On Monday, August 22, 2016, I walked into Astro Lincoln looking to buy a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. I was met by Carlo who took the time to ensure that I received everything I wanted in a car. He found ever incentive to make ownership possible. He was able to find me a vehicle and have it delivered to Pensacola. Carlo introduced me to Rafael who was excited about being of service to me. Rafael took me to a computer and introduced me to a Lincoln Program that gives incentives to the military. Then I was introduced to Gordon who greeted me with a wonderful smile and handshake. While Carlo completed all the paperwork, Rafael took me out to an MKZ and went over the features in the car. We went on a test drive and the MKZ handles very well on the highway. All these gentlemen in concert with each other made my car buying experience the most rewarding that I have ever received. I live about 50 miles from Astro Lincoln in Alabama , I visited the dealership website found a few cars I was interested in, sent my request and my reply was very quick and professional. My salesman Rafael Lopez did everything I asked for and was very helpful. Due to my long commute my salesperson took pictures of the cars I was looking at and sent them to me very quickly so I could see the cars better and make up my mind if I wanted to look at the cars in person, so that we did not drive a long way for no reason. Got out there fell in love with my Nissian and decide to go forth with paperwork. I wasn't able to take my car home that day due to some paperwork I forgot. The next day they sent Rafael to come get me to take me to my car. I was one happy lady. Thank you Astro Lincoln for helping make my dreams a reality. Y'all went above and beyond.

Arrived at dealership when agreed and my selected car was sitting outside the showroom floor for my inspection and test drive. After a successful test drive, moved inside to complete CPO paperwork and review their included extended warranty as well as review and sign the sales documents. Took delivery of my MKS. I recently bought my second Lincoln from Astro Lincoln. I am well pleased with this dealership. Specifically, I traded my 2010 Lincoln Town Car (Continental Edition), previously purchased from them, for a 2011 Lincoln Town Car (Signature Limited) with only 7094 miles on it! I knew that it would sell fast, so I called the General Manager, Mr. Carl Stark to inquire as to its availability. Mr. Stark did not pressure me at all into buying the 2011 Town Car. I called Astro back again to let them know that I would be driving over to see the car. I arrived on 17 July 2015 around noon. Mr. Stark offered me a fair price for my 2010 Town Car. I then closed the deal with Mr. Percy Butler, an Astro salesman, and was on my way home with my like new 2011 Town Car in about two hours. I have had the car now for two weeks, and there have been no surprises, and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Carl Stark and Percy Butler if you are looking for an honest car deal. I highly recommend this dealership, and I plan on buying my next Lincoln from them.

Looking at a used vehicle and drove one from their lot. During the test drive I noticed some minor repairs. Went back to the dealership to try and make a deal. At the present time I needed "special financing". At the special financing building (looks like it is on its last leg) I was treated like I was incompetent and like I should be honored that they would consider doing business with me. They wouldn't budge from the inflated price nor would they discount for the needed repairs.

Broke down at the Florida welcome center. Wife called Ford dealership in Pensacola and they were rude and unprofessional. I called Astro Lincoln and they were extremely helpful and professional. Had my Town car towed in about 4pm. Jacob, the Service Advisor, had a tech check the vehicle and informed me of the problem and let me know it would be finished the next day. The following morning my car was ready and freshly washed and cleaned. This caliper service is not usually extended to out of towners. Thanks to Jacob and Roberta for outstanding service.
