I recently was helping a friend find a car. I came across this place and after talking to them, I found out how great this place was. It was so easy to communicate with them, they were honest, fair priced, and played no games which set them apart from many other places. We were able to come to an agreement quickly and at a very fair price which made the whole process so easy. I know ill be recommending family and friends to go here.

I find buying a vehicle a very painful process. Even with all the information out on the information superhighway, you just never know what you’re going to get. There are things that have mitigated these risks, however, it’s all about finding the right personality that meshes with yours, so you can feel confident that you are getting the right product for the right price. Big Mac at Arlington Acura worked with me and went above and beyond from what was required. He took a very high-quality preowned vehicle and made it look and feel brand new with a few repairs and enhancements that he knew he did not have to do, free of charge to me. I was skeptical at first until I saw the vehicle and saw that he had replaced a few key aspects that makes my vehicle go from great to exceptional. Big Mac is a no nonsense but kind and welcoming personality. He will tell you what he can do and what he can’t do and he will go that extra mile for you. I just purchased my second Acura from Arlington Acura, and the experience was very pleasant and professional as always! From the start, the internet sales manager answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was upfront on the deal. When I came into the showroom, Sergio was a great help with the test drive, getting the deal done and bringing in the color I wanted from another store. Since they couldn't get the new vehicle in until the next day, Sergio lined me up with a service loaner, and when I came in the next day, my new car was ready to go. Arlington has always been easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed to get a used car cheap and quick and they were able to set me up and they were very accommodating on the price. And they have good quality on their used vehicles, this was my first car to actually have functional air-conditioning. And the salesperson I worked with was extraordinarily helpful at getting everything taken care of.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a vehicle from here in March of 2021. The only good experience we had was our salesman Big Mac, he was kind and easy to work with. The rest of the place was a disaster. The finance manager was a complete jerk and extremely rude. We since have reported him to the general manager regarding how we were treated. I purchased a vehicle out of state. This dealership never sent the appropriate paperwork with to register the vehicle in my state. It took multiple calls which lead to leaving messages and no one would call back to finally making an extra 2.5 hour drive back to the dealership so someone could address the appropriate paperwork needed to legally drive my vehicle. This entire process of them giving us the run around took so long my temporary plates expired and we demanded new temporary plates when we were there. They also lost the second key to my vehicle so we then had to spend half our day at their partner dealership just to have a key programed. I will NEVER go back to this location and would advise others to be hesitant of their horrible customer service.
