I had a great experience in buying my car. The car salesman was fabulous, kind & very attentive. He listened to my needs & concerns then delivered!! I had a few issues, but only two weren't addressed. One issue was I noticed there was what looked like a design in the push start button. After I took it off the lot it was dark & then I realized the start button was cracked (evidenced by the light now coming through the button). Now I'm like really, they didn't see that? Of course they did! Had no intention of getting it fixed. They called me to ask how I was enjoying the vehicle & when I bought that up he told me to hold on. Returned to the phone & said that's a cosmetic issue. Now I have to get this fixed 😩 I certainly don't want to wait until it's completely not working so how much will this cost. The rubber around the door on the bottom had a small hole which meant I would have to get that fixed at some point. They also said that was a cosmetic issue. I feel like a lot of the issues they could easily fix they're calling cosmetic so they don't have to fix it. I'm already financing a lot of money for the car. My other concerns they took care of.

Mike Clemens and Andrew Cave treated me great. They made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I felt like I got a great deal on my 2016 Toyota Sienna. The first day I drove the vehicle I heard a loud noise in the rear which turned out to be a wheel bearing. i can trust the men that work at A&T Chevrolet Subaru. I could go anywhere with a Buick but why would I? Frank is a great tech and he takes care of my car. the guts behind the desk upon arrival were ready for me, took my keys and had me out of there in record time for a state inspection, 4 new tires, and wipers . I also know that my car is checked underneath in places i can never see! Way to go men!! I highly recommend dealing the AT, it has been the easiest buying experiance thus far. I would like to personally recommend dealing with Val, he was integral in making this a positive buying experiance. Not to mention his follow up as well. Once again, I highly recommend AT Subaru, if service is as good as everything else (which I expect it will be) then 5 stars across the board. For a first time car buyer Val s. Made this process pain free. From answering questions to giving me an honest opinion, to make my choice easy. Only complaint is that they are remodeling their dealership and using a non union contractor to do the work. Don't miss understand stand that complaint, but working union help me afford the 2015 Subaru wrx. Anyway I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a new/used subaruor another make check with them before you purchase from anyone else. They were extremely helpful to get me to the price and payment I wanted to be at without destroying the bank account. I will definitely be back to them when it's time to purchase a new car for my wife.

I began my car buying experience by careful research with the Consumer Reports car issues. By the time I began an internet search of local dealers, I already knew exactly what I wanted. An Internet app immediately put 6 dealerships in touch with me. Even after I'd provided specifics on the make, model, and color I was looking for, three of those only sent repeated emails stating how pleasant it was to do business with them, and urged me to come in (One guy even sent photos of his dog. Very nice dog, but what does being an animal lover have to do with car buying?). One wasted time "fishing" for info on my financing plans, and asking if I had a trade-in. Val was the first to give me a quote on an actual vehicle (which no dealer in the area had in their lot due to high demand, my car would have to come in from MD or DE). Two of the internet sales reps also offered prices but they didn't give me specifics on which optional equipment, if any, the car included. Val had full information on all the features of my car. No pressure to participate in financing plans, no hassle about my trade-in, and a fair price for the latter was offered AFTER we sealed the deal for the new car. A pleasant, fair, hassle-free experience.

I spent a month searching for a car. I took so long my old car was non-functioning by the time I found one. But here I saw it and here I went for it. Val did well with me but he seemed distracted by other customers and such sometimes. Regardless the car I saw was not in the best condition when I test drove it. I was in there the day it listed though so they held it over the weekend and did some major repairs at no additional cost. When I did come back in to try it again and buy it, it worked much better and I gave them a check. I've had it a month now and still love it. Not to mention they have some PHENOMENAL rewards programs! Just exactly the sort of car and overall experience I had been waiting for.

I bought a 2013 certified outback from this dealer and after getting it home I found a numerous amount of scratches by the back bumper and also a very heavily stained driver side carpet under the mat also a part of the plastic molding under the back bumper was pushed in but not noticeable until I went to wash the car also the financial person did not verbally give me the correct information about an extended warranty .

Straight up? Don't waste your time dealing with other salespeople and car dealers. I never thought I would enjoy the process of buying a car! I cant stress enough that you need to call Kevin at A&T Subaru if youre looking for a car. Hell work WITH you instead of AGAINST you and youll end up with the car you want, at a great price, and a lot less stress along the way! Trust me Im writing this review to help you avoid the normal aggravation. In my 3 months of attempting to buy a car, I literally spoke with 15-20 salespeople in different dealerships and got the "normal" runaround, general indifference and one guy even told me I didn't need a navigation system because I could go to a store and buy a Garmin for $100. (The car he wanted to sell me from his stock didn't have the nav system - and even though it wasn't a necessity for me - I asked for it and shouldve received respect instead of that rude response.) Then I called A&T Subaru. The receptionist was friendly and didn't sound bored. She connected me to Kevin's voicemail because he was out helping another customer. It was close to closing time on a Saturday and I didnt expect to hear from Kevin until that Monday. When I received a call from Kevin later that evening, AFTER he had already left the dealership, I was impressed. Of course I figured it was just a good sales practice on his part, but it was still impressive that he followed up. After normal business hours. It was a great start. Kevin didn't try to tell me what I wanted in a car, or try to change my mind to suit a specific car he had on the lot. He answered all the questions I had, gave me a great overview on Subaru cars (he's a Subaru owner too), and when I made my final decision, he worked to find the exact car I wanted. He had my remote starter installed immediately (because I guess that's not a common option), and I was able to pick up the car the next day. The rest of the staff at A&T was just as helpful and friendly and I can't recommend them enough. If youre even remotely considering a newer or different car, I can't stress enough that you should call Kevin at A&T. Even if they don't have it on the lot, he'll help you find it. If youre not sure what you want, hell help you figure it out without pressuring you to buy the wrong thing. A&Ts prices are competitive, the staff is friendly and helpful, and you can get what you want without hours and hours of tense negotiations and the normal back-and-forth with other dealers. Trust me. I wish I had gone straight to Kevin and A&T months ago! Thank you, Kevin and A&T!

