My wife and I were searching for a vehicle. I called Astorg Auto in Charleston as I am two hours away and luckily Gary Parsley took my call. I say luckily because Gary was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and I felt he went above and beyond for us. One month after we bought an Audi SQ5 my vehicle needed replaced I called Gary and received the same outstanding service on my second vehicle purchased from him as I did before. Every time I call I am transferred to the correct department however never does a person answer my call. I have left numerous messages in one day and daily waiting sometimes 4 or 5 days before I get a return call. I am very unhappy since my car is only 3 months old and I am having issues that I can't even talk to someone about.

Great service. All my service is fine here. We have been visiting for 2 years for service and trying to find a car I like enough to trade in my current car. Our sales guy sends me updated inventory via email constantly and the send coupons and discounts for service and vehicle purchases. I love that I can schedule my service appointments and they drive 40 minutes to my house, pick up my car, leave me a loaner at no additional charge and then return my car when done. It’s convenient and stress free. No traveling back and forth, long waits or wasting my days away. When I do stop in, there are always complimentary coffee, donuts and snacks. The dealer where we lived last wasn’t this accommodating. I appreciate it and hope to find a car soon that steals my heart away from my current car.

Some common core values of businesses striving to have the best service are: 1) make the client feel like they are priority #1 2) have full transparency (no games) 3) if something bad happens, make your client feel whole again Long story short, something unfortunate happened with my new (used) vehicle that required some extensive engine work early Monday morning. I contacted my trusted salesman at Astorg Auto of Charleston, Steven Reese that morning, explained what was going on, and basically he said, “Say no more.” Granted, I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle without a full warranty, so rest assured it was covered, but Steven: - secured a super nice loaner - had it dropped off at the house that afternoon - took my vehicle back to Astorg - inspected, identified, and fixed the issue - tested the car - brought it back home... ...all by Tuesday at noon. Astorg Auto made me feel like priority #1, made my situation whole within a day, and did it with a smile, all complimentary. They don’t play games, people, and for that, they’ve won my business. Thank you Steven and whole Astorg crew!!
