SCAMMERS & CON ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING BULLIED AND HAVING THE CAR COMPLETELY BREAK DOWN 6 TO 12 MONTHS LATER. The whole experience from start to finish cheated me out of about $10,000, and the owner plus salesmen are argumentative bullies with no sense of ethical business practice or customer service. Car wouldn't start after just a few days of purchasing, they never gave me all of the keys, such as the key with the security chip that is needed to start the car. Scammer dealership also promised to repaint bumper that looked worse than anything in the junkyard right now, but never did. Didn't matter since it fell off a few months later. Whole ignition died 6 months later, then after spending over a grand to repair at Honda, engine died about a month after that. Kinda bizarre considering these con artists sold me the car with only 60K miles on it. ODOMETER FRAUD would explain since I only got the chance to drive the car for about 10K before it died.

I had a 2008 Escape and the sub frame cracked and I was in need of a car quickly. Atlantic Auto Brokers was the first place that came to mind. I called and met with Eric and within a few days he got me in the best car I have ever owned. It was fast, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and patient and trusting. Terrible company to purchase your vehicle from. VERY unprofessional, will do anything in their power to scam you. Sold me a truck that wasn’t ready to leave the lot. They’ve got the truck back on the lot for sale already and have not returned the $5000 down payment made. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!

All used cars may have some issues after purchasing, I purchased a 2003 Honda accord with 104 k. Even after my warranty was up they have honored their work and are fixing my exhaust for free, as well as looking into my complaint with my and light. We had some miscummunication along the way and I was not so friendly and they are still standing by their vehicle and willing to see me immediately.

When I was shopping for a car, I was referred to Atlantic Auto from a larger dealership that didn't have cars for me in the price range I needed. I was looking for a reliable and safe car for my daughters travels to and from her college in Oswego. I instantly felt safe and comfortable in the 2005 Hona Civic w/ 83k miles. No problems so far and it's been 5months.

We were in town just for a parents weekend at my daughter's college. After learning of the travel logistics between two campuses as she pursues a dual degree, we decided she needed a good, reliable used car. We wanted a Honda, so checked for the local used Honda dealers. Visited a couple. Got to this one late in the day on a Saturday, about closing time. They were closed on Sunday, but he agreed to come back on Sunday to get us what we needed, before we flew back home that afternoon. Above and beyond! The car we selected needed new brakes because it had just come onto the lot and had not yet had the brakes replaced, but he took care of that as promised. He even offered to help my daughter with any questions she might have in the future. If all used car dealers were like this, the entire industry would have a fabulous reputation. We couldn't be more pleased with the value and the service.

Atlantic Auto Brokers and their general manager Shaun are amazing! I went to several other places before coming here and they were all disappointing. Shaun helped me to get approved even though I'm a first time buyer and have awful credit. I put in a credit application online on a Friday. I test drove my car the next day. Then on that Monday I took my car home. They made the whole process fast and simple. I also couldn't make it in to pick up my car until right when they closed, but they didn't mind staying an hour late for me. I really appreciate everything they've done for me! I look forward to returning to Atlantic Auto Brokers in a few years to purchase another car!

THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS VERY GOOD.BUYING A VEHICLE FOR MY DAUGHTER IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAR OF ANY MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES.WE DEALT WITH SHAUN AND THERE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS WE REQUESTED THAT HE TAKE CARE OF IN ORDER TO FINALIZE THE TRANSACTION.WE BELIEVE THAT HE DID FOLLOW THROUGH AND KEPT HIS WORD HOWEVER I WASN'T ABLE TO PUT THE VEHICLE UP ON A LIFT.WE JUST HAD THE FAITH IN HIS WORD.I'VE REFERRED SOME OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

We just picked up a Honda Civic for our son who is going back to school. We test drove about 7 other cars before we came to Atlantic Auto. The salesman were very helpful and helped us pick the right car for our needs. We have already put a lot of miles on the car and it runs like its brand new. If your desperate for a car maybe this is the place for you but I wouldn't recommend it. Cars have problems engine lights, airbag lights, etc. Cars are filthy and overpriced.

I made an appointment to view a car I saw on their website. When I got there all of there cars were filthy and in need of some form of repair. As I continued to view some of their vehicles. I took one for a test drive and there were some issues with the car. I let them know when I returned and they said "well we are not gonna fix every car here until someone is ready to purchase it. I mean I couldn't even change the side mirror so I could drive. I felt like I was bothering him with everything I said or asked. I wanted to buy a car ASAP cash and was basically turned away. Didn't ask for my number to call if anything new came in nothing. I was very disappointed and I will never go back there.

My son bought a Honda Accord from Atlantic Auto Brokers. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. After the sale and just after the warranty ran out the car had some transmission problems. I was really impressed by the way they stood behind the product that they sold us. Since it was out of warranty they could have told us that it was not their issue. Instead, they repaired the transmission even though it cost them quite a bit of money to do so. I trust these guys and recommend them to everyone that I know that is purchasing a used car. We are about to purchase another car and they are our first stop.

Great car nothing wrong with it except need replacing the front brake pads and rotors soon. Other then that, the car is sound, little rust.

We had been shopping for a Honda CR-V for our teenage son. After being disappointed with 2 other dealers, we felt that we were treated right at Atlantic. When we called to say that we would like to come and test drive a specific vehicle, we were very happy to find the car had been pulled out and test driven in the time that it took us to get there. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Our son is extremely happy with his new vehicle, and this was the smoothest car-buying experience we have ever had.

I am extremely impressed by this auto dealer. Everything about the company was on-line and easy to view. Their site was so organized with all the information available at my fingertips. The General Manager was fantastic. Not a pushy sales feel and worked with us to the end. He knows his business, is honest, reputable, and wants to make sure the customer is happy to gain trust and repeat business. Absolutely would use them again!

Purchased a 2001 Honda Civic for a reasonable price. They were very flexible with payment schedule, which we really appreciated. They also followed through on their commitment to install cruise control module. If I was looking for another used car, I would definitely go back to Atlantic.

All the people there were very nice, Justin is the one who helped us. After we test drove the car and saw a few things that were wrong with it, we brought them up and they ended up fixing most of them before we even bought the car.
