I purchased a Lexus from them in October and in less than 2 months my transmission went and the price of the car was more than the advertised price, worst mistake of my life. Never ever shop at arrows especially at the philly branch

After looking for a great DEAL and a great CAR, I went to Arrow Motors and immediately I felt welcomed. I was able to get all my questions answered and most importantly I did not feel any pressure or rush to purchase a car. There were no hidden costs, everything was explained thoroughly and I was able to call anytime to get any other information I needed. Fast approval an processing but does'nt guarantee new jersey state inspection.Strongly recommend that prior too purchasing from this dealership that you have it diagnostic check completed. Check engine was reset on my purchase an same day indictor appeared same day after drivin over 100 miles.

Arrows has good quality cars low mileage good price what i hate is how they sold the car i put a deposit on. i was pre approve for a loan at the bank i gave them all the info they needed all they had to do was fax over the purchase order which they never did and i call the bank to check and they said they never got anything from them so i call back arrows and they lied and said they did so they next day i call to confirm and they told me they sold the car i was so heated .Overall good spot but in terms of how they hadle there bussiness is nasty

I live in Westfield, NJ and saw an on-line add for a Saab at Arrow Motors. We are all leery of used car dealers, as most have the reputation of being sneaky and cheating. Honestly, Arrow Motors is the complete opposite of that.I called and the they were professional and informative. I visited them, looked at some cars and they were NOT pushy or sneaky. They were patient and professional. I asked about coming back and having a car checked out by my mechanic.Two days later, I took one of their cars for an inspection by my mechanic and all was fine. I bought the car and can tell you that the entire process was an easy experience. They are professional people working in a clean and professional setting. Everything they promised was true; the price, the process, everything.I worked with Armando (the salesman) and Mike (the office manager) on paying for the car, picking up the plates, etc. and everything was by the book, on time and perfectly done. They have nothing to hide. This place is great.I am not sure if I will need a used car again anytime soon, but if I did, I would visit Arrow before anyone else and would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.This is NOT your typical used car dealer. From their service to their appearance, it's more like visiting a high-end new car dealer, except the prices are GREAT.JSWestfield, NJ

We stopped in to investigate a 2003 Dodge Durango Hemi that Arrow had on the lot. Tony was nice enough and was willing to allow us to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and a few other things but when we got a print out of the vehicle something odd was listed. On the lot , on the windshield the truck was $7,995. On the paperwork listed from his website it was $6,500? Tony also stated oh yeah that is something with the web, thats not the price . My wife said what ever he was trying to say it did not make sense as to why there was such a disparity in the price, but things happen so we took it as a one off. We went home & just to check I looked up a White Suburban XLT that they also had on the lot with $13995 on the windshield. When I got it up on the web it was listed as $10,995???? Thats twice. Something not right hear.
