Best place I’ve ever been. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. Very helpful and truthful. I was very impressed with everything about the business and I will be doing business with them much more in the future. Very good work as well. I 10/10 recommend! I don’t leave reviews but this place definitely deserves one.

The folks over at Arnold Auto Center were fantastic to do business with. After buying a vehicle from them, I wouldn't want to buy from anywhere else. They were upfront and transparent with price and didn't try to include any bogus fees or sell me things I didn't need. This stands in stark contrast with most dealers that will try to do the complete opposite. The salesman I worked with, Mike, was a pleasure to work with, making the entire process simple and straightforward. Buying a car really doesn't need to be difficult. Arnold Auto Center proves this, even if they represent the exception and not the rule.

My family has been purchasing cars from Arnold's auto center for my entire life and beyond ( I'm 49 ).. my grandparents have purchased cars from them as well. You get the idea- we're loyal customers for a reason. The customer care we receive each and every time we are out there is unmatched by any dealership. The auto shop also continuously delivers outstanding customer service when we take the vehicles out for service. We could go to no less than ten other dealers in the way out to Arnold's- but we make the trip out to Apache Junction to see the guys at Arnold's. A family business that truly is a family business that treats you like family. You just don't get any better than that especially in this day and age where everything is purchased over the internet and the whole idea of customer service gets lost in virtual world.. I can't speak more highly about them- and I would and do recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car or truck!

Smoothest and easiest car buying process I've literally ever experienced. Mike was very personable, professional & nice. I live out in Surprise, and it was completely worth the drive out to Apache Junction to go buy my Dodge from them. I had spoke with them over the phone and scheduled for a test drive. Drove out, decided I loved it and would be back the next day with all the financing ready to purchase the next day. Price was competitive for sure, and they even resolved an issue with the lift gate I hadn't noticed before I picked it up (just needed new lifters) I loved my experience so much I asked if they were hiring 😂 (&I have a full time job that I love lol!) Offer is still on the table if you'd like a virtual assistant, guys! Skip those big dealerships with all their sneaky fees and pushy sales reps & go see Mike at Arnold Auto Center. Thanks again for all your help, my truck drives like a dream and I couldn't be happier with it.
