This will be the third Lexus I have purchased through Dave at Arrowhead Lexus. They are second to none when it comes to taking care of their customers. Lexus Quality????? I have owned Lexus for 12+ years now. The quality and dependability is outstanding. Total of 250,000 miles with no problems with any of the vehicles. 160K on my first RX 300 never one problem other than routine maintenance. 80K on the second, never one problem and it still drives like new. I traded the old RX with 26K for a new RX. Both cars are a dream to drive. I drive about 20-25K per year. Excellent Vehicles!

All around an outstanding dealership!Let me tell you about by Arrowhead Lexus experience. My husband bought a Lexus from a friend and took it to Arrowhead Lexus to be serviced. Tom Sippel was his Service Adviser. My husband was so impressed with Tom and the Service Department that he suggested I visit the dealership and look for a car. This is after my husband's history of driving 4 Mercedes through the years. Tom referred us to Karen, a Sales Consultant, who was extremely helpful and guided me in finding the perfect car for me. The Finance Manager, John , was very cooperative and easy to work with. My husband and I are looking forward to many years of a good business relationship with Arrowhead Lexus.

Outstanding ServiceTom is great! He gives excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about the services and really tries to look out for the best interest of the customer. I think he goes out of his way to make sure you understand their recommendations and has always been great to work with. I highly recommend him and this Lexus Location. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and as serious customers, very unlike other luxury dealerships we were considering for a new car. We had a few issues with getting approved for the lease, but Fran and Jon diligently worked to get the deal going. Robert was great, showed us the features of the car and answered all questions we had. Was a real pleasure to work with the team, and we will certainly return to Arrowhead Lexus in the future.

My wife and I went to visit Arrowhead Lexus already pre approved by our financial institution. We fell in love with a F Sport on the lot we were ready to buy. We dealt with David from sales. He was very nice, however for a used car they insisted on a NEW price tag and it did not seem as if they were motivated to sell at the end of the month as they were not willing to budge on the sticker price on the car. His/David's Math was WAY off and both my wife and myself heard an astronomical number given for the transfer/tag/ plate etc fees. Way outside of the 8%-10% realm, it was more like 18-20%. We thanked them for their time and visited another dealership with no nonsense math. We in-fact purchased a Lexus loaded with options that day from another dealership in Scottsdale. Needless to say we will not recommend this dealership to family or friends.

A few months back I decided I wanted a new car and it was time to treat myself. I have owned Lexus before and decided I wanted a New IS 250. I contacted several dealers as I live in Yuma and they are all a ways away and I wanted to try to get as much done as possible before hand. After submitting my request I received a response from Kristina Tangolics at Arrowhead Lexus very quickly. I will admit I am kind of a pain but she was patient and answered all of my questions and helped work out the whole deale prior to my arrival - she found me a car and worked me a great price. When I arrived at the dealership Kristina had Angelo Tedeshi assist me in driving the car and going over it as well as all of my paper work. It was a great expereience, Angelo was very knowledgeable and helpful. About a week or so ago, I had a minor issue with my car that needed servicing - I called Kristina and she set me up with Larry in Service and when I arrived he had a loaner car ready for me, he was quick helpful and got my car in and out quicker than expected! What a great team they have at Arrowhead Lexus - I wouldnt dream of taking my Lexus anywhere else and will return there for future purcahses.

Arrowhead Lexus is the best! My entire experience from start to finish was better than I could have ever expected. John Ajluni, my salesperson was friendly and full of knowledge. He made the pricing and payments more than fair and easy. I can't believe I was at a car dealership! I definitely found out you get a GREAT DEAL and GREAT SERVICE at Arrowhead Lexus. I am in sales myself and usually I am more demanding than the average customer. The team at Arrowhead Lexus deserves an award!

Because of the professional performance of Ramiro in service, I was quite comfortable trying the sales department when we needed to purchase a replacement car. All my experience with Arrowhead Lexus since we have moved to Arizona have been outstanding. I will continue to use them for service and car purchases.

