All staff were courteous and friendly. Oil change was done in a very timely matter. Only complaint is that the staff were unable to help with retrieving items that had fallen into the front seat belt cover and onto the floor. We were told this would require removing the seat, taking approximately 2-3 hours. This is a real flaw in the truck design!
