Gary was an excellent salesperson who was patient with me and found the vehicle I wanted, not one he wanted to sell me to me. He and the other staff were transparent throughout the whole process. Meet with Gary D on a Thursday night, went over payment options and selected a vehicle. All while mine was getting appraised. Worked out all the details over phone and email (my choice). Went in the following Friday, dropped off my trade in and picked up new new truck. Fastest purchase I went through. Everything was in order and ready for me to sign.

My wife and I have been leasing, and in some cases buying, new vehicles from Atchinson Ford now for over 15 years. Until this year, we had been working with Dan Mason, who was one of the primary reasons we kept coming back. This year Dan retired and he was replaced by Rob Knasiak. We were a bit leery at first but Rob exceeded our expectations! Not only did he have big shoes to fill, (with Dan leaving), but he did it with style and grace. Robert was very kind, considerate, knowledgable and extremely understanding and patient, considering we had been working with Dan previously so many years. We leased a new F150 truck again and could not be happier. Living here in Belleville, it is extremely convenient to be able to conduct business locally and Atchinson Ford makes it very easy. We have never had a bad experience. We will continue to lease cars from this dealership and we will continue to work with Rob!

I've dealt with Peggy Rabin for years and had an unexpected need arise this week where I needed a car quickly. Peggy got right on the case and enlisted the help of Mike Shatz to ensure I could get help right up until closing time. Not only did they find a car that suited my needs, but it was a car that just arrived that day so many strings were pulled to prep the car and paperwork to get the job done. Because it was so late Mike arranged to bring the car to me the next morning to make sure our needs were met. Within just a few hours Peggy, Mike and the Atchinson team came through like champions for our family. On top of that, Mike was able to work with Peggy and the management team to make a good deal even better with a great price. Kudos to the Atchinson team! We'll make the trek past other dealers and continue going to Atchinson in the future because of the way they continue to treat us.

We just leased a new Ford Escape from Bob Gaffka, and have been working with him for over 10 years! He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We had agreed on a specific model Escape (to keep monthly payments down). Bob was able to find me another Escape with more options for less money per month! He is also very thorough, and makes the entire car purchasing/leasing process seamless and easy. He is personable and fun to work with as well! We will not go anywhere else!

MIke Herrell is a wonderful salesman! I arrived at the dealership fully intending to purchase a new 2015 Escape. I had investigated all of the options and I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. I figured I'd be in and out in no time. While speaking with Mike he suggested that I just let him run the numbers with all of the applicable incentives available on the 2016 Escape and I agreed, just to see the difference, not really thinking it would be enough to change my mind. lo and behold, after running all of the numbers for me it turns out I could get the 2016 for just peanuts more than the 2015. I so appreciate ALL of the time and ALL of the effort Mike took to do this for me when I thought I had my mind set on something else. He's great!!! Very trustworthy, very caring and works tirelessly to give the very best deal available to his customer. not 5 but 10 stars!!

One of my buddies had been buying his vehicles from Atchinson Ford for years, and said he really liked the dealership. So the combination of salesman and dealership was perfect. Purchased a 2015 Focus, and it was a smooth process. I highly recommend them!

We went to Atchinson Ford because it was so close to our home. I admit I walked in with my guard up, being used to high pressure from salesman. That was not the case however. Robert Knasiak made sure we got exactly what we were looking for in our price range. He was very kind and thoughtful. He is also Airborne, as my husband is, so that was another plus. The gentleman who worked with us on our lease was also very pleasant to talk to and no high pressure. After our lease or if we decide we need another car, this will be the first dealership we go to and Robert will be the first one we ask for.

My initial purchase with Atchinson began in October of 2013. I purchased a 2007 Ford Freestyle from a fantastic no pressure used car sales guy, Norm Wisniewski. The purchase was very smooth. A second used car for a friend occurred in September 2014. This rating is based on the recent experience of giving up my 2013 Mustang for a 2015 Explorer. I returned to Norm once again and what an awesome choice, Norm and the team at Atchinson made this decision a good one. I traded both the Freestyle and the Mustang for one quality vehicle to meet my needs. They went above and beyond what a dealership should/could do to keep the loyal Ford customer. Great job Atchinson Ford!!

