have a car to drive which speaks volumes about how his service does NOT end with the sale. I will be a customer of Aristocrat for life because of people like him and regularly refer friends and family as well. Take my advice and ask for him if you find yourself looking at Aristocrat. You will be pleasantly surprised. I used to hate having to look for cars and the whole experience, and I can honestly say he has changed my outlook back to enjoying the process.

I recently bought a new 350ML series from Aristocrat. My primary contact and lead sales person was Micaela. It's clear that the integrated team approach is emphasized. Micaela was very helpful, and responsive. I had done some research on the vehicle and was able to get answers to questions while at the dealership and via email afterwards. I felt no pressure from anyone at Aristocrat. They were all well informed and provided me with any information I needed without bombarding me with needless trivia. Very straight forward approach. I have a 2004 Jaguar X-type that I did not purchase from Aristocrat; but had it serviced there numerous times for maintenance. I can only say the service department treated great every time I went there. I have had to have towing after an accident and they took care of everything to ge me back on the road again. At first I had John for service then it changed to Chris and I cannot say enough nice things about both of them. They are efficent and caring about you and your car. I loved the service department so much I just bought a new 2011 Jaguar XF from Aristiocrat. I called Chris to tell him I was looking for a new car and he arranged for my old friend John to sell it to me which I had lost track him when he left the service depatment. I had looked at other cars at other car dealers and was undecided on what car I wanted, but when I came to Aristocrat it felt like family.

He provided exceptional and thorough service to us from the ordering to the delivery of our beautiful new car. He was patient in answering any questions we had and he did not hesitate to respond quickly to all questions that occurred to us during the process. He has a sincere smile on his face and a friendly and welcoming disposition. He guided us through the process of financial considerations with Chuck M. to delivery of the new Cayenne with Rich. Chuck was very friendly and very careful to make sure that the transaction ran smoothly and effortlessly. He was prepared and it took no time to finish that part of the process. Dan then introduced us to Rich who was also a complete professional in the way he described ( patiently) every gadget and working mechanism in the car. He and Bill worked overtime to make sure the Blue Tooth technology (which we were not experienced in) worked correctly before we left the center. He gave us Porsche trinkets to take home and said to call him personally if we had questions regarding any operation of the car. The car left the lot in complete and utter perfection. This is the best sales department we have ever experienced and we will not hesitate to return again should the need arise. Since 1998 have bought two new Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Markus (E320 sedan and ML350 Inspiration Edition), and Hans has been service writer on both. Great attention to detail in service. M-B loaners and Saturday service hours. Great treatment from sales. Putting no pressure on you to buy, Markus answers every question, leaves you alone to consider your purchase, and then helps (not forces) you to buy the car (you wouldn't be there if you didn't want to buy a car, right?). The F&I guy offered to finance through my bank at a lower rate (5% down from 5.25% in December 2003) than I could get because of his volume - unbelievable! They treat you like you spent a ton of money at their dealership - what a novel concept! They treat you like they are competing for your business - outrageous! They sell a great product at a fair price (I know where I can get a business suit for $300; I'm just not interested in wearing a $300 business suit), then they back it up with outstanding service. This even through a change in ownership. That's the kind of business model that breeds customer loyalty. Keep up the good work, Aristocrat.

Rating is for Service Department.<br>Air Conditioning InterCooler sprung a leak while I was traveling across the United States last summer in my 2003 E-500. Called ahead to the next dealer (Aristocrat Motors) explained my problem. They ordered the intercooler in advance. Received a MB loaner car for the two days it required to make the repairs.<br>The service and workmanship could not have been better. Remember this is to a customer who is just passing through and will not be a repeat customer.....speaks highly of the dealership.
