Recently purchased a 2013 Lexus GS350 from this dealership and my time spent there was more than satisfying! The process was pretty smooth and the facility is extremely clean inside and out. There are a plethora of luxury vehicles to choose from and every staff I’ve came across were very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to specifics about a certain vehicle. Brought my 2018 BMW 330i in mid May, love the customer service there were really cool, ever since I had the car over a week I realized my front driver side speaker was not working, took it to the dealer they were able to fix it under warranty and it was cause by a overlay speaker wire shortage according to the dealer. I also realized under the hood was missing the cowl trim I don't knowhow that happened, but I had to pay out of money pocket. Also the back taillight was a tiny crack and it was chipped not going to get it fixed its still functioning. But overall the there been no problem with my car lately. I would recommend a friend or family on buying here just be on the look out of the condition of their car they sell.
