oday, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing! My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that! Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back. Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.

I am happy I took the hike to Enfield for this amazing experience! I was online looking at Ram 1500 trucks and decided to just do an Internet inquiry about one Artioli had in stock. I hit submit and literally within 5 minutes Rick M. called with a no pressure approach which was refreshing. Within 24 hours, we were driving off in the best looking truck in town. (I'm sure you can get a nice truck too, but ours is better! ) Gary V was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I took delivery, and Chris G the F&I guy was straightforward and efficient! Thanks Rick, Gary and Chris! Artioli is a laid back no pressure dealership which is exactly what I like. I felt like I could just hang out there all day. See you in all 39 months!

Wow. Above and beyond in every way. Jesse and Rick made sure I was happy! They even drove 400 miles to get me the car I wanted and gave me a great deal! Chris was very efficient and had everything ready for me to sign. Was the easiest car buying experience ever, and I usually get a new one every 2 years. If you are looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep (Yes they can get these too!) look no more!

Just purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 quad cab and had a wonderful experience, Everything went smoothly from the sale, to financing, to purchasing accessories. Ralph, my sales associate gave me a super deal, as well as a few chuckles during the sales process. Chris in finance got my payment right where I wanted to be in no time.When I went to purchase accessories for my baby, the parts department had EVERYTHING in stock ! Overall... very happy with my purchase at Artioli, and will be back when I'm ready to buy my Hellcat!

Jesse Vega was our fantastic salesperson! We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, and we were free to test drive as many vehicles as we felt comfortable with. The finance gentlemen was a complete pro and we were quickly on our way. I would highly recommend Artioli Dodge and Jesse Vega!

Just purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 and had a great experience from the get go. Starting with Ralph the sales associate, to Chris in finance, and to end it with my accessory purchases from their parts department. Ralph was a no pressure nice guy with a serious sense of humor. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire sales process, and even with a few laughs. Chris in finance was very professional,and hooked me up with a great rate.I wanted to load up my new baby with accessories and their parts department had EVERYTHING in stock! best buying expireance by far. We drove 2 hours to get there well worth it. We did most of negotiating over phone. this dealer gave me a great trade for my car very honest about all financing. They make you feel very comfortable with your purchase . its not just bussines to them. Very friendly and knowlegable staff. I highly recommend Artioli Dodge to ALL. I shopped around the western Mass. area for a Dodge challenger and Artioli Dodge was my last stop. Not only did they beat any of the Mass. dealership quotes,but I was able to get into a more expensive model for almost the same price as the challengers that were quoted to me in Mass. The buying experience was the best ever with low pressure and the salesperson Paul knew all about the car I was looking at and he helped get a price that I was very happy with. Secondly I was thanked by the owner personally for buying a car at his dealership this never happened at any other dealership. Again thanks for the everything and I will tell my family and friends to please go to Artioli Dodge for their next Dodge or Chrysler vehicle.

Review Sites are skewed. So easy for a competitor to play games... I have been a customer of Artioli's for over 10 years along with many of my friends. They are a Family dealership and the one time I had an issue, they took care of it ASAP. I would recommend them to anyone... You will not be disappointed!!!

Jesse was the most incredible sales person I have ever dealt with. He helped me test drive a brand new Chrysler 200 S which was a fancy vehicle for me. I wasn't sure if I would get approved but Jesse assured me that if anyone could get the deal done it would be them. And he wasn't kidding. I have had a lot of experiences with bad care salesman but Jesse and the team at Artioli Dodge absolutely changed that for me. Everyone from Jesse, Chris, and even Mr. Artiloli were so pleasant and helped me take home my brand new 2015 Loaded car with a payment I could afford at a price that I was completely satisfied with. If your looking for a new or used car I recomend you go to Artioli and ask for Jesse. You will not be dissapointed.

I just purchased my 2006 Mazda 3 last week, and it is amazing to what they did with the car. They are very reasonable with prices and they make sure the cars come out at the tip top shape. My used car came out with 2 new tires, new struts, and they made sure that I was all set for emissions for 2 years. My salesman was Ralph and he was very helpful with the car buying process since this was my very first car. I had a god experience overall, obviously I wanted the price to be a little bit lower, but they made the car great to drive and went above and beyond with the repairs to ensure my safety.

Was simple went online found the truck I wanted on cars.com and than called dealer didn't find it. Saw Artioli had allot of them so called them and within 8 hours of call I went to dealership. I told them I needed a day to talk to wife Ralph was great. Truck was cleaned and ready when my wife came we saw Chris in finance and got in and out no hard sale. Great truck in the snow can't wait until my wife needs a car we will be back.

I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300s and my experience could not have been any better. The salesperson that assisted me was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. The management was also very helpful starting with the sales manager and continued to the finance manager. Truly a great experience.

After several days of grueling research the wife and I narrowed our selection down to 2 used vehicles that luckily were at the same dealership - this one. We went to look at them and to our disbelief the salesman and used car manager actually talked us out of both sales. I thought a car dealership was in the business to sell vehicles. But this dealership, especially the two reps we dealt with, were more concerned with letting their own people drive the vehicles for the upcoming holiday weekend. Both vehicles had personal items in them because they let their salesmen drive them. One even had a banana peel on the ground, which we were willing to overlook. Everything (meet & greet, and the test drive) went as expected. It wasn't until we displayed our seriousness of buying that made things go south. I hope the Artioli management reads this write-up and seriously thinks about making some change. If not then I'm sure other local dodge dealerships in Westfield, West Springfield, Simsbury, etc. will gladly continue to accept their patrons.

A+ service. We have purchased two vehicles from Artiolis after our friends bought theirs. They all have been great!!! Would not go anywhere else ever again... As long as they keep up the great deals and service!!!!

Service department is not accomidating with rentals. Have a full lot of cars that salesmen and staff bring home every night but god forbid u get a rental comparable to what u drive if they even have any rentals. Also they cant fix problems right the first time . Pretty sad when it goes in again two weeks after being "fixed" . The best is when u call and they brush u off. Will never recommend this shop to anyone. Worse experience ever

I caught two employees in a flat out lie. The sales department is just sitting around answering the phone giving you embellished information, and when you ask the right questions, they raise their voice and evasively change the subject to try to avoid answering what you deserve to know as a customer shopping for a car! You will probably only get redirected to talk to a sales mgr. to only hear some more embellished information. They are not trying to give you the best deal! They will act like they need more time to get information on a car you may be interested in, and say they will get back to you. Hello! It does not take that long to get information on a car, especially if you are a mgr. or one of the owners working for a SMALL Lot!!! They only need that time to make it "seem" like they are checking things out for you. They have a computer system where the whole place is able to pull the info. on any car at any time! They even have "Live Chat" online at their website, so do NOT be fooled with their stupid Little TRICKS making you think they are giving you the best deal. They do MARK these Used Vehicles up Substantially!! Buy your car from Somewhere Else and avoid their lies and schemes!! PATHETIC waste of my time! They were so dishonest, I had to take my time to share this horrible experience.