I can't say enough about the great experience I've had so far with Arrowhead Lexus. My sales associate is thoroughly knowledgeable about cars in general, and the Lexus brand in particular. With his very considerate and thoughtful approach, I never felt pressured or "sold", as he explained the merits of the CT200h. We recently bought a used car at Arrowhead Lexus. Spent less than $20000 but Chris treated as if we were spending $60,000. It was the most pleasant car puchase we have ever made. After we left, he called and said we had missed signing one paper and he brought it to where we were eating so we could sign it! Will be back the next time I buy a car.

This was the best car buying experience of my life. I was used to walking into a dealership and sales personnel attacking you like a pack of wolves. Not at Arrowhead Lexus. They were friendly and easy going. I never felt like they wanted to push me around and make me buy anything I didn't want. My salesman was Angelo Tedeschi and he was outstanding. I was in and out with 2 hours. There were no long waits to talk to the finance department and settle on a purchase price. This was a truly outstanding experience and I recommend Arrowhead Lexus and Angelo to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus vehicle.

Nathan Nicksic is awesome! I've brought my car in for multiple minor things, and he's ALWAYS been right on top of getting it taken care of for me 1) the first time, 2) in as sort a period of time as possible, 3) with tremendous courtesy and professionalism. I visited the Lexus of Arrowhead looking for either an IS 250 or an IS 350 new. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by everyone there. Not only were they very professional, they were also very helpful in helping me make my selection. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable in his field and had a very friendly personality. He treated me with a great amount of respect and answered any question I had about any of the cars without difficulty.

Arrowhead Lexus is incredible. They were respectful of my time and thoughts regarding the car I had been eyeing and at no time did I feel being pressured or felt that I was dealing with a typical "Used Car Lot." I am very particular to whom I refer my friends and clients to as I feel that it is a reflection upon myself. I am 65 and have bought many cars. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. The reason I would recommend Bell Lexus is the courteous and knowledgeable sales staff.I am very satisfied with the car too and have already recommend the vehicle to a number of people at work. I was spending almost four hundred dollars a month in gas. With the CT200H I have driven 1100 miles and spend a total of $93.

Arrowhead Lexus is the best car dealer in the U.S.! I went in to purchase a car yesterday and was extremely satisfied with everything. The salesperson was top notch, extremely informative and polite. The facility is beautiful and has an amazing set up. You receive detailed instructions how to operate your car with your car brought into the showroom for your convenience. Best dealership ever! We have previously owned 2 Lexus vehicles, purchased in another state, and rate this dealership even better! I will definitely buy another car from Arrowhead Lexus and recommend them to my friends.

Angelo (our salesman) was very professional and explained the vehicle and the features in detail. When purchasing another vehicle I would without hesitation go to Angelo for my purchase. I was first impressed by the facility - good showroom space both outside and in - easy to walk around and view the cars. Then, I never felt pressure "to buy today" from the time the Sales Manager met me at the front door, introduced me to Angelo, and Angelo told me about and let me drive the vehicles of my choice. I was impressed with Angelo's knowledge of the vehicle. I also liked how the staff were dressed - they looked and acted professional. We worked up the numbers on my chosen 300h and I thought about it over the weekend - again without the feeling of being pressured. I returned on Monday and made the deal. I recommend Arrowhed Lexus and Angelo to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

Worst ALMOST car buying experience Ive ever encountered in my 40 years of driving and purchasing cars.After finally selecting a car and negotiating the car price, trade-in value and interest rate with Jeffery the Used Car Manager I was shocked when I arrived with title and check in hand to find him writing a deal on my car with another customer.We had spoken numerous times that day and had last spoken 28 minutes before my arrival. I had offered to start the paperwork with the finance department over the phone to help expedite the process but was told by Jeffrey that it wasnt necessary and it would be taken care of when I arrived.I can only guess that the other deal was worth more money to him and that customer commitment and ethics mean nothing to this dealership.One might expect this type of behavior from a wholesaler in South Phoenix but not a Lexus Dealer.I would suggest staying as far away as possible from this dealership and in particular their used car manager Jeffery.
