Went in with an idea of what I wanted in mind. Spoke with Mario and he gave me the time and patience to look at everything they had and was more than willing to let me test drive whatever I wanted. Was never pushy for me to buy. He never discounted any concerns I had, and didn’t deny problems that I noticed or questions I had. When I found the truck that was right for me, he gave me as many options as he felt I could use to make everything more simple and save me the most money. I brought up some concerns that I had and Mario and the manager both went out of their way to order parts and do extra work to make sure I was happy, without charging me for the effort. Seemed very honest and easy to work with. Will definitely tell friends and family to check out ARMS if they need a new ride. Very happy with my buy and how easy they made it. Well done guys. This is how used car places should be.

First off the owners and my salesman Walter are great! Buying was a breeze start to finish. Truck had some hiccups here and there, took the truck back and they have been amazing with attending to the issues and fixing them properly. No cut corners with them. I will not hesitate to go back and get another vehicle in the future. Need a truck go see Walter and the owners at ARM Motors!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Walter was our salesman. His customer service is stellar. This was the most pleasant experience my Husband and I have ever experienced at a dealership. Within 2 hours we had the vehicle that I wanted, not 8 hours like most larger dealerships. I highly recommend because they don’t give you the run around; love it! Please keep being great!

Very rude young men. They obviously have an ongoing issue with the other 3 or 4 businesses sharing the parking because there was not a parking spot to be had and they came and hunted me down after just 3 or 4 minutes of being double parked. However their own customer completely block traffic. Rude.
