Definitely one of the best dealerships we’ve dealt with so far. Chance was amazing with helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect truck that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable to have recently started in this career. He catered to our needs and anything he was unsure of he made sure to ask the questions to get the correct answer. Love the friendliest of all the team members and the customer service (complimentary coffee machine is a bonus). Highly recommend anyone looking for a quality dealership!

Our salesperson was Jade & she was AMAZING! Their process was smooth with no hassle. Jade was very knowledgeable on everything we looked at & we didn’t waste time wondering the lot in the heat. The sales manager Alex did us a SOLID & gave us THE BEST DEAL! I feel this is a company that truly goes above & beyond for their customers and doesn’t just try to get a deal. My husband and I visited Astro Ford last week where we experienced one of the most relaxing, non-pressured experiences ever. Brandon Miller, Floor Manager, who was our sales person, was one of a kind. He was so thorough and answered questions we didn't even know we had. He even researched other vehicles that we had questions about. The team at Astro Ford was the kindest most friendly we've encountered in a while. Brandon was so proud of them and introduced us to most. Can you believe they even served us lunch! Kudos to them all, including Alex Bassenger in the Finance Department. Thank y'all for the best experience at a car dealership!

We worked with Aaron Morris on a transaction were we wanted to sell our auto. He made is 100% painless. He continued to follow up and communicate with us during this process. We had an appointment, all the parties that were (required) involved were there and we had the deal "Signed and Sealed" in less than 30 minutes. We traveled from Mobile, Alabama to make the deal. Our local dealers just didn't want to be bothered to be honest. Astro Ford and Aaron did an outstanding job. Hands down this dealership will be our first call when we are ready for another auto!
