My husband and I were both looking for new cars and he did his research on Arizona Best Cars and found that they have great reviews and a great selection. We went down there on Sunday, and I will say it was the fastest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had! They took my car that I was still making payments on and got my new car at the payments I wanted with no back and forth, and never asked for more money down. My husband and I walked out with two new cars in under 3 hours...AMAZING! Thank you Arizona Best Cars for everything that you have done for me and my husband... You will definitely get referrals from us

WOA! What a refreshing experience. I wasn't expecting a lot when I went to Arizona Best Cars to check the hybrids they had. What can you except from a used car lot on N Cave Creek Rd, right?Well Albert definitely change my perception. He had great selection of hybrids - Prius , Civics, even Altima Hybrid. Prices were well bellow market and the condition of ALL of his cars is really great. The best part they never pressured me , while providing me with all the info I needed. They have free CarFax on their website which was helpful for me to make my decision . They also have warranty. In short they operated like a franchise store with a mom and pup business prices. This was by far best buying experience I ever had.

What i loved about arizonas best cars is the care they have for their customers they took great care of me i have never recieved such great service from a dealership ever they where patient with me and when i needed help to finance to be able to get a new car they went above and beyond to help me i got to drive off the lot in my new used car i would recommend anybody to az best anytime any day. They have a great selection of cars it was hard to choose. I know i will be going back for another car for my husband real soon thank you guys for all the support i got from the moment i walked in to this day. Keep up the good work and great customer service

Traded in my leased 2013 Honda Civic for a 2005 BMW X3 to try to cut down my expenses. Professional, courteous, honest and their integrity was 2nd to none!!! It really is good to know there are still people out there as those I had the pleasure to deal with during my entire experience here at Arizona Best Cars. I read all the reviews for Arizona Best Cars and first was sceptical. After all they have perfect rating . So when I showed up for my appointment I adked Borukh how did they managed to get all those great ratings . His response was that it doesn't take a lot. All one have to do is be honest when dealing with customers. And honest he was. I wanted to negotiate and he explain me that they don't negotiate but instead put their best prices on the Internet. He did not give me one of those - we are losing money crap. Instead he honestly said that they making money and he feels strongly that the profit he makes is fair . He gave me more money for my car then the Toyota dealer I was shopping at. And the financing at credit union he reffered me to was better then my own bank. I guess he is right after all - honesty is a key.

I just want to thank the team at Arizona Best Cars for making my car buying experience so easy. I had already done my research and only needed to see it, drive it, and sign for it. But sometimes even when you think you're prepared there can be things that come up. Luckily everyone went beyond to help with the details, like driving me to Wells Fargo bank and even helped me to get the best insurance. All in just a few hours! I don't have any credit and I needed a car bad cause I just got a new job and it is 45 minutes drive. I only had $1000 to put down and other dealerships wanted to sell me old cars at high payments. Albert took me To Arizona Federal Credit Union. My interest rate is below 5 % . My payments is silly low. I got a car I wanted . With a 3 year warranty included in my payments. No my job is secure because I have a car and never late. Go go go Arizona Best Cars! WOAAAA!

Rarely if not first time in my life I can say that I am completely happy with me buying a used car. From my initial call to driving the car out of the lot I always felt that I was dealing with a pros who are on top of their game. The prices are great and what is more important are REAL.The quality of the car I bought is top notch. I was told to check the Carfax on their website before I came. They had 50 or so photos of the car on website so I knew almost everything about the car I bought before I actually saw it.Thank you guys!!!!

It is the first time in my life that I am taking my time to wright a review for someone. But Arizona Best Cars and Albert made my buying experience so unique that I simply feel obligated to share it . Start to begin with they have great prices. Almost to good to be true. Surprisingly with such a low prices they are real. No bogus fees whatsoever. On top of great prices they have really great product to offer. Clean cars. I took the car I choose to my mechanic to check and he said it needed NOTHING. CarFax free of charge on every car wright their on dealer website. And the pace they deliver is simply unbelievable. Great car buying experience! Test drove and liked a car, couldn't get back in for a few days, they said I could hold it for three days with a small deposit. Bought it a few days later and love it! Great cars, our MR2 Spyder convertible is my wifes dream car. Will buy here again, and refer friends. Thanks!

