My wife bought me this sweet Toyota. So hard to find the older ones in great shape. She said Dave is awesome and doesn't BS. Entire staff very friendly and customer oriented. She should know...she has been in the customer service industry over 30yrs. So if she says so...it's true.

My husband and I absolutely love ARJs! We have a 2 hour drive from where we live and we have been back twice now! They have a great variety of cars. They’re always in great shape and very clean. And the people there are great to work with. Very helpful and get things done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend getting a car from them!

I had a great experience at ARJ's. Everyone was helpful and friendly. No one pushed or prodded me to make a decision. Although it was pretty busy, I was never made to feel ignored or left alone. If one person had a customer, the free one checked on us. Thanks to "Mac", Dave and all the amazing staff. I want to give them five stars, but I'm currently waiting on a "We Owe" item to be fixed. Once that is done, they get five stars!

I had sworn I would never buy another car off of Lorain Rd in Cleveland but Dave and Mac were AMAZING. The process was the fastest I've ever been to and they even helped afterwards. The warranty covered the AC being replaced. They let me use a car for the time it was being fixed. They seriously went above and beyond and My Kids and I are grateful! We love the Nissan Quest and will love of our family vacations in it to come.
