After shopping around at a few other Ford dealrs in Maine we found that Arundel Ford was both welcoming and friendly. The sales representitives were very knolegeable and were not pushy in any way. Our representitive, Samir "Sam" Choudhry was a buble of positive energy. Any customer can tell that he is in the business becuase he loves cars and seeing people happy. Great job Arundel Ford, I hope to see you guys again in the future for the family's next car!

I bought a used car there. The process was decent but they didn't disclose that the car had been in an accident. I went for service and it took way too long for them to diagnose the problem which ended up not being the problem..... twice! Had another shop make the repair in minutes, not days. Seriously.....

We had a very nice experience purchasing a used car from Arundel Ford. We called ahead to inquire about a specific car which I had seen on the website. They had it waiting at the door when we arrived. With no sales pitch, they handed us the keys and let us take a test drive. The car was clean and matched the description on the site. When we came back we worked with Sam, who was friendly and helpful. He handed us the CarFax report and talked price without putting us through any complicated negotiation. They worked with our credit union to finance, and when we picked up the car a few days later it had been cleaned, inspected and the open recall had been addressed. Sam was responsive throughout via email and phone. We would absolutely shop here again.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Arundel Ford dealership in Maine, Everyone was very nice and friendly, it was more than just a car buying experience. Samir was the salesman that I worked with, and he treated me like I was family. He was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions. He's an expert! As my previous lease was ending, I was deciding whether or not to renew a lease for my next vehicle. I contacted Samir Choudhry and asked for his help in finding a new Ford Focus within my price range. He was incredibly easy to work with, and was very professional. Samir listened to my needs and preferences when trying to locate a vehicle that would work for me. Arundel did not have the specific Focus I was looking for, but he ended up finding one with my preferred color and amenities at another dealership and was able to get it for me. The process was quick, smooth and allowed me to be completely satisfied with my new car. Samir made the search stress-free from beginning to end because of his hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend AF to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle or a well-maintained used car. Here at Arundel Ford we had the best car buying experience! We were after a preowned Ford Flex and found that this dealership was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. We worked with Thomas Bureau who was patient and kind he took his time to really understand what we were looking for in a perfect family car and the many uses we were planning for it. I live in Southern Maine and was in desperate need of a vehicle that could fit at least 6! I had been to a few different dealerships, to remain nameless, but had very little success finding exactly what I needed and continued to feel 'pressured' by each dealer that I had talked with. I'm not sure about you, but feeling pressured to buy a car that you know isn't right for yourself and your family, just made me feel terrible inside. I finally called Arundel Ford and was able to speak with a gentleman by the name of Lancer Mcminis. He was not only a dealer trying to sell me a car, he was a person trying to help another person find what they needed, both with accommodating my space need and my budget needs as well. After the first phone call, I honestly started to feel a bit more comfortable with the car buying process and I believe I contacted Lancer three more times before I actually went to Arundel Ford and bought the van I really needed. I remember everyone, not just my contact person, being very professional and helpful while at Arundel Ford. I completely felt at ease through the entire process, well almost, buying a new car isn't easy when hard times are evident, but this particular dealership has me sold. I've never had the experience of feeling like the most important person at the lot, like I did that day and Arundel Ford will have my business for years to come. This was the most hassle free experience of purchasing a vehicle we have had! Dillon, our salesman, was able to meet our needs. He was not pushy nor deceptive in his approach. He genuinely cared about our needs and that we had a pleasant experience. The customer service was amazing! Dillon, our salesmen is a no-hassle kind of guy. He's not pushy, nor does he want to put anyone in a vehicle that is beyond their means just to make a buck. From decision-making to signing documents, we were treated in a friendly manner. Everything was thoroughly explained- not to the point of feeling overwhelmed. DIllon spent time before we drove off showing us all of the features and helped with pairing devices, etc. What was most impressive was once the decision was made, and it was time to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready. The vehicle had the temp tags ready to go. The financing paperwork was complete and accurate. There were no hidden surprises or unnecessary extras that other dealerships sometimes throw on an unsuspecting customer just to make a buck. This experience will have us back there again to purchase another vehicle when the time comes!

The overall experience with purchasing my Ford Escape was unmatched. I received the utmost customer service when offered to take my potential purchase for a couple of days while I made the easy decision to buy. Upon my first service appointment, the service employee did not know it was my first oil change (which is free), but I'm sure it was just an oversight. This was my second car buying experience, my first being 10 years ago, with the same salesmen even! My son had purchased several new cars from Arundel Ford over the years. He recently had a problem with the back door of his Ford Focus not closing all the way. Taking it back, they charged him $50 for the diagnosis that the back door did not close properly. They then told him it would cost another $350 for the parts and repair. My son was in disbelief that they charged him $50 to tell him what he already knew...the back door would not shut properly. My son later took it to a reputable car dealership that charged him $150 for the parts and repair. When my son called the manager to tell him he would never go back there and would write a letter to the Ford Motor Company, the manager (Watson?), replied "Thank you."

