I’ve always felt I’ve had great service at Chelsea Chevy over the years, and this latest visit was no exception. I have a 2021 Trailblazer, and was experiencing a gas smell coming from the engine. Yikes! (The service departments at car dealerships are really up against it right now with all the supply chain problems in the car business. I’ve heard horror stories of customers having to wait weeks for a part to come in.) The technician at Chelsea Chevy was able to identify the fuel pump that was causing the fuel leak, and they managed to get the part (the very last one the supplier had) and install it by early afternoon the following day. They seemed genuinely happy that it worked out for me. Much appreciated!

I took my wife's Equinox in for an oil change and air filter. Within a day or so she started getting warning messages about an emissions problem. She had to go back and have them attach the air filter cover properly, which solved the problem. This very simple service job should have been done correctly the first time. We should be reimbursed for the time she spent having to go back and sit there so on the second try, they could properly insert the fasteners.

I had a flat tire in Farmington Hills and had to have the tire replaced at a Chevy dealership there. They were slow and not friendly at all. We got to Chelsea and noticed the air pressure had dropped 3 pounds so we stopped into Art Moehn Chevrolet to have the tire checked. We got there and the gentleman at the service area stopped what he was doing and came over to look at my tire. He put air in the tires to balance out the pressure and reset the system and then smiled graciously and told us to have a great day! That was a superior service experience. No charge. No snarls. No attitude. No "sorry, I can't help you". Just good old fashioned service! A++ Art Moehn Chevrolet!