I found Atchinson Ford to be very easy to work with and a dealership that makes you feel at ease. We first went to Atchinson in 2013 due to proximity of our house- closest Ford dealership. I was relieved that it wasn't a pressure-filled atmosphere. Ron O'Neil was great to work with! We returned this year when our 2 year lease was expiring and Ron helped us find our vehicle via email! With juggling a busy schedule, I told Ron what we wanted through email. He was extremely helpful and very responsive. I really appreciated his willingness to help us find what we were looking for without needing to come to the dealership. Our car was ready for us when we arrived! In addition, my husband expressed he might be in the market for a car, which I thought might result in a sales pitch, but to my delight, Ron was amicable and understanding. When the time comes to replace that car, we'll go to Ron!

I'm not much for writing reviews, but felt my opinion would help others. Being a woman, I was a bit weary walking into a dealership without my husband to buy a used car. But I was actually surprised! Upon visiting Atchison Ford in Belleville, Dave McLean cheerfully greeted me! He seemed to be a genuine salesman doing his job. Dave was great. He didn't pressure me to buy. In fact, I felt he was extemely honest! After looking at Atchison, my husband and I went to other Ford dealerships, looking for a better deal. Just like in the movies....There was that pushy salesman at one dealership, another one told us his "feel bad for me" story, and the other was obviously dishonest. He wouldn't hand over a car fax! Dave McLean gave me the car fax and other information without even asking!! To make this review short, the others gave us the creeps. Dave made us feel comfortable. Brandon, the manager, helped us to get the best price for our trade in and the best deal compared to area dealerships. Everyone was friendly. I feel we made the right decision and weeks later, our car has been the best! We didn't get the certified pre-owned car, just a regular used car. We are very happy with our purchase! Kindness goes a long way.

we took our Ford Edge here for repairs after another dealer basically kept our car the whole day and just let it sit on the lot and did nothing. anyways they already had a good idea what was wrong to begin with. after confirming there suspicions, they realized they did not have the part in stock to fix our car. but not only were they apologetic about it. they promised us it would be there the following day and we were given a loaner also for our inconvenience. the whole time maintaining a very polite and professional manner. in my opinion Atchinson Ford sets the standard for customer service all other dealers should aspire to be. five stars guys!!

This is the first vehicle I purchased from Atchinson Ford. I will return when My family decides to purchase another vehicle. Don is the salesman I met with and he delivered as promised. The overall experience was no hassle at all and was very quick. I wanted a truck that they did not have in stock and had it within 3 days and one of the days was a Sunday. I felt that when talking to Don I had know him for years and only just met him. I recommend that if you are looking and want to purchase a new vehicle that you go to Atchinson Ford and ask for Don.

Jason Fuchs at Atchinson Ford has been working with me for years now and has been simply outstanding. I am a customer who knows what he wants prior to coming to the dealership, never have I been pressured into buying extra options nor warranties I didn't want. This for me is a very important part of the buying experience. Our CMAX is very engaging and fun to drive! I mostly appreciate the time Jason spends with me to make sure all of my questions are answered making sure those he can't answer are taken care of by the proper person atr the dealership before I left with my new car. They have a very skilled staff there at Atchinson who are team players willing to help even in the absence of the salesperson who sold you the car, a huge plus for me. Bryan Robson in the service department has been great to work with, he has answered all of my questions and researching those he was not sure of. Trust takes time to earn, these guys have earned it and my enthusiastic recommendation!

I recently leased a 2013 Escape from Teri at Atchinson Ford, and had an amazing experience. She really went above and beyond my expectations by taking the time to show me all my options and give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. My only regret is that my husband and I had purchased his car from a different dealer a few months prior. We felt a lot of pressure at that dealer, and we're left with a car that we don't absolutely love. We will be returning to Atchinson Ford for all our future needs so that we never make that mistake again. I couldn't be happier with my new car!