In June 2012 we bought a used car from A&T Chevrolet in Sellersville. We inspepcted the car and took it for a test drive. A&T gave us a 30-day / 1,000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission. We were apprehensive about buying a used car. Several times the salesman made the statement that A&T wouldn't have put a warranty on the car if they didn't feel it was a good car. Two weeks after we bought it the engine started idling roughly - as it turns out the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve went bad (this is part of the engine according to the A&T mechanic). I took the car back to A&T to confirn it was the IAC valve - they confirmed it was. The service deaprtment and mechanics were courteous and helpful. I told the service manager that i was still within the 1000 mile warranty and asked that the part be replaced. He said they would have to order the part which would take several days and he would have to check if the repair is covered. I then spoke to the Sales Manager about the repair. The Sales Manager said he would have to talk to the Service Manager and call me - never got a call from the Sales Manager. Two weeks later my wife sent an e-mail (without telling me) to the salesperson we dealt with. An hour later she got a call from the Sales Manager arguing with her and telling her the part was not covered and there was no warranty on the car (i have the contract that says there is a 1000 mile warranty). Last time we step foot in A&T Chevrolet / Subaru.

Okay, so here my long and very informative review. I was searching for specific car and color, I wasn able to find one 60 miles away from my area, then I tried searching for 100+ miles. AT Subaru has the car that I want. I used the email feature in cars.com to make sure they still have the car and get all the info I need before driving too far. Val my salesperson answered me and the response was pretty fast I was amazed, I found a couple of dealerships as well that I emailed but never got a response back except from Val. So I asked him all the questions and gave him numbers, even he was off for the day he was still replying. After I got all the information I need I was ready to pick the car up, we arrived late due to traffic but Val assured me they will wait for us. I told Val as soon as we arrived, okay lets sign the papers and get this going. I was surprised he told me to do a test drive first , he wants you to get satisfied first. So we drove the car and of course it was great. We went back to the dealership and started the paperwork. This is my 4th car so I know how they will sell the so idden extras AT Subaru never forced me to buy this and that, the lady that was present during the signing explained everything and told me ou don have to take it if you don want to but it will benefit youI was really amazed that she wasn pushing to get the extra stuff, all of the other dealerships I had just kept on pushing me. I really suggest this dealership if it wasn too far from me I was going to have my service done here. VERY FRIENDLY and they have a clean facility!

The sales lady did everything to make the deal process easy. When I deposited my credit union check into my checking account for the purchase the bank teller told me there was a 10 day hold on the check! I called Haldeman to cancel our appointment and she said bring the check and they would hold it until it cleared at the bank. ***** The part where they get poor service * has to do with the purchase being in NJ and living in PA. I was not given the option to get my own tags. I was charged $200 (a portion to be refunded if they over charged me) and told they would ship the plates to me overnight when they came in. At the end of almost 3 weeks when I called the dealership the plates were in and they said they would send them to me. They were sent on Friday and I received them on Tuesday. I was promised they would send the plates overnight. I had already scheduled my PA motor vehicle inspection appointment for the Monday so that appointment had to be rescheduled. I could have picked up the plates in the next town and had my inspection appointment completed within the same week at my convenience, now I need to juggle the cars to see when I can get it inspected without getting a ticket for not being inspected in a timely manner. Now I wish I knew that I could have picked up my plates and actually paid less for this so called "service."

I take my car to A&T regularly (2003 Impreza WRX). Everyone there is friendly, and easy to work with. It's easy to ask questions, or explain your situation. All of the workers there seem to be very personable. The service department is quite knowledgeable, and straight forward. They are open to listening about your car and the problems or non-problems that need to be taken car of. They know about most of the cars on the lot, too, because they have to inspect them. The parts person is a good guy and is quite helpful and normally remembers exactly who you are. If there's ever a mistake, it's fixed quickly. The sales people are pretty nice and are all straight forward. Again, they are very personable, and easy to talk to. It seems that there isn't much of a turn around on the sales people. I always see the same faces when I go in. Some of the sales people won't walk out to meet you in the parking lot and some will, but most people complain about that anyway. If I need help, I'll go in and find someone when I'm ready. Test driving cars was never a hassle, and I'm 22. I'm looking to order a new car there, and the process has moved at my pace, not their's. There isn't a lot of pressure to buy, or to buy what's on the lot. Then, there's the cashiers. They're extremely nice and friendly. They even saved me a Subaru calendar 4 months after I asked about them. Their body shop is one of the best. I've only had one problem with a paint fix. I took it back, and it looked a lot better the second time. They were extremely nice, and tried to be as helpful as they could. Overall this dealership is my favorite to go to. I take my car there for all kinds of reasons, and only had one bad experience (paint shop).