I'm in my mid-seventies and have bought , sold and traded many cars over the years, but never until last week have I felt as though I was dealing with honest salesmen. Arizona Best Cars was for me a first. Everything I saw concerning the car I was interested in was as described over the phone. I asked for pictures showing defects in the car( thankfully few) and Borukh didn't hesitate. He took close-ups of the spots and e-mailed them to me in just a matter of minutes .After discussing all the particulars my wife and I decided to drive from California to Phoenix. I figured if nothing else it would make a nice trip for us. I will not hesitate to check with this dealership again when I am in the market for another car and I definitely recommend this business to be at the top of any used car shoppers list!

t week I was pleasantly surprised with a quality of the cars Albert has. Usually, at a small used car lot cars are really in "secondary" condition. Not at Arizona Best Cars. All the cars are in top mechanical condition . No scratches and dents either. Like used cars at a franchise dealership. And prices are way bellow market. Place is clean and neat. People are friendly and not pushy at all. They definitely having a different business model then the rest of auto sales industry. If you on a market for a used car I recommend to meet Albert and Borukh at Arizona Best Cars.

This dealership is wonderful. At first glance, the neighborhood is slightly intimidating but the guys that run this place are definitely gentleman. Me and my wife went in to purchase our first car there. We went through alot of dealerships and cars before getting to this one. They have prices on really good cars. They offered to let us test drive the car immediately and were not pushy or shady in any way. They let us test drive and walk away twice without any crazy phone calls or anything. When we decided to buy they went through everything with us and seemed like they sincerely wanted us to get a good deal. They even referred us to a bank to get a better deal on the financing. They were always up front with us and super helpful. I would definitely go back.

Wow! Who knew used car buying could be fun? At first you won't think these guys are for real. They appear to be low key, honorable and knowledgeable. Once you deal with them you find out they are low key, honorable and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of reasonably priced clean cars. There is no junk on the lot. We have bought two cars from them. They are kind, professional gentlemen. No hustle. And yes, this is a real review written by a real customer.

Arizona Best Cars is certainly best place to do business with! They closed on Saturday's for religious reasons and am I glad, that they are! I was shopping all Saturday for a car , and couldn't find anything I liked. So Sunday I was looking at just a few places that were open. Arizona Best Cars was one of them. They were the only small used car lot that had Carfax posted on every car, so I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of cars and low prices they had. I test drove couple of hybrids and liked the 07 Prius. From that point on, it took Albert less then an hour to finish a deal. Great place, great cars, great prices and honest people! Thank you Albert!!!

I bought my car from Albert couple of weeks ago. Everything was good till three days ago when my neon lights went down. I took it to dealer and was told it costs $280 to fix. I bought few cars before and knew that items like that were not covered by the warranty. But I decided to call Albert anyway. Let me tell you - he is a gentleman. He fixed it without even raising a question. And while for somebody 300 is not a big sum of money - for me it definitely is. Thank you Albert and everyone at Arizona Best Cars for great customer service. Best dealership I ever dealt with!

Great place to do business at! I called them for a Sebring Convertible that they had and schedule appointment for test drive. When I got there literally couple of hours later , I saw the car I wanted was leaving the lot with plates on it. They told me car was sold! I was MAD! But Albert calmed me down and said he will take buy a car for me. We went online and he showed me the cars like I wanted the Auction. In short one hour he actually BOUGHT a CAR FOR ME. I took par in him bidding on 3 different cars, and finally got what I wanted. I bought a few cars in my life, but never saw or even heard of customer service like the one I experienced at Arizona Best Cars. Thank You Albert!

I came to the dealership with not so good credit and I've been turned down by many other guys but Albert helped me get the car i want and worked hard to get my deal to work. the whole process was quick and easy and required little effort on my side. Albert made the whole buying process real easy and gave me a piece of mind by allowing me to take the car to my mechanic. overall great customer service unlike these other dealerships who aren't willing to work with their customers.

