I used to like the service department at this dealership. I always have brought my Pilot and preludes in for service here and have bought parts here for many many years.... That all changed when I bought a car here in January. Not only didn’t the salesman not show me how any of the options work I had to learn by watching You Tube videos, then My car was in the shop all the time with computer issues. At first they said it was my fault then they realized it wasn’t and that the car had computer issues. They tried to fix it a totally of four times and even then it still wasn’t fixed. I spent so much time at this dealership I felt like I should be on payroll. I ended up having to buy a different car four months later. They didn’t even so much as apologize, all they did was screw me out of more money anyway they could. The finance company I wanted to finance my car counter offered but arrowhead Honda failed to tell me that and financed me with another bank. Then their service DEPT tried to charge me double what I was originally told for a few accessories that needed to be installed. I was also told I had to free oil changes since I bought another car from them but the service DEPT said there wasn’t anything about that in their computer. So that didn’t happen. These people are thieves and are rude. They sold me a lemon then ripped me off even more when I had to buy another car because the first one they sold me was a total lemon. After 20 years of being a customer they will never see the whites of my eyes again unless it’s to buy parts from Randy. He has always been good to me so I will continue to buy parts from him....the other Dept’s have Horrible customer service. Go to Earnhardt. Much better customer service

Expect a very predictable car dealer experience at Arrowhead Honda. Misleading lead generation tactics and of course decisions made by a mysterious manager who can't be bothered to talk to you personally; story below. I recieved a cash offer online to sell my car and this dealership was listed as one of the participating dealers that could finalize the transaction but when I showed up the best they could do is 57% of what the initial offer was. I went to another dealer the same afternoon and had my car sold for an agreeable 9% adjustment for some needed repairs. There is no need to be taken advantage of when there are businesses out there that will do what they say they are going to do.

The salesman, Robert and the finance guy Walter, we're absolutely delightful. They took their time with me they explained everything if I didn't understand something. They did their very best to get me the best price and the best things that were included in that price. I would really really recommend if somebody's looking for a car that they go to Arrowhead Honda.

I've had several occasions on which to secure repair work from Arrowhead Honda. Thus far, I feel very good about the quality of the repairs done, the 'attention-to-detail', the fact that the 'Service Advisors' ( that I've dealt with), listen ( carefully ), before 'moving forward' to initiate the desired services. Formerly, the name of my previous 'service advisor' was "Brad Majeris (?)" A few days ago, my dealings were with a new 'service advisor': " Brandon Whitaker." He was EXCELLENT! I was very pleased with Brandon! My new ( referred) Advisor is Dan Thomas.

Shout-out to Tom at Arrowhead. Any time I get my car serviced there, he has taken care of me. If you have a slight issue after a service, he has your back. Nothing but positive from my experiences there. Update: another great visit recently from Arrowhead Honda. Shout out to Tom and Jimi in the service center. Keep it up!!