I live in Southern New Hampshire and was in the market for a new Fusion. I am quite the savvy person when it comes to buying a new car and did extensive research. After not being able to work with a dealer to my satisfaction, I was fortunate enough to being able to work with a fine young Salesman at Arundel Ford Samir "Sam" Choudry. I spoke with him on the phone and set and appointment to stop by on Saturday. Had a nice drive up and the car was ready for a test drive. After working the numbers together we came to a fair agreement on a price. I knew there were many existing rebates which were offered upfront. Even after I left the dealership Samir called me and mentioned there was one additional rebate that was just offered by Ford which lowered the price further. Samir is a knowledgeable, friendly gentleman and not pushy and made my buying experience a pleasure. I highly recommend him and this fine dealership which is well worth the drive to Maine for me.

* Found the car on Cars.com (2002 T-Bird) * Reached out to Arundel Ford via email and heard back from their sales representative, Thom Bureau, in less than 2 business hours. * Thom confirmed the car was still available and filled me in on it's history. * Ran a CarFax report and confirmed everything Thom represented. * Determined the car's fair market value through Kelley Blue Book. * Told Thom we were heading out the door to Arundel Ford (2.5 hour drive). Asked him to set up an independent inspection through a local mechanics (Bruce's Auto Services --- honest, friendly and very helpful). * Arrive at Arundel. The car was cleaned and ready for a test drive. * Negotiated purchase price in less than 5 minutes with Kelley Blue Book value in hand. * All checked out with the mechanic as Arundel Ford and Thom represented. * Drove the car off the lot in less than two hours (including independent inspection) with a HUGE smile on my face. No problems since! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP and THOM BUREAU!

My purchase of a 2012 Focus was an excellent experience. The service department doesn't have a clue. We both (born in the 50s) have owned and repaired Ford vehicles for the past 40 years. Vehicles have come a long way and have had characteristic quirks we've been familiar with. My husband's 2011 Ford F250, bought new, had a clicking noise. This used to mean, as some may remember, that the vehicle was low on oil. Arundel Ford's service department told us, after having it a few hours, that it only made that noise because it was such a large engine that it took alot longer for the oil to circulate to the top and that was what the noise was. My daughter's 2012 Fiesta was bucking, acting sluggish and then speeding up erratically. She had to pull over several times, shut down and start again to get it to handle properly. My 2012 Focus' driver's radio speaker buzzes, the steering wheel scrapes when it's turned and the transmission shifts and decelerates at odd times. Arundel Ford service department says all of these are normal for these vehicles. If you want to buy a Ford from Arundel, see Chuck Millian. You'll have a great buying experience. Just don't have it serviced there.

I arrived at Arundel Ford to have my car serviced at 8:00 am.; by 1:30 that afternoon I drove away with a new (used) car. The prior day I hit a pothole and my front end sustained too much damage to be economically feasible to repair considering the age of my vehicle. Ironically, this vehicle, in 12 years never needed major repairs in spite of it's age until the pothole incident! I walked to the front of the dealership and was greeted by a very pleasant man, Samir Choudhry, a sales consultant. He listened to me very carefully and did not exert unnecessary pressure on me to purchase a car. Instead, I was able to come to informed decision that day. Buying a car can be a very stressful time, certainly under these circumstances. I am grateful Sam (Samir) was there to be my sales consultant. I am happy with my 2012 Escape, and as Sam watched my reaction he knew he had me with the sun roof! Sam is a great asset to Arundel Ford, as well as a new member of our community. I wish him well in his career and happiness in his upcoming nuptials.

Ryan Martin is the most helpful and patient sales associate! He didn't give me the "hard sell," but he showed me cars that he felt would work for me. He also presented me with several different payment scenarios, so that I could decide which one would put the least strain on my finances. I was a bit indecisive, but that didn't bother Ryan - He was so patient! Ryan really cares about the customer - He wants you to be happy with whatever car you buy!

I worked with Thomas Bureau when purchasing a new vehicle from Arundel. The atmosphere is very laid back and Thomas really worked hard at making sure I had all of the options I wanted and at a fair price. He was straight forward with me and I didn't feel like we had to play a bunch of games (like at most dealers) to agree on a deal. I will surely go back again for future purchases.

Lindsey helped me find a brand new Ford Edge with more bells & whistles than any human needs and still managed to save me a ton of money. Jeff helped make the finance/approval process fast and seamless and I was driving the new car home the next day. I've never had such a great, relaxed no-pressure experience. And I didn't even have to call my insurance company!