No nonsense approach. Albert is polite and professional. I saw the car on internet and was worried that something was wrong with it because it was advertised for less then any simular one . When I called, they was upfront with everything. Albert advise me to look up their website - www.ArizonaBestCars.com so I could check the carfax history, which is posted free of charge on every car. They also had about 50 photos on a car, so it helped me to make my decision to drive there. Albert did not play any games. I test drove the car, wrote a check and drove off. The whole process took 45 minutes. This was about as good of experience of buying a car as it could get. Thank you everybody at Arizoba Best Cars.

I was looking online for a luxury car that is in my price range. Arizona Best Cars had a nice variety to choose from. I first was looking at 2003 Jaguar XK and 2007 XJ with low miles but decided to go with 2006 S Type because it had lowest miles - only 62000. And they gave it to me for internet price that was couple of thousand$$$ less than any 2006 S Type within 500 miles. I am an educated buyer, and I recommend this place to any one who does not want to be played usual salesman games. Albert is professional, honest and nice man. Great service and selection. Thank You!

They got back to me a minute after I send them request for information for the car I liked. I was impressed. They have car fax on the car on their website, so I could check it right away - another plus. Their prices are competitive and the cars are nice. But what impressed me most is the fact that they value time - theirs and mine. I scheduled appointment at 1.30 pm. They asked me to call me 30 minutes before I show up, so they could get car ready for test drive. When I showed up the car was running with a plate on it. It took them one hour to do all paperwork and deliver the car. They are real pros. Thank you

I was turned down by every car dealership I went because my credit is so-so and I have a car loan on my name. I cosigned for my sister and everybody told me I couldn't get another car loan. This Albert is funny thou. When I said I have 2 grand in my pocket he didn't say a word. Just extended his hand for my money. To cut the story short I was driving my Camry 2 short ours later. He knows what time it is. GO TO ARIZONA BEST CARS!!!!

Customer service is very good there. The owner Albert is great man. He has good cars and good prices. No gimmicks at all. I requested info over web and they got back with me in literally 50 seconds. I had questions about finance and Albert was the first man who gave me answers over the phone. He guided me through his website that has a credit application. I filled it out and he called me an hour later and said I was approved for loan and gave me all the details - payments, interest, etc. I owed more money for my car then the value of it was and he was able to work it out as well. I will recommend Arizona Best Cars to everyone. Over all great service. I wish they have somebody who speaks Spanish - they would do more business and would be able to help more people.Thank You Albert!

A Car dealership is one thing I have detested on visiting for many years! These people made my experience buying a car very easy,went out of their way for me (Which has NEVER happened to me before, trust me), and I got an awesome car and a great deal! I truly think these people there are all very good,honest people simply willing to help people find a great car in their time of need. Let me tell you - these boys are really Arizona's Best. When Albert says - "You Breathe - You Drive" - he means it. I work at a new car franchise dealership myself and couldn't get financing there. It took Albert less then 3 hours to send me home in exact car I came in for. Without usual crap like -"You don't qualify for this, let us show you another one" Great place to do business with!

I saw a nice Lexus GS they advertised. It was a color I liked. I was a bit nervous when I drove there because I had a not so pleasant experience last time I bought a car. But those guys at Arizona Best Cars are real gentlemen. They actually sold me the car I wanted for the price I saw on Google. And they did not even tried to push their finance like a last dealer I bought a car from. I had my check from USAA and they gladly took it. I am a single mother and time is important for me. They actually was the first dealership who did not make me wait for hours before the delivery. I came around 10 a.m and after I test drove the car and inspected it I left a deposit and was pleasantly surprised when they said that I could leave and come back at 12.30 pm. When I came back the car was clean, with full tank of gas and plates already on it. I signed the papers and drove away happy only 15 minutes later. Great service guys. And special thank you to owner Albert for taking his time and getting me owners manual after the sale.

ABC is incredible. They were respectful of my time and thoughts regarding the car I had been eyeing and at no time did I feel being pressured or felt that I was dealing with a typical "Used Car Lot." I am very particular to whom I refer my friends and clients to as I feel that it is a reflection upon myself.
